When the famous Double Rainbow of January 8, 2010, displayed itself just beyond his front yard in California, Paul “Bear” Vasquez had just finished typing an e-mail in which he said he felt like Noah. In fact, full rainbows had been showing up with an astonishing frequency, leading the self-described farmer to ponder their deeper significance. “What does it mean??!!” cries Vasquez on his memorable video.
