Amazing book on the wisdom of who you truly are and how to discover it. If you want to get into Kriya yoga this is a great book to spark interest, but would recommend J.C. Stevens' book "Kriya Secrets Revealed" for a more practical and in depth guide.

Insightful reading like the author’s previous book. Didn’t find the words dizzying as is the case in most books of similar subject matter. The more I read about Kriya the more convinced I get about learning it from a Guru or Teacher. Preliminary pranayamas and techniques such as Hong Sau can be learnt from books, but not the real deal i.e. proper Kriya Yoga.
Well, that’s how I feel.
