Stepbrother Studs: Taboo A-Z Volume 4 by Selena Kitt is a set of taboo reads. Each novella story is full of forbidden, passionate, hot, steamy play that will keep you hooked from start to finish. The characters of each story are interesting and very enjoyable. Each one are fantasies that will keep you hooked, fantasies of step brothers and sisters of a taboo type. Trust me, you don’t want to miss out on this book.

This book is part of Stepbrother Studs Taboo A-Z Volume 4. I got this book from Booksprout as an ARC.
Review Lara has a deep dark secret that she has been keeping from everyone she knows. She only knows one person that she trusts enough to tell and that person is her best friend and stepbrother, Preston. When Lara finally get the courage to tell him everything that has been going on the stepfather comes home home and ruins the holiday. When Preston is on his way back to school the helicopter that he was on crashes and there are no survivors. That day Lara stop caring about anything and everything. Now she has nobody to tell what is happening to her. Then one day in a blink of an eye Lara's world is turned upside down and inside out. And a blast from her past walks back into her life. Will this past be her savior or will it cause her more pain and misery?
I really enjoy reading Selena's books. She is one of my favorite authors. I could not stop reading this story once I started it. The flow of the story was on point. The story was very believable. I can't wait to read more books by Selena. I recommend this book to others.
Quinn:
Quinn and Viv are steps that have been left to fend for themselves when their parents left them. They have done good. They have formed a band that is becoming famous. But more important than that they have formed a bond with each other. They both don't want to cross that bond. But one night lines are crossed an there is no going back. Will this break up the band? A family? Sibling?
I love reading Selena's books. The flow of the story was good. Everything that was written believable and on point. I recommend this book to others.
Ryan:
Shauna is in trouble in more ways than one. First, she has a baby to take care of and the baby daddy has skipped out on her. Then, her parents kick her out of the house. She has no where to go and no money. So She does the only thing that she can think of and calls her stepbrother, Ryan, to bail her out. Shauna feels bad for having to lean on Ryan so much. But one night Shauna starts feeling like she is taking advantage of Ryan. But he reassures her over and over again that she is not burdening him at all. Will she finally accept that Ryan help with out feeling bad about it.
I am liking this series. I can't wait to start at the beginning of this series. The flow of the story was on point and very believable. The sex scenes will burn the sheets up in flames. I can't wait to see what else Selena has up her sleeves. I recommend this book to others.
Sean:
Rose is left all alone after an unexpected turn of events that happened to her parents. The last person she ever thought she would see again comes back into her life when she needs him the most her stepbrother, Sean. Now that he's back, he will take care of her and everything they will need to survive. They decide to head out on a road trip to get away from all the bad things that has happened in the town they grew up in. While on this road trip lines that had been drawn will be crossed. Once the lines have been crossed there is not going back. Will they be the same? Will they survive it?
This book was okay. I was not to fond of this book. I was a little confused when I started reading it. But as it went on I kind of figured out what was going on towards the end of the book. The sex scenes was hot and steamy. The sheets were about to be on flames. This book was not one of my favorites. So I kind of recommend this book.
Tristan:
Lyla has been nothing but helpful to her stepbrother, Tristan, since she joined the law firm that he works at. She has become his right hand on all of his cases. She goes above and beyond what is expect of her. She knows him so well that she knows his moods and when he's tense and needs to relax before a case. Layla is just the right person to help relax and get give him all the pep talk he can handle. But has she started something that could eventually send them both up in flames?
I really liked this book. Like I've said before Selena Kitt is one of my favorite authors. Once I pick up one of her books and start reading, I go on a binge. And before I know it I have 10 or more of her books. This is what has happened with this series. I recommend this book, series, and author to others.
Upton:
Winnie has made the journey to the family's summer house at the request of her stepbrother, Upton. He is having writes block and needs his muse to help him out. Once he tells her his problem she makes a suggestion that he change a word. Now Upton writer's block is gone and he is now a writing machine. But that one suggestion has opened a jar and the lid will not go back on now. Will this open jar upset their life?
I liked the book. It was very quick read. The sex scenes in this book was off the charts. They will leave you wanting more and wishing you were Winnie. I recommend this book, series, and authors to others.

If you like your romances hot and steamy and a little bit angsty, this collection was written for you! Each of these is about a step-brother and step-sister - no biological relationships - who find their relationship evolving into a different kind of love.
In the first story, Preston and Lara have quite a lot to overcome. This was my favorite of the six, the one with the most emotional content that showed their relationship was about far more than just a sexual attraction. It's also the most difficult to read, as it deals with violence and abuse. It's got a victorious HEA, and is told in a manner that is intense and suspenseful.
In the second, Quinn and Viv have only each other after their parents essentially abandon them, and they've found success by forming a rock band. They tried to avoid their attraction to each other in a rather unorthodox way that involved making their groupies very happy, but eventually they realize that their feelings can no longer be ignored. This story was the most erotic of the collection, definitely not a story for those who easily blush.
Ryan and Shauna find the bliss they each were looking for in others when they end up sharing a home right after the birth of Shauna's son, whose father walked away from his responsibility. Not only does Ryan want the responsibility of fatherhood, he realizes he wants the whole package with Shauna. This is a beautiful story about family, and explored a sexual relationship with a new mother in a way that I'd never read before.
Sean and Rose embark on a road trip against the backdrop of a setting that is only hinted at until the very end. This story also has the element of Rose being a virgin, and is quite a bit more light-hearted than the others, despite the slightly supernatural setting
Tristan and Lyla are attorneys who add a physical element to their relationship as a way of relieving stress before a big case. The current case brings its own added pressure, forcing these two to examine the depth of their feelings for each other.
The final story is about Upton, a romance writer, whose muse is his step-sister, Winnie. Stuck with writer's block, he insists that Winnie join him to help him regain his focus and finish his current book. This one's a story that hits a little too close to home for them, and it's only through working out their feelings for each other that Upton can find the solution for his book's characters.

Book-1 Preston & Lara
Preston and Lara are step siblings that have always gotten along. When Lara was younger Preston saved her from a boy that was in Preston's grade. That boy attacked Lara one day after school. Preston saved Lara that day. Lara wanted to tell Preston what her step father was doing to her since she was twelve. Lara didn't want Preston to spend the rest of his life in prison. Lara new in her heart if she told Preston the truth on what her stepfather was doing to her.
Book -2 Quinn & Viv
Quinn and Viv are in a band together. Viv believes that Gideons Bible is symbolic to her and Quinn's relationship. Quinn and Viv would have orgies after their shows. They would accidentally kiss and carefully caress each other. Quinn and Viv went back to their RV and Quinn is telling Viv that he doesn't want to sneak around any more.
Book -3 Ryan & Shauna
Shauna is a young mother to her infant son. Ryan is Shauna's stepbrother. Ryan had no obligations to step up to help Shauna when their parents had told her to move out.
Book -4 Sean & Rose
Sean was in the special forces training. Rose has always admired Sean's body. Rose was in lust with her stepbrother.
Book -5 Tristan & Lyla
Lyla was junior partner in Tristan's law firm. Tristan doesn't want to dance around each other relationship. He's tired of letting Lyla think that he needs her to blow him to win. Lyla has been driving Tristan bat shit crazy.
Book -6 Upton & Winnie
Upton wants Winnie to come keep him company while he tries to write another steamy romance novel. Upton likes to call it his mommy porn. Upton needed Winnie their to get his mojo back. Winnie didn't believe him. I loved reading this box set. I enjoyed every storyline in each book. Each one was captivating, interning, outstanding oh and hot as all hell.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Here we have six romantic tales of what some people would consider to be taboo relationships between a young woman and her stepbrother. I have no problem with it as they are not blood related so why not? The six male heroes are :- Preston, Quinn, Ryan, Sean, Tristan, Upton and they are all scrumptious. The young women who love them are equally lovely and each story 'pulled' at my heart. I actually haven't read anything by Selena Kitt before and it was quite an eye opened. Her style of writing is fast paced and she gives the reader details that make the story and the characters come alive before your very eyes. You will meet men who are loners, who are tattooed, with piercings, bikers, ex military and all, of course, tough guys who fall in love with their woman. Of the six stories my favourite was of Shauna and Ryan who share a house after she has given birth to her baby whose father was a dead beat and just up and left. As they get to know one another Ryan falls for her hard which he didn't expect nor did he expect to love her baby so much too. I actually haven't read a story about a couple getting together just after she's given birth and the way they handled the situation was sensitive and well written. I certainly enjoyed the stories and hope that you will too.

This is the fourth box set of the series and Selena Kitt just keeps getting better. I will caution those with certain triggers to read with care. This is a great set of short stories involving love between a girl and her stepbrother. Each story had a little different twist but showed real love that is usually considered taboo. Preston has to help his sister with an abusive stepfather. Quinn has to convince his sister that other people's opinion shouldn't worry them. Ryan is there for his stepsister and her baby after the rest of the family turn their backs on her. Sean and his stepsister are on a road trip and later we find out are on the run from zombies. Tristan and his stepsister are lawyers in practice together with a special tradition before each court appearance. Upton is a romance writer who knows his stepsister is his muse.
I really enjoyed the different twists in each story and the love between the two strengthen as they give into their feelings. I only wish the stories were longer with more details on their future. I voluntarily received a copy of these stories and this is my honest review.

A book with more stories is always a pleasure to read.
These were all with the same theme, but totally different.
The first one was a bit dark and not a fun read at some parts, so I as a bit unsure about the others. Hoping they weren’t this dark too. But luckily they weren’t.
They are all about stepbrother and stepsister and the taboo of a relationship between them.
I have to say I don’t see the taboo as much as they did, but maybe that is because I am not from America?
But what happened between them was always hot and steamy to read about, so I didn’t mind it at all.

This is a great collection of 6 stepbrother stories. Ms Kitt has managed to create a well written set of compelling short stories that are engaging and entertaining. The first story features Preston and Lara, which is quite suspenseful (abuse trigger warning). Quinn & Viv are rockstars making loving music together. Ryan & Shauna negotiate parenthood and all it has to offer. My favourite of the bunch was Sean and Rose, which saw them take a road trip with a bit of a twist. Excellent bunch of stories, enjoyed every one of them.

As always well written stories with a great storylines and plots. This box set is absolutely a must have. It contains three amazing stories that has a lot of chemistry and passion in them. They are rollercoasters of emotional ups and downs. You laugh, scream, cry and want to shake the characters sometimes to get them in the game. Different from others with this theme.
The stories have some unsuspected twists which only makes them much better.

Love this set from Selena. This bookset was hot. I could not put it down until I finished reading it. I definitely recommend this book to anyone who is looking to read it and aren’t sure if they want to. Trust me, you will love it.

While I really enjoyed Preston in the first story, I was disappointed at how weak and sadly unintelligent Lara was. She’s told to run and she heads for the stairs? However I did totally love that the hate each other steps trope was missing from this story. I also liked Tristan and Lyla..I never heard anyone talk so much while performing oral sex. The stories are fast, hot and fun.

Rarely have I enjoyed a collection as much as this one. The characters are a true delight, their stories impossible to put down until their conclusion. I was thrilled by each well written tale, more than a little breathless at the amazingly hot scenes shared, and amazed at several unexpected twists that came to light with perfect timing. I can't recommend this collection strongly enough!

I was gifted a copy and am leaving an honest review. This book contains 5 very short stories. Each story is an easy read with hot sex scenes and a happy ending. I would have loved to see some of these drawn out into full length stories as they were a little to short for my tastes.

December 29, 2017This box set is not a full collection of the stepbrother novels by this author and it is not as long as you would think 6 stories would be; 3 other collections are offered. The content itself if hot and varied with the exception that each story involves a stepbrother and stepsister. While it is commonly written that this type of relationship is taboo, that only applies if the siblings have a common parent. That is not the case here so read with a clear conscience!
