Jack knows he let slip through his fingers the only real thing that ever happened to him. And his hands have been tied to try to stop it - until now.

** FULL REVIEW NOW POSTED **

Jack Eversea is back and determined to reclaim the heart of his one true love!!

"I wanted this girl. Like air. All the fucking way."

I have to say that with the way Eversea ended I was just dying to find out what happened next and I loved that this book picked up right where the first one left off. All I had to do to reconnect was reread the last chapter from book #1 and I was good to go!

In Eversea, we saw A-list movie star Jack Eversea fall in love with a feisty small town girl, Keri Ann but circumstances outside of their control tore them apart. Now, we head back to Butler Cover to see the story of a man willing to go any lengths to win back the love of the only woman who'd ever really stolen his heart.

I totally felt terrible for Keri Ann in the beginning. I could feel her anger, frustration and heart ache. She was just picking up the pieces of her life and had just gotten everything back on track...

"This was a nightmare. I thought I'd be over him. But if [this] was any indication, I was not over him. Not entirely. Damn it. Not at all."

But despite it all, she still loved him...

"Jack Eversea still flipped my insides over and made me feel like a star struck fan who desperately wanted to know him, but couldn't."

And he... well, he'd always loved her.

"I don't know how to go back," he whispered… "I don't know how to go back to where we were, to what we had… to what we were supposed to be." He paused again. "What we are meant to be."

I loved their reunion!!! It wasn't smooth sailing but ohhhh I felt it!! It was that feeling you get when you're so mad at a person but you just don't care because the love is greater than the heart ache!

And soon the reasons behind all the events that had taken place began to make sense. My heart just ached for Jack - I mean, poor guy!! What a horrible feeling to be put in a position of being utterly powerless to stop the heart of the person you love most from breaking. In this book, we were shown the real Jack -- the man behind the tabloids and paparazzi shots -- the man who'd never stopped loving this one girl.

"This is as real as it gets, Keri Ann. This is Technicolor, when everything else is black and white. This… what we have… is extra-sensory overload… where everything else is a silent fucking movie."

Their biggest hurdle was for Keri Ann to come to terms with being involved with someone whose life was in the spotlight all the time. There were times when I wanted to shake her because of how much she was holding back from him. I wanted her to just take the leap of faith and accept his lifestyle as a part of the package deal that came with being with him and realize that being with him didn't have to mean losing herself but it wasn't easy for her to give up the freedom of living an unscrutenized life. Luckily though, Jack was a very convincing man. I mean, how do you say no to this??

"Just… try and remember," he swallowed and grabbed my hand, pressing it against his chest. "Whatever anyone sees on the outside… this is yours in here. Please, God, don't throw it away."

Overall, this was a very quick and easy read for me. It was a full length novel but I read it in less than three hours. Jack and Keri Ann's story was completely wrapped up in the end (complete with an epilogue!) and we were left in a very good place. If you loved the first one, you'll love this one too.

Eversea is a fun and romantic story that takes you through all the highs and lows of falling in love with a world-famous movie star. This series really is just total escapism!

4+ stars

✦ My review of book #1: http://bit.ly/14CI2Ti

Oh, and on a random note, I just want to mention how much I love both the covers from this series. They both have such strong significance for the stories and really do a wonderful job of representing it!

5 Eversea*glass Loving Stars

The first book in this series Eversea was a total surprise punch to the junk book for me. (That's a good thing) I wasn't expecting much because I honestly started reading it because I loved the cover. One page in and I was hooked. I wanted to know Keri Ann, Jack, hell I even wanted to know more about Hector in the diner's kitchen. Ms. Boyd has a simple yet intricate way of weaving a story that is so engaging and reads so clearly that you seriously get lost in it. So let me tell you how it went when I got to the end of Eversea. First, I checked if there was a Book 2 (never learn should have done that first), YES, we have a book 2 but no cover (not a great sign of it being close to done), then the stalking of Ms. Boyd began. Did I schedule into my phone bi-weekly check on release dates? Um, perhaps. Where you may say stalk..I like to go with encourage!

[image error] photo hollywood-sign_zpsefc84cf7.jpg

"Let's start with something I never told you before. I, Jack Eversea, am...utterly in...love...with you,"

Cheers and clinks glasses, right? Wrong..this is a proclamation made towards the very beginning and let us say that it didn't go as smoothly as both parties may have wanted. You cut back into their lives with some time accumulating between them. Time that hasn't been spent wisely and images that set the tone for..wait for it..angst!

"The thing about pain, whether physical or emotional, is there's no running away. You can't escape it and you can't hide from it."

5 months have passed and Jack is ready to come a reclaim the woman that showed him what truth and love truly mean. He has done all that he had to do to escape the fabricated life he has come to despise. Loving his craft is becoming the hardship when it comes with such a false sense of himself. Everyone around Jack has always been there to simply get something for themselves. The actuality of Keri Ann simply wanting nothing but Jack for the simple fact that she loves him. She doesn't want his money, his fame or anything that comes along with that. I think that was the trigger for him to fall so fast and so hard for this sweet, innocently real girl.

"How did I have the power to make someone like Jack Eversea so vulnerable?"

[image error] photo heartatbeach_zpsbdf0aeff.jpg

Keri Ann used the time apart to start repairing not only her home but her future. Working on her projects and being part of some gallery shows, enrolling and getting into a design school. Things were going her way and she isn't willing to get back on the Eversea Express with destination heartbreak so clearly written before her. If the future she wants is actually in the stars, that future will need to be worked hard for. Keri Ann in her wholesomeness, was also a fighter and I bonded with her immediately. The bonds she shared with her family and friends and the certainty she lived her life by, makes you want the best for her.

"This could be the best non-kiss in the history of non-kisses."

"I pursed my lips, inhaling deeply through my nose. My chest began a deep steady thump, and I wanted to close my eyes and just revel in the feeling of his fingertips on me."

[image error] photo butterfly-quote-for-orkut-stomach-meet-butterflies_zpsab4308a6.jpg

I included these quotes to really drive home the fact that when an author draws me in, I get so immersed that in just reading these simple gestures I physically react. Butterflies, nervous knots in my stomach and a feeling of impending doom were just a couple of emotions I felt throughout this book. There may have been a couple of panty changes as well, Jack is hot! I love me a romance and all the fixings that go with that, but the simplicity of true love that can evoke even the hardest of hearts are hands down my favorite.

"He's sweet and everything, but honestly, my most important erogenous zone is my mind.

I am hoping to learn more about the supporting players in this story. I would love to get the scoop on Joey and Jazz, Colt and Karina hell even what is happening with Paulie, Brenda and Hector. Crossing fingers for spin offs that of course give me an extra peek at Jack and Keri Ann..squeals!

[image error] photo RedSeaGlass_zps5c2d4ecb.jpg

I feel in reading this story I found the elusive red sea glass that I will treasure always. That being said, Ms. Boyd did a fantastic job of keeping your mind committed to the story and gave a love story that will stay with me forever, Jack.

Arc kindly received by author (after slight begging and trying to barter 4 kids) in exchange for an honest review..review will also be posted on www.sizzlingpages.com

I really had to hold myself back from giving this one star.. I seriously LOVED "EVERSEA" and was so anxious to read the sequel.. But I'm so disappointed ;( I mean... Keri Ann was ANNOYING beyond words..The drama was so anticlimactic, yet it draggggged on throughout the entire book.. I feel like if was so wordy, and yet so vague all in one. None of it worked for me. I'm so sad :( Even the epilogue was a let down.. Which is even worse, because that is my FAVORITE part. I needed MUCH MUCH MORE.

“Let me be part of your life, and be brave enough to be part of mine.”

I usually hate cliffhangers. Hate. Hate. Hate. Not because they don’t make me want the next instalment in the series more than my next breath, but because I can become so obsessively invested in a storyline that having the sequel readily available becomes a question of preserving my own sanity. Having said that, there are cliffhangers and there are cliffhangers, and some stories require a little time-out to let the reader fully absorb the significance of a particular point in the plotline. The ending of Eversea was one such cliffhanger and while I did not welcome it, hated every painful moment of it, in a way I wish I had given myself more time to wallow in its aftermath and in every delicious splinter it left embedded in my poor heart. Forever, Jack was truly the perfect sequel to a perfect modern fairy tale and it was worth every second of waiting.

Five months have passed since the heart shattering moment when Jack walked out of Keri Ann’s life. For five months our heroine has tried to quieten her anger, mend her broken heart and forget the man that changed her irrevocably in every possible way, and she has done so by focussing on her future for once and on making something of herself. She had put her own dreams and ambitions aside for so long that she had forgotten who she was or what she wanted to be. Having to distract her mind from the overwhelming pain of the break-up with Jack has been the much needed trigger she needed to stop being a bystander in her own life and take action. But even a bright new outlook on tomorrow and exciting new opportunities on the horizon have not eased the ache in her heart every time she thinks of Jack.

“Jack Eversea was divinely beautiful, but Jack Eversea laughing and resting his vivid green eyes on me at the same time was a cosmic event. His smile was so sad and beautiful, it pulsed like a solar flare and shattered my crudely melded heart into a million tiny pieces.”

And then Jack suddenly comes back. His return carries so many questions and seeing those answers unveiled before our eyes is a joy you will not want to miss. But some questions are easier to answer than others and Jack and Keri Ann are faced with the biggest of them all – can something beautiful, once it’s cracked, be just as beautiful once again?

“I don’t know how to go back to where we were, to what we had… to what we were supposed to be… What we are meant to be.”

There is nothing that melts my heart and has it racing like a man fighting with all his might for the woman he loves and wants back at all costs, and Jack Eversea taking no for an answer is a sight to behold. It’s a slow, heartbreaking journey for both of them, with no instant fixes or easily bestowed forgiveness for the sake of fiction. The issues are real, their dilemmas are palpable, and by getting to hear what lays in both their hearts, we feel their pain, we feel the heaviness of the consequences of their decisions, past and present, and all we can do is hope that love prevails all in the end.

“I wanted her to see past the ridiculous coat of confidence I wear, but what if she never did? Or what if she did see me, and I wasn’t enough for her?”

The strongest part of this story, for me, was Keri Ann’s genuine struggle between her feelings for a man she loves body and soul, and her unwillingness to lose her identity by becoming part of the madness surrounding Jack and his public persona. Her fear of getting completely eclipsed and defined by the man in her life is something I loved her for even more than before. It made her a true icon of a modern woman that I hoped she would be, rather than just another star-eyed small town girl next door who gives up her entire life at the drop of a hat to be with the man of her dreams. It does not diminish her love for Jack, but it shows us the kind of integrity, honesty and long-term outlook on life that a strong relationship needs to have in order to withstand the test of times.

“I’m scared you’ll swallow me whole.”

I inhaled this book, ate up every wonderful word in it, basked in every emotion it made me feel from beginning to end, because stories like these don’t come by every day. Eversea was exhilarating, like the thrill of a first date and the mystery of what is to come, but Forever, Jack was a true marriage of emotions, every single one deep and long lasting. From the engaging writing style to the full sensory indulgence, from the flawlessly developed characters to the modern fairy tale element of the scenario, this book is better than any chocolate I have ever eaten! The story of Keri Ann and Jack is so much more than I ever expected – I went in expecting a welcome romantic cliché and I walked away with the memory of an epic love story that I will want to re-read over and over again. Just splendid.

“This is as real as it gets. Keri Ann. This is Technicolor, when everything else is black and white. This… what we have… is extra-sensory overload… where everything else is a silent f*cking movie.”

A third book in the series is in the works but it will focus on other characters we have met. Jack and Keri Ann’s story is now complete, even though this reader hopes to get to see some parts of their happily-ever-after in a future instalment.

I only read 5% before I DNF'd because I knew all the 4/5 star reviews would prove me wrong.... And I was right. This one sucked lemons. This one was way too stupid for me to waste my time and both characters were unlikable.....

Swooning over Jack!

This book was everything I had hoped it would be. Jack and Keri Ann make me dizzy with giddiness. All those butterfly feels. Jack Eversea is definitely one of a kind, and I love him.

“I had no idea where we were going. Tonight or tomorrow, or any day for the rest of my life. Or how we would manage all of our hopes and dreams. Mine. His. Ours. But we’d do it together.”

İlk kitap çok kritik bir yerde bitmişti. Tabi ki uçarak 2. kitaba başladım. Yüreğim pırpır okudum yarısına kadar. Özellikle günlük sayfalarının olduğu kısımda parçalandım resmen. Jack kırılan kalbimi çok çabuk fethetti yine. 😍

Keri Ann’in korkularını, isteklerini anlamaya çalıştım ama pek başarılı olduğumu söyleyemem.

“Seni seviyorum, Keri Ann.

Okuduğum tüm kitaplardaki sevgililer Jack’in yanında solda sıfır kalıyordu...
“Christian Grey mi?” diyerek düşüncemi yarıda kesti Jazz. “Bence Gideon Cross. Ona takım elbise daha çok yakışıyor.”

I LOVE THIS SERIES! Seriously, one of my favorites of the year. I absolutely adore Jack and in this second and final installment, I got more of my favorite A-list star, Jack Eversea. There is nothing that I don't like about this book. I love the dialogue, the characters, the pacing, the buildup, the tension and ***ahhhhhh****the sweet release. Natasha Boyd, you are amazing!
If you haven't read book one, this will contain major spoilers so read on with caution!

This book starts right where book one left off with very little recap. Since book one was released on the fourth of July, 2013, I was not in need of too much review. Jack left to go back to Hollywood with his on screen and off screen contractual "girlfriend". In book one, she has shown up and announced that she was pregnant. Jack felt that he had no choice but to go back with her and figure things out. Kari Ann is left reeling. (As were the rest of us who also fell in love with Jack)

Kari Ann was devastated when Jack left. She has to try and pick up the pieces of her life. She is an artist who is just starting out, so she pours her heart and soul into her work.

Jack has never been so torn in all his life. He is stuck in a contract and forced to "date" a woman he hates. (We all hate her too Jack!) Jack does what he feels he has to do, but his wait is over. He is going back to Butler Cove and Kari Ann is not getting away again. He has his heart set on winning her back at all costs.

Kari Ann appears to have moved on. She is dating her brother's best friend Colt. He is successful and handsome, but... he could never measure up to Jack.

When Jack reappears, Kari Ann is overwhelmed with emotion. She has no idea why he left and why he has been gone for seven months with absolutely no contact. She questions everything and pushes him away. She is furious and afraid.

This is the kind of fear that sits heavy on your chest—a fundamental, incessant anxiety like you’re stuck in a dark alley—it’s life or death, and your feet have forgotten how to run. You’ve glimpsed your salvation like a glittering empire in the distance, but you can’t fucking remember how to get there. Every moment you spend pondering, is a moment your goal drifts further away, the road becoming more and more complicated and hazardous until it’s gone.

Kari Ann is struggling to accept him back into her life. Kari Ann is given a chance to glimpse at the man behind the big screen and she is overwhelmed. She goes to him and they reconnect. But she is still not sure. She has limits and he may or may not be able to honor them.

“You do know me,” Jack said, his voice rough. “You know me better than anyone on this planet. And I pegged you for more honesty than that. I know you felt something real, not based on the illusion of Jack Eversea. I can see it. I can feel it. It is real. The only real fucking thing I’ve felt in forever.”

She doesn't want a life in the shadow of the enigma that is Jack Eversea. Jack loves acting and he can not see himself doing anything else.

Kari Ann can't forget the months that he was gone. His past comes back and threatens to destroy them again. There are things in this world that we can not control and Kari Ann is running scared.

Kari Ann wants to live her life on her terms. Jack is trying so hard and she continues to push him away misinterpreting his intentions. Jack tries so hard and Kari Ann struggles to trust him and put her faith in him.

I can't give away too much more but this book was just...*Swoon*

“I love you, Keri Ann. I love you so fucking much it’s literally a physical ache in my chest.” He breathed out, roughly. “Whatever you want, I’ll do it. I’ll give you whatever you need. My life. Forever.”

The epilogue:

Thank you so much for the epilogue. It was a nice neat little bow on this amazing two book series. I LOVED IT! Jack is one of my favorite book boyfriends. I adored him. Even in his craziness, he was trying to do the right thing. I get that Kari Ann struggled to trust him and move on. I loved the insight that Jazz gave to her and how it all came together in the end.

I was afraid this would be a depressing read, but it really wasn't. There were moments of sadness but the intensity of their love pulled me through. 5 huge, amazing stars for this wonderful book! Oh, and this is only Natasha Boyd's second book! Unbelievable! Keep writing my friend!

I Left My Heart in Butler Cove

I finished Forever Jack, the second and final book in the Eversea series by Natasha Boyd, two days ago, and I haven’t been able to pick up another book since. That is how much I loved this series and specifically, this book. Natasha Boyd is a very talented author who took an ordinary fairytale concept and wrote an eloquent love story of epic proportions. I’m still smiling thinking of Jack and Keri Ann, and my heart is soaring because it’s still resides with these characters in Butler Cove, South Carolina.

This series goes into the “best I’ve ever read” pile and it’s all because of two things: these characters and the location. Natasha Boyd has a way of peeling back the layers to these beautifully flawed people. As a reader, I saw beneath Jack’s façade as his vulnerabilities and insecurities were exposed and Keri Ann’s fears about their relationship were revealed. This book is all about how two people who come from different worlds try to make their relationship work in the real world – a place where their different worlds collide.

The author writes so beautifully the location of Butler Cove, South Carolina. I was transported there on a vacation. I didn’t want to leave. From the horses, the sea turtles, the sand and the water, Natasha Boyd writes this locale so well I feel like I’ve actually been there.

Words cannot express my awe for the beauty of this story. The book starts off intense with a charged undercurrent between this couple, and the author manages to carry that emotion throughout the entire story. It’s not just a love story; it’s a lesson in life. In my opinion, the life lessons are ones we all can relate – learning to take risks, accepting the surprises life throws at you and learning to stand on your own and yet, know when the time is right to accept help.

The writing is flawless in this book. Ms. Boyd can take an innocent touch or look and make it so sexually charged that I wanted more. There is a scene in the book where Jack touches Keri Ann’s ankle, and I thought it was one of the most erotic descriptions of something so innocent that I’ve read in a long time.

Memorable characters. Beautiful location. Epic love story. 5 Soaring Stars, Ms. Boyd. I want more.

Favorite Quote:

“The way I feel about you was never a decision. It just was. I was made to love you. I never fell, I was already there. From the very first moment.” – Jack Eversea

Aşka Var Mısın kitabında film yıldızı Jack ve kasaba kızımız Keri Ann'in birbirlerine "düşmelerini" okuduk.
Keyifliydi.

"Are you done?" he asked.
"Actually? No. While you're listening, you should know i'm not pregnant, but thank you for checking on that, by the way."

"The thing about pain, whether physical or emotional, is there's no running away. You can't escape it and you can't hide from it. Not by ignoring it, not by drugging it, not by doing a swan dive into a bottle. Sooner or later you'll have to take a breath, let the pain rush in and get to the other side like your life depends on it. Because it does."

Öncelikle yazarımız Natasha Boyd'a benim en çok sevdiğim şarkılardan biri olan ve anlamı kesinlikle dünyalara değer Closer to the Edge şarkısına yer verdiği için teşekkür ederim. Büyük ihtimal buna birçok okurunun kalbine dokunacağından habersiz karar verdi ama benim için anlamı gerçekten büyük.
Sonsuza Kadar'a gelirsek...

Kerri Ann and Jack have an emotionally complex relationship that stalled in book one ('Eversea') of this amazing series. Now, in book two, we have a chance to see if these wonderful characters can finally have a forever.

A vivid love story set in the beautiful South Carolina lowcountry. An entertaining, engaging, totally enjoyable story with a completely satisfying ending. A riveting read.

Highly recommended for readers of contemporary romance.

A great follow-up to Eversea! 3.5/5 stars again, but rounding up to 4 in my rating.

I’m not gonna lie, I actually couldn’t stop myself from listening to both books in a 24 hour period… aka my equivalent of “I couldn’t put the book down!” Quick and easy reads that kept my attention really well! I said this in my review of Eversea too, the characters and overall plot aren’t terribly complex, but the simplicity of it is actually an aspect that I enjoyed about them. I didn’t have to put all of my focus into listening. Honestly, now that I’m thinking about it, I would LOVE to see these developed into Hallmark movies. They fit that channel’s vibes perfectly and I think they would make the adaptation really well.

Definitely enjoyed reading! I’d recommend Butler Cove books to anyone looking for something short, sweet, and Hallmark-Channel-esq!

4.5 forever jack stars.

This completely forfilled all expectations I had for this book! This book was a very quick read and I felt like before I even knew it the story was rapping up and getting the final sending stamp. Honestly... I wish the epilogue was a tad more interesting and exciting but let me say I wasn't disappointed with how it ended I just thought perhaps there could have been a more exciting way to end it. That is why I rated this four and a half stars but I really enjoyed this was so so happy!!

Jack knows that everything got stuffed up with Keri Ann, he made a mistake but he really had no choice but to obey the contract on which he was under, to protect her but will Keri Ann be willing to take him back or will she stick the safty of a new contender. Is a love so powerful you can feel the electric energy to unsafe to make a life out of or is she ready to risk her life for something that she isn't sure is what she wants. No matter what Keri Ann is telling Jack he knows that he just can't leave her and that a love that is so deep can't surely be left behind, he needs to pursue her and help change her mind.

 photo imagejpg3_zpsb8a43ad5.jpg

Keri Ann knows she loves Jack but is the pressure of everyone finding out that she is his “ next peice of ass ” (according to the tabloids) to much for her to except. She knows she can't give up what she loves and he can't give up what he loves so how can she be apart of his life when he wont stop acting and she won't stop creating. Will it all be to much for her and will she go running back to the safety of familiarity.

 photo imagejpg1_zpse10a745d.jpg

This was really a story about a man so desperately in love he would do anything to protect her and about a women who wants to run away from the fact that this man could turn her world upside down. How can she let that happen when everything is finally turning out so right... But maybe from the moment Jack walked into Keri Ann's life it already got turned upside and now all she has to do is embrace it.

FOREVER JACK
By Natasha Boyd

Well I don't even know where to start!! I absolutely LOVED Eversea and when it finished I could have died but I just knew the next book would be amazing and my god I wasn't wrong!!

Firstly I loved that this book was told in not just Kerri Ann's POV but also some chapters from Jack thrown in for good measure too! I adore hearing from the males POV as you can really see the story in a whole different perspective! Jack's side had me swooning like no other!! It was real, his feeling were raw and it had me longing like a love struck teenager!

The Kerri Ann that I saw and loved in Eversea with her honest, smart and quick witted mouth was still at full force in Forever Jack! She was of course more guarded and quite rightly so, but also surprisingly a lot more sure of herself which was really refreshing to see!

In the 5 months since she walked away from Jack a lot had changed for Kerri Ann, she has signed up for College and has been making and selling more of her wonderful creations, one of which is going to be displayed in a local Art Exhibition!

The only constant people in her life lately was that of Jazz,Joey and the lovely Colt, things between the two of them had turned from friendship to kind of dating without her even realising it. But they both kind of know it isn't really going anywhere when her heart still belongs to someone else!

Jack is now back and gunning for the heart that he had personally tore out with his bare hands, jumped on and then left it on the floor.. Graphic I know but come on who of you reading this review cant remember that first love, that first heart break, the tears, the anger and the hate?? I for one had totally forgotten about that god awful sick feeling... that was until I read this book and I felt like I was going through every single emotion with them and I can honestly say that no book/author have ever made me feel like I was personally going through all of this AGAIN lol.

Once Jack has done all he can to try and convince Kerri Ann of his feelings, can she forgive him? Can she let her fragile heart love again?

But more importantly how far will someone else go to ruin her life and career before it even really starts??

If I could give this book 10+ stars I would! It had me pacing the room with frustration, my heart beating in my throat with the 'what ifs' but most importantly it had my libido on high alert the entire time! All of the above combined ladies and gentleman makes for a sch-maz-ing book!! (haha)

I want to thank Natasha for gifting me this book early so I could write a review that I hope does her wonderful book justice!!

Lots of love

So much eh.

Look. I don't forgive Jack. I find his absence for 7 months, without a word - to be unforgivable. Remember that their relationship began, in the last book, when he asked her to take a chance on him. She chose to trust him, and he completely fucked her over. And nothing that was said, nothing about the situation, has even come close to explaining - to me - why he couldn't call her and explain. Whether she chose to believe him again or not, at least he'd have tried. But to not even bother - and then whore himself around England for 5 months, without even a moment of thought about how seeing that shit in tabloids would wreck her - and then show up after 7 months determined to fix things...

Nope.

That's just a hard no.

So that made for a real problem, for me. Because that's the situation the book establishes in the first like ... 15%. And I was never sold. He exhibited so little care for her that I don't understand how she could trust him again. It made her look like a doormat.

Later in the book, she annoyed the crap out of me because

And then, as a final complaint, the Audrey stuff was bullshit. I'm sorry, but this bitch was having an affair - and that was public knowledge, so her image was already shit. None of her threats held water. Jack had her over a barrel. She was not a threat. Jack should have turned the tables on her immediately, and completely put her down.

So that's probably it for me. I didn't buy her ever forgiving him, from the outset, and then I thought she was an asshole when they decided to try again. Meh.

4.5 stars! I fell in love with Jack in Eversea but in Forever, Jack...I was a goner. I loved reading this POV and hearing all his emotion and determination to will Keri Ann back. The sacrifices he made really touched me. I loved seeing them get back together.

But Keri Ann pissed me off A LOT in this book. I mean I understand he did hurt you. But once she gave him a second chance, she should have given him her all. I hated her whiplash-causing moments and how she wasn't willing to fight for Jack until the very end. My heart kept breaking for Jack for that reason...I mean, come on! Hasn't he been through enough pain in his lifetime??? I just really wanted Jack to get his happy ending.

I do wish that when they had their HEA, that it wasn't only in the very end of the story. I wanted Keri Ann to fight for Jack and tell him, none of the bullshit mattered and she would take anything as long as she was with him, but that didn't happened until literally the last chapter of the book. So Keri Ann was on my sh!t list throughout this entire book.

I loved this series, I just hope we get more of Jack and Keri Ann's future in Jazz's book. :D

No I didn't want it to end!!!!!!

Please tell me there will be another book! I need to be apart of Jack and Keri Anne's wedding. I need to share in the joy of their first baby, possibly twins? I can't bear that this is the end. What about Jazz and Joey? Was it their wedding that was happening at the end? Did Jack win an Oscar for his portrayal in his story and become the Earl? So many questions to be the end of their story.

It is hard to believe this is only your second book Mrs. Boyd. It was well written and the characters were immediately apart of my life. I recently lost the last member of my family, my father, so you can't understand what a chance to loose myself for even a little while does for me. I read both books in two days. I literally could not put them down which is saying a lot considering how much I read.

These books will go to the top of my list to read again and soon. I will be following you to see when your next book, hopefully a sequel, will be released.

3,5 y merecido.
