This is another book that takes place in Mason, Texas; the couple of this book is Liam & Leni. Leni lived a life of privilege and she watched as her parents loved only themselves and left her out of that love. Leni only lets her grandma into her heart and loves her since her parents don’t have time or room to love her. She heads back to Mason TX to visit her grandma and Liam who she loved seeing every time she visits until they had a horrible breakup in their friendship, something Leni caused. Leni and Liam were childhood best friends and haven’t spoken since that incident. Leni, who is really a sweet person but comes off as having a smart mouth and high strung ways- wants to try and repair their friendship but isn’t sure what will happen. Liam is a great guy –one who is smart and strong -who comes from a loving home, something Leni never had. He realizes that Leni is a bit high strung but he wasn’t sure what happened between them and now that she is back, he wonders if this is the right time to let her in on a little secret…that he is in love with her. Can Leni quit being a bit of a jerk and open her eyes or will Liam get tired of trying and move on? I liked the sweet romance and the main characters in this Mason TX book. I wish it could have been a full length novel so I could have gotten more out of the characters but overall , it was just right for this novella. The heat and sweetness level fit this series.

I was pulled right into this super short story. The story has secrets, pain, laughs, and heartbreak.

Love is not always canes and shooting stars. It's messy. There will be dark clouds and rainy days. The question is: "Do we have the strength to weather the storm? Leni and Liam traveled a hard road to answer that question. Mistrust, heartbreak and distance were frequent stops on their journey back to each other, but it ended up forging a bond that once built could not be easily broken. Everything I Needed is a celebration of the power of love and a salute to those willing to take the risk and fall.

Fantastic
I love reading books that involve childhood friends. Those are the best books because you get to find out how they became friends and what happened to their friendship. I love when childhood friends reunite and find out they hurt each other over nothing.

This story was just okay. I liked Liam and he was such a sweetheart and wonderful, but Leni was horrible. I hated her so so much. Yes, I know we got some reasons why she was the way she was, but that doesn't excuse being terrible to someone who was nothing but nice to you. Who has done nothing but be good to you and your grandmother. Oh, Leni was the worst.
Leni grew up with affluent parents who didn't care about anything but themselves. And she watched her mom give up everything she loved to be with her dad. Her dad would talk down to her mom and her mom didn't have a backbone to stand up for herself. So Leni sees love as this horrible thing. Okay. Sure. I get it. And Leni needs to get out of Texas and be a famous artist because she can't do that there. Not where her parents lived. But...things don't work out as she planned. Yes, she ran far far away, but now she is back because she couldn't make it in New York City. She is broke and has no where else to go. Plus she doesn't really have any friends or anything, just her grandmother in Texas, the one person Leni cares about.
Now as soon as she gets home she runs into Liam and is so incredibly mean to him for no reason. They used to be best friends until one summer when Leni started treating Liam like crap. Yelling at him, telling him how much she never wants to see him again, saying things that she knows will hurt him and he has no idea why. Even all this time later he still misses his best friend.
Leni is a mess and I don't know why she was so incredibly mean to Liam. For a very long time. She stops occasionally, Liam thinks they are getting closer, but then she gets afraid or things get too real for her and she lashes out again. Her parents really messed her up and still do so she is aimless and doesn't know how to be happy. Now I understand her needing to get out of Texas thing, I couldn't have stayed in my hometown for anyone I would have been miserable, but she doesn't really have that. She has the she is trying to outrun her problems which doesn't work. And I don't buy for one second that she suddenly changes and is okay. Not if she is supposed to be that messed up. It would take work and really trying to change to make that happen. Oh, she was a mess but I also didn't believe that she was really that much of a mess because of her parents. She really just seemed like a horrible person who suddenly changes to be a good person which I didn't buy. I would try another of the authors books to see if with different characters I would enjoy her stories more, but we shall see. I only kept reading this story because it was short and Liam was sweet. Though why he gave Leni a billion chances and kept trying to connect with her I will never understand. At some point you should give up because it is not worth it. Oh well.

I just popped my Ellie Wade cherry, and what a cherry it was!
Loved getting back to the Wanted World by KellyElliott, nice to catch a glimpse of Gunner and Ellie.
What a terribly lost soul Lenu is, she has had some huge trust issues to deal with in her short life, but although she seemed like a debbit downer at times, you definitely understood her reasoning behind it all.
Liam, ahh swoon, was he too good to be true, NO! he was an honest to goodness cowboy who when he finds the right one, he knows how 'right' she is.
He was a very patient man, we got a glimpse of what a horndog he was in his teenage years, but he matured into a well grounded good man.
Leni was full of anger and bitterness when she arrived back into Mason, but the Ice Queen she was, was beginning to thaw out, there were bumps ut when the light bulb moment happened for her, it was a really lovely heartfelt moment.
Really enjoyed being back in Texas, now for the remaining books in this series.

When you grow up in a household that is dysfunctional, where love for your child is out put on the back burner to the parents being first. Well that is how Leni grew up she never did anything right and her parents never showed her love. She vowed to never fall in love not even her childhood best friend Liam could change it. She never wanted to stay in the small town of Mason, Texas. Now years later she is back in Mason living with her Mimi. Liam always wanted to be there for his bestie but she distant herself from him. Now she is back and he is determined to get their relationship back the way it was if not better. He has loved her for so long can he show her she is worth the 💘 love he wants to give her. Will Leni let her fears keep her from seeing what has been standing in front of her all this time. This story has so much love and passions between Leni and Liam that you just keep reading not wanting it to end.

This is another book that takes place in Mason, Texas. This one is about Liam and Leni. Leni comes back to Mason and has no idea what she is going to do with her life. She absolutely loves Art and wants to do something with Art. But she has no idea what to do with the rest of her life. Lami has loved Lani since they were kids. They spent almost every summer together when they were growing up until she tells him off and doesnt want anything more to do with him. But now she is back in Mason and they try to become friends again. But is it going to work? Are the feelings that they had back then still there hanging waiting for them to realize that they are there? I absolutely loved Lani and Lami together. The way he believes in her and wants to give her whatever will make her happy. I absolutely loved reading this one. I cant wait to read more from this writer.

I really enjoyed this novella, it wasn't the hearts and flowers the others were it showed that love can be messy, hardwork and that sometimes the road is bumpy to get to where you need to be. Once you have survived the storm, so to speak, the bond you have will be beautifully strong.
I did love Liam and Leni, they were so opposite to each other. Leni was a lost soul, she's full of anger and bitterness when she arrives back into Mason but Liam can help her thaw out from the Ice Queen she's become. Liam is so sweet, too good to be true ......swoon!!
I was completely addicted to this story. Would loved to have read this as a full length Novel.

Oh my, ❤️. Leni and Liam were childhood best friends. He grew up in a loving home and she grew up in the complete opposite. It was hard at first for me to like Leni because I thought she was ungrateful and rude. But when you see a little of the flashbacks then you understand why she’s like that. That poor girl had lots of issues. Liam I liked from the beginning and he had the patience of a saint. I liked that he didn’t put up with Leni’s terrible attitude and set her straight but all the while his heart only beat for her.
This was one that was frustrating because of her but then she finally saw what was in front of her after snapping out of her pity party. Liam was great and did anything for her. Their ending was just beautiful.

Everything I Need is such a beautiful story of second chance friendship and love. I’m loving every single addition to the Wanted world and this is no exception. Sweet, pure, romance with just the right amount of tension to keep you flying through the pages, and an irresistible cowboy that you can’t help falling in love with. I loved every second of this novella.
Liam and Leni are now one of my favorite couples ever. Liam was so down to his bones good. Strong, sweet, and supportive he never gave up on Leni. Leni broke my heart at times for how unhappy she was. Underneath all those sad feelings was a beautiful woman and Liam always knew she was there. Together they brought out the absolute best in each other and had a love that shined right off the pages.

I believe this is my favorite so far.
As a child Eleanora AKA Leni lived a loveless childhood. It was the old fashioned view of a child can be seen, but not heard.
William AKA Liam was growing up to be the perfect rancher. Liam and Leni became best friends during her first summer at Mimi's house. Until Leni started to feel different.
As they became teenagers, they also became very aware of other things, like hormones...lol
Fast forward to to the ages of of 23 and 25. Liam is exactly where he wants to be and Leni is left with nothing.....That is until she finally opens her eyes and stops being a pain in the ass...

I am a huge fan of Kelly Elliott's Wanted series and I am so glad that this novella spin off series was created. Everything I need is Leni and Liam's story and it gave me all the feels. This book is about first loves and second chances. It is a sweet romance and a quick read. I couldn't put this book down and loved every second of this book! This book is no longer in publication but I was able to get a paperback copy when it was available. If you are able to find a copy of this book, I highly recommend it.

I think this is my first book to read by this author and I can say after Leni and Liam's story, it won't be the last!! As I think I have said with all of the Wanted World Novellas, I wish there was MORE!! But it was one of the longest and I enjoyed every second of it. What's not to love about best friends who end up together even one hell of a bumpy road?!?! This is a definite must read!!

Amazingly sweet romance
Liam and Leni have a connection from their youngest years. While Leni had a very rough life with parents who didn’t care about her, Liam was learning to run the family ranch. I liked both characters, though Leni drove me slightly crazy. She was so messed up from her parents lack of relationship she didn’t know how to be in one. They do get there sweet HEA!

Liam is a good man, he's willing to spoil his girl, “heck no. You’re not in the big city anymore, sweetheart. We’re doing beer, and I promise, you’ll like it. You’re not drinking the right beer if you think it tastes like p***. I’ll get you the good stuff, okay?” I liked this book, Liam had the patience of a saint where Leni was concerned.

Leni was one of those women you just wanted to slap because she didn't realize what was right in front of her and of course she has family who loves her and a man, a hot sexy man who is willing to go to extremes to love her. Poor Liam kept getting dealt blows by Leni, but luckily she pulled her head out of her butt long enough to see she does have everything.

This was an infuriating read that I couldn’t put down! I loved how this author weaves this tale, topping it off with a satisfying ending and loose ends tied up. My favorite.

4 Admitting Your Best Friend Is Your Forever Love Stars!!!
For me, there's nothing better than a friends to lovers story and when it's set in the Wanted Kindle World that just makes me love it that much more.
Leni and Liam were besties growing up until one day changed everything and their friendship is gone. Once Leni comes back to Mason to see her beloved grandmother, the only person Leni has ever let in her heart for a variety of reasons.
Once she's back in Mason, Liam is bound and determined to let his girl back and for more than just a friendship. This is a great quick read that gave me all the feels. And I loved seeing Leni realize that Liam is everything she needs and wants.

This is part of the Wanted Kindle World and this is one of many amazing stories . This Leni and Liam, they’ve were childhood friends til one day Lani left and wanted nothing else to do with Liam. Lani is an artist or at least trying to be but she's on her way back home to Mason county to live with her mimi, cause she feels she's failed at her life in New York, but being back home may be good for her but when she runs into Liam things are confused, she has feelings, but she don't. Liam always loved Leni and still does but the push and pulling is getting old and he wants her but not at 50% Can Liam get Lani to see all she needs is in Mason with him? loved it.
