The commendable part about this book is that it was written with obvious respect and admiration for Gould. However, for its psychoanalytic nature and the author's tendency to draw definite conclusions from insufficient and unsatisfactory sources of information, the reader should take the book with more than a grain of salt. The latter sections seemed to be needlessly elongated.
