She’s the calm to this storm.
A sweet and emotional contemporary read. This is a novella so things start off quickly. Many things happen, and then it leads to Judd being a single dad and Leighton being there when he needs her.
I really enjoyed this read, and loved that it felt kind of slow burn even though it’s a quick story. I think since it’s a bit of a sensitive topic it’s good the way the author handled the romance.
If you like quick yet still slow burn contemporaries, maybe even consider this a nanny romance without the taboo, then I’d recommended Adored!

This was Judd Matthews’ life – a life that he reveled in because he was able to live his dream each and every time he stepped out onto a stage or went into the studio to record another hit song.
Judd adored the freedom he felt on the road and by not being tied down in a monogamous relationship; he was a single attractive man who lived it up one woman and one bottle of beer at a time…until a helpless baby girl entered his life and showed him what it truly meant to be adored.
The Judd readers meet at the beginning of this Wanted World novella is nothing like the man he becomes because of his adoration for his daughter and Leighton Mitchell, his daughter’s NICU nurse and the woman who showed him that he could make it as a single dad, even if his country star lifestyle begged to differ.
Through the course of the story, Georgia Cates allows readers as well as Leighton to witness Judd’s transformation from a promiscuous partier to a doting father, and even though there are a few hiccups along the way, Judd’s willingness and desire to be a better man, not only for his daughter but for the nurturing woman who decided to take a risk on him, prove how easy it is to change one’s ways when the love of a child and an amazing woman fill one’s life with nothing but precious and memorable moments.
Even though Adored is a bit of a slow burn novella, the chemistry between Judd and Leighton is there from the beginning, so while readers have to wait for Judd and Leighton to act on their feelings and for Judd to prove that she is all he thought about since moving her and his daughter to his home, it’s clear that Judd’s changed ways and Leighton’s unconditional love of those she cares about will give them a chance to make the perfect little family, giving Judd the one thing he never thought he wanted and Leighton the only things she’s ever felt missing from her life.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of the book.
Adored is such a sweet little story that sort of packs an emotional punch. It's kind of amazing how much depth Georgia Cates was able to inject into such a short story. I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about Judd when he was introduced, but it was easy to fall in love with him as he embraces fatherhood and as we watch Leighton fall in love with him as well. The way they fall for each other seems so natural that even though it happens fairly quickly, it doesn't come off like insta-love. 4 out of 5 wine glasses.

Georgia Cates is a favorite author and a go to one for me. This was a very short story, about 80 pages are 1.5 to read. Not a great deal of time for relationship development but the story still worked for me. Cute read. It really should be only .99 versus 1.99 but whatever.

The globetrotting bachelor learns how to be a family man in this sweet yet humorous ode to the fairy tale. There's a magic to the bond between a father and daughter that Ms. Cates captured perfectly. Surprise daddy scenarios are a treasure because there is something so sexy about a man taking his first awkward steps in fatherhood. Judd was a wanderer. His career took him many places but one adorable little girl taught him the meaning of love and one special woman gave him his heart's desire.

THIS. BOOK. WAS. AMAZING!!!
The whole idea of Kindle world is great, but this series is centered arounfd one of my VERY FAVORITE series.
I am now a Georgia Cates fan.
Again Mason Texas proves that it's where you go to fall in love. This novella is very special to me because of the baby that's in it. ( you'll have to read it to understand)

Adore is the perfect title for this novella by Georgia Cates because I absolutely ADORED this story.
Adore is a standalone novella in Kelly Elliott’s Wanted World and is told in Dual POV. This was a sweet and sexy single dad rock star romance. It had a touch of the forbidden love story because Leighton is hired by Judd to be his newborn baby’s nanny. The connection to Kelly Elliott’s Wanted Series is that this story takes place in Mason Texas and the Hero of the story is Gunner’s cousin. I loved that we got to see Gunner again in this story. I thought this was a wonderful addition to this Kindle World.
You will get swept up into this story and these characters lives. I will say that when I finished this story I wanted more. I wish this would’ve been a full length novel because I couldn’t get enough of Leighton and Judd.
As with all of these novellas in this Kindle World you don’t have to read any other book to enjoy each of them.

I would 100% recommend this book to anyone who loves Georgia Cates books. Also if you love a rock star romance this is one to check out, because you will fall in love with all the characters and there isn’t a lot of excess drama. This novella will leave you with a smile on your face.

Debated on five stars because the book is quite short. It could of been expanded but it hadn't. The story for the length is still detailed enough that you feel for the characters and feel their chemistry.

Fell in love with Jude, Leighton and Scarlet what a awesome book to start with in the Wanted series novellas. Glad Gunner popped up in it. Can’t wait to read the rest of them. Thanks.

GAH! I want so much more of this book! Adored was phenomenal, particularly when you consider it’s a novella and all of those feelings it provoked were done in such a short time. Judd and Leighton were wonderful, and baby Scarlett made my heart burst with love and affection.
Adored is a novella set in Kelly Elliot’s Wanted (Kindle) world. It absolutely stands on its own; you do not need to have read the other books in the world to understand this one. I’m sure having that knowledge would have given a little insight into some of the characters mentioned in the book, but not having that knowledge didn’t take anything away from the experience to me, as the whole book revolved around Leighton, Judd, and Scarlett.
While this book was short, it packed an emotional punch. From the first page, when Ms. Cates shattered my mommy heart with her description of poor sick baby Scarlett in the NICU to the final pages full of hope and love, every word in the entire book was carefully chosen and arranged to elicit deep and powerful emotions from the reader.
I loved Judd, I loved Leighton, I loved Scarlett, I just loved this entire novella. Leighton’s past destroyed my heart, she’d been through so much and carried on with such grace I admired her strength. I felt like there was so much more of Judd under the surface that we weren’t able to explore, because of the brevity of the book, that I’m sure would have made his desire and care for Leighton – and Scarlett – even more poignant.
My only wish for this book is that it was longer, at least a full-length novel. I loved the brief time we spent with Leighton, Judd, and Scarlett and wish we’d been able to have more of them. I’m not saying the story wasn’t complete because it was, I just wish we could have had more story. I want more of these characters!
Georgia Cates knows how to construct a story for maximum emotional impact. Her writing always leaves me reeling – in the best way. I continually return to her books because I know she’ll deliver a wonderful romance while still putting my heart through the proverbial wringer.

Everyone know Judd Matthews. Big Country music star, ladies man, gorgeous. One night stands were one of his favorite things about being on the road until he receives a call from a one night stand claiming she is pregnant. When she goes into labor almost 2 months early complications arise and the mother dies. Judd cancels the rest of his tour dates to go and find out if he is in fact the baby’s father. When the paternity is confirmed he spends time at the hospital with his daughter, however not ready to bond with her. With the help of one of the nurses at the hospital he finally picks a name for her and starts to bond with her. When it is close to time to take her home he starts to panic. How is he going to take care of Scarlett all by himself. His career takes him away for weeks at a time. He offers Leighton, Scarlett’s nurse a signing bonus and increase in pay if she would quit at the hospital and become her full time nanny.
Leighton could not believe the offer, but she could not pass it up as it would get her out of debt and allow her to move on from her divorce. Living in the same house as Judd Matthews has been a big change for Leighton. She loves Scarlett and her new job, however she is finding it hard to block the feelings she is starting to have for Judd.
Are there mutual feeling there or is she alone in this? Only time will tell.

This is a new to me author, but one that I've heard a great many wonderful things about. If this novella is any indication, she is about to become one of my favorites.
This novella is a kindle world novella, set in the world of the Wanted series by Kelly Elliott. I've not read any of those books, but I've read several of the other Wanted Kindle World Novellas. I've not been disappointed by any of them!
Judd is a country music star, that is surprised by the birth of his baby daughter, that he didn't even know was coming! Leighton is the NICU nurse taking care of that daughter. This story begins shortly after her birth. Leighton has a tragic past, which surprises me, because she has such a sunny, happy disposition. Judd is a typical male, living his life in the spotlight, but quickly changes his entire outlook on life with the birth of his daughter. Judd's daughter, his lack of confidence in his ability to take care of her on his own, and circumstances throw Judd and Leighton together. The mutual respect, as well as lots of fireworks, are obvious from the beginning.
Unlike many novellas, this book is not lacking in the details that make a story great. In fact it is very well written, and the novella length does not detract from that at all. Although short, the story is complete, and the HEA is amazing! It's a beautiful story that reminds me that out of the most dire of circumstances, sometimes comes a truly amazing future that you could never have seen coming!

5 stars for - Adored - by Georgia Cates a novella with just the right amounts of sweet and sexy about a country super star that suddenly finds himself a single dad. Judd Matthews is in a new city every night and he indulges in the easy women that throw themselves at him whenever he feels like it until he gets a call that changes his life. Judd becomes a single parent to a premature newborn overnight and if it wasn't for the exceptional medical staff and his family he would've lost his mind.
Judd adapts his life to care for his little girl, but quickly realizes he will need help once she comes home from the hospital. He has no shame when it comes to his baby and will even resort to begging if necessary to recruit their favorite NICU nurse to come live and work on his ranch. Leighton is recently out of a bad relationship and finds it impossible to say no to the substantial raise she would receive working with the little girl she fell in love with over the last few months. Now if Leighton could just stop the sexy thoughts about that little girl's daddy it would make things so much easier.
Ms. Cates never disappoints and this one was such a great read I literally could not put the book down. Whether you're in the mood for a few laughs, sexy romance or an emotional journey this story has got you covered.

Judd is a country music star, that is surprised by the birth of his baby daughter, that he didn’t even know was coming! Leighton is the NICU nurse taking care of that daughter. This story begins shortly after her birth. Leighton has a tragic past, which surprises me, because she has such a sunny, happy disposition. Judd is a typical male, living his life in the spotlight, but quickly changes his entire outlook on life with the birth of his daughter. Judd’s daughter, his lack of confidence in his ability to take care of her on his own, and circumstances throw Judd and Leighton together. The mutual respect, as well as lots of fireworks, are obvious from the beginning.
Unlike many novellas, this book is not lacking in the details that make a story great. In fact it is very well written, and the novella length does not detract from that at all. Although short, the story is complete, and the HEA is amazing! It’s a beautiful story that reminds me that out of the most dire of circumstances, sometimes comes a truly amazing future that you could never have seen coming!

A novella by Georgia Cates, that I wish was actually a novel.
This story was so heartfelt and beautiful. The characters where amazing and the story line too.

Leighton a divorce, NIC nurse in care of Judd’s new baby girl. She is a woman who works hard to fix all of he problems her ex husband left her with, when she gets an offer she can’t refuse from Judd she takes it. It can make her life better and she fell in love with Judd’s little girl.
Their chemistry is unbelievable, their sweetness is beautiful and their personalities just match together. This was such a sweet and easy story to read. I actually want more, you get sucked in their relationship and how they just work together. Amazing novella.

I absolutely loved this new novella by Georgia Cates.
Judd Mathews one of the hottest country music stars out there is in for the shock of his life - he is going to become a father. When his baby is born early he is all she has in the world and to say he is not ready would be an understatement. When he hires her beautiful nurse as Scarlett's nanny his problem is solved, now if he could just stop thinking about her.
Leighton Mitchell wasnt looking for a new life, but when sexy country star Judd makes her an offer she really couldn't refuse she knows that this is just what she needs. Taking care of precious Scarlett is just an added bonus. Now if she can just stop thinking about her dad.
Ms Cates does a great job weaving a fantastic story in novella form. She clearly establishes her main characters and the love story felt authentic from page one. Told in dual POV's we get to see both sides of this romance which I love. There are a few secondary characters sprinkled in but this book truly belongs to Judd, Leighton, and Scarlett.

Oh wow this simply delicious Novella was perfect! This was such a beautifully written short story of a single dad literally thrown in at the deep end, oh so many lovely feel good feels! I honestly could have read a full length novel on these two!
What more could you ask for then a sexy as sin famous Country rock star Judd Matthews and hot Premie Nurse Leighton Mitchell. how can she turn down a job looking after the gorgeously cute Scarlett when her dad asks after his life has been turned upside down for this bundle of joy with no notice.
Beautiful writing that had you feeling everything. Such a beautiful slow build of attraction but once it was there the tension was scorching! Leighton and Judd were simply perfect for each other

What a cute read. Love Judd and Leighton. They net in the most unconventional way. Judd is a famous country singer and Leighton is a NICU nurse. They meet when Judd finds out that he has a daughter in NICU and Leighton is her nurse.
Judd never wanted kids and didn’t know about his daughter existence until that day. When Scarlett his baby girl was finally discharged he still wasn’t sure of himself and made Leighton an offer that at first she was hesitant but then couldn’t resist. She became Scarlett’s nanny.
This was a slow build up but the attraction was always there. Leighton had her own issues from past relationship and Judd also had his reserves because of his fame but these two couldn’t be more perfect for each other.
The epilogue was very cute and I wished that this was a novel and not a novella.

Oh my goodness I literally wanted to crawl inside this book and help Judd Mathews with everything and anything. I have to say this one was so very enjoyable from the beginning to the end. Judd finds out that he has a little girl one that he didnt know he had until she was born. But things are only difficult from there. Thank God an angle agrees to help him take care of his daughter. I absolutely loved these two together. Judd and Leighton make the best couple. Leighton is the nurse that takes care of Judd's daughter right from the beginning.I loved how Judd comes around when it comes to his daughter. This book was just yummy. I absolutely loved it. I loved the part where the little girl is called Miss Prissy Pants that is just such a cute name. Very well written enjoyable from beginning to end.

This was a fast read but still packs in all the emotions of a gorgeous romance.
I would definitely recommend reading this if you're after a quick read.

The Wanted series is one of my all time favorites, so needless to say, I had high expectations for the books in the Wanted Kindle World. I can safely say I am not disappointed. Georgia Cates knocked it out of the park with Adored. It has everything I adore in this series and more. The sweetness, the swoon worthy sexy cowboys, the beautiful romance, Adored is perfect.
Leighton and Judd were so wonderful. Their sweet romance will leave you feeling all warm and fuzzy. I’m always a sucker for a single dad but Judd took the cake with him and his little girl. It was so precious seeing him fall head over heels for his daughter while falling hard for Leighton too. Not to mention the bonus of getting a peek at Gunner while reading this!

OVARY EXPLOSION here. This is my first read by Georgia Cates and I think I will be devouring more of her books.

Scarlett is one of those nurses you always want in your life, caring on all levels. She sees how Judd is internally struggling with seeing his very tiny daughter in her incubator. Scarlett helps him see through it all and guide him on the right course for Leighton's care and into his heart.
This book is still in my soul. I have read it several more times before I wrote this review. It is one of those books you wish could be a full length novel.

This was a beautifully written and touching story. By the lovely Georgia Cates.
She gives use another book friend to fall in love with and drool over. Another story to talk about with your best friend and read over and over again.

Leighton is a women who still believe in love. Even after a nasty divorce. She kind and caring. Intelligent and smart. Beautiful and sexy. Motherly and nurturing. All the things Judd is looking for in a women. But most of all she the woman that love's his daughter.

I really enjoyed this novella from Kelly Elliott’s Wanted Kindle World. Georgia Cates packed a lot of story and character development into it. It definitely had the Wanted feel and I know Kelly must be proud.

Georgia Cates has done it again. This was one the sweetest books I have read in a long time. Watching Judd fall in love with Scarlett and learn what is important in life was a breath lot fresh air.
Judd is a country superstar who has forgotten what's important in life. So, when a one night strand has his baby, he's left alone trying to figure out what to do. Enter Leighton. Scarlett's nurse. This is where sparks fly as Judd learns that family is more important than money and women. The story is written flawlessly and imperfect. You will definitely fall in love with these characters.
Man only negative about this book is that it was only a novella. It should have been a full-length book. I would love tom now more about Judd, Leighton and their families.
