Alec: The Wilde Brothers

Rate this book
Just a few bored billionaire brothers having fun. But at whose expense?
To alleviate their boredom with the easy life, the wealthy Wilde brothers propose specific challenges to each other every year on their birthday. They've bedded supermodels, famous actresses, and pop stars, but this year, Alec proposes they go after someone from their past--someone 'normal' yet elusive--and give them the time of their life.
Twins Brandon and Connor have to think hard about their prospects, but Alec knows exactly who he wants: Dahlia Bridges--a girl who has haunted him since their playground days. He thinks she could be the missing puzzle piece in his otherwise full, decadent life and he will do everything in his power to make her his. But how much will it take?

Not a bad story line. Characters were believable. The only thing that got me was that the story's pace was super fast. I read the entire story in about 2 hours which was nice but it seemed to speed through time in the story. Like something would seem fishy and then 2 pages later, the mystery was solved. Not too much detail about certain things until you were in the scene. Overall, good read.

4.00 stars. I like this storyline, it was different, three ultra rich, ultra good looking, adventurous risk takers decide with the help of their eldest brother to start romances with women from their past who were not jet setters. Alec Wilde knew he wanted Dahlia Bridges and that he wanted to settle down with someone and hoped it would be with her and her son. Events of the story went in a rather rapid fire pace, but still a good story-just too short.

Too short

Too short

Dahlia is a very cautious woman. And when Alex ambush her life, she goes on the defense. Good story, just too short.

Alec: bk.1

Wow, 3 brothers make a bet, who can meet / hook up with someone from their past, not sleep with her for 2weeks, and still be seeing her in 3 months, that person will win Alec's beach house, take ownership!. But Alec has no intention of winning, the bet that is, he wants to win the forever girl, time for a change, he wants a girl from growing up, her name❤️ Dahlia, look out, truly amazing, interesting, intriguing, romantic, genuine love story, until one brother opens his mouth! Can there be a happy ever after!!! Great story!!!

A cute short that makes you believe in fairy tales all over again. Alec is unsettled and as he fills the roll of groomsman in his friends wedding party, he realizes he's ready to settle down. He's successful in business, but wants a solid relationship to go with it. He's tired of the "playboy" roll he and his brothers have taken up since they've hit it big. But there's only one face that comes to mind when he thinks of a lifetime together. He was infatuated with Dahlia when they were in grade school and wonders if she could still "get his motor running". He comes up with a plan in order to get his younger twin brothers to follow suit, as they all share the same birthday and create a different game of sorts each year. With his beach house as the stakes, he puts his plan in motion. The bet? They each have to go back in time and find a woman that they knew in their school years, have her fall in love with them, and stay with her for at least three months. Easy? Perhaps not quite. Dahlia is a single mother of a bright young boy, his father having run off with someone else after he convinced her to keep the baby, not that she would give him up now. He's her life and she doesn't have time to find anyone to fill the hole in her, so she keeps to her routine and does her best to make sure her son gets everything he needs. When Alec finds her out of the blue, and she sees him chatting up her son while he waits for her after school, she panics, thinking the worse. Will Alec ever be able to convince her he has good intentions and that he's looking for forever?
A cute bedtime story that will have you wanting more of these brothers. Well written and easy to follow.
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily giving my honest opinion.

Alec : The Wilde Brothers ( Billionaire Desire book 1 ) - Rose Francis ( 3 Stars )

Alec hasn't always had the great life he and his brothers have now . They now have to hire security to keep people from scheming money from them , and the woman are always plenty , so the brothers have a game they play to keep things fun.
They decide to travel back into their childhoods and seek out a girl from their past and show them the time of their lives .
Alec knows his brothers are not ready to settle , but he already has the woman he wants in his sites ....Dahlia .
Issues is will Dahlia remember him after all this time and except him into her and her sons life so easily??

I liked this story the synopsis pulled me in and the characters had chemistry .
I enjoyed finding out how Alec and Dahlia first met , but for a woman with a son she keeps major tabs on, because of past issues to move that fast with such a demanding man was really crazy, especially one she finds out has a bet going on with his brothers.
If that was me I would have been so guarded , it just felt off. I guess I just wanted their relationship to feel more real to life.

A really lovely romantic story

Very easy to read short story, I liked the characters especially Dhalia, she wasn't the usual money grabbing women who was just out for what she could get and Alec was not the arrogant billionaire. A very nice read, now I'm going to read about Brandon!

blah

The story was a bit fast and not well put together. The beginning was a bit off and didn't quite make it believable. If you wanted a quick and unmemorable read this is the book for you.
