Former Special Forces soldier Jace Eakin must find the mole inside Omega who’s leaking intel to a terrorist mastermind. Despite their complicated history and the fact that she is keeping a secret, he can’t believe it’s SWAT team leader Lillian Muir. As they give in to long-denied passion, Jace vows to protect Lillian with his life. But he’s been wrong about her before…
USA Today and Publishers Weekly bestselling author Janie Crouch writes what she loves to read: passionate romantic suspense.
After a lifetime on the East Coast—and a six-year stint in Germany due to her husband's job as support for the U.S. Military—Janie has settled into her dream home in Front Range of the Colorado Rockies. She loves engaging in all sorts of adventures (triathlons! 200-mile relay races! mountain treks!), traveling, and surviving life with four kids.
Heroes exist. Let a Janie Crouch book prove it to you.
The action and suspense continue in this second chance story. I have been looking forward to Lillian's story since the beginning of the series. I love seeing a strong, capable woman doing a job that earns her the respect and admiration of the men she works with, and there is no doubt that she is a well-loved member of the team. We also saw in the previous book (Major Crimes) that the mole in the Omega team is setting Lillian up to take the fall. He has been successful enough that the head of Omega has called in a friend of his to join the SWAT team and investigate.
Jace and Lillian have a history. They knew each other as kids and teens in the slums of Tulsa where they had done what they must to survive. As soon as Lillian turned eighteen, they were going to make their escape and join the army together. But something happened that sent Jace off on his own, believing that she had betrayed him. As much as that had hurt, he has a hard time believing that Lillian could be the traitor.
I liked both Lillian and Jace. Both had rough starts to their lives and had come out successfully on the other side, though not without a great deal of pain. Throughout the series, we have seen Lillian as a respected member of the team, yet one who has kept a certain amount of distance between herself and others. I was doubly impressed by the way she overcame the physical trauma of her past, though her PTSD from it is never far from the surface. But she is a fighter and refuses to be that vulnerable again. Jace took his anger and bitterness over what he saw as Lillian's betrayal and used it in his career in the army. After a dozen years, he's had enough of the death and destruction and is ready to do something useful with his life. He has purchased a ranch where he will invite veterans to come and heal. But first he will do this favor for Ren and at the same time purge Lillian from his system.
I loved the first meeting between Lillian and Jace. Neither of them backs away or goes easy on the other during their match. I especially enjoyed the growing respect that Jace has as he realizes that he has to work to hold his own against Lily. There is also no doubt that the sparks between them are just as intense as they were in the past. I had a lot of respect for Jace when he turned down her invitation because he didn't feel right about deceiving her. Until he knows for sure that she's innocent, he won't give in to the attraction. Fortunately, proof of her innocence isn't long in coming but opens up a whole new set of problems. I cried for Lillian as she revealed everything that had happened to her, and ached for Jace and his guilt for not seeing the truth. I loved his patience and understanding, as well as his desire to protect her from further harm. I loved the advice he got, that Lillian didn't need someone to protect her physically, but someone to be there for her emotionally. And he truly got it, as he shows here: "I wouldn't fight your monsters. You can do that yourself. But I'll stand with you as you fight them. Every single time."
The suspense of this book was outstanding. The mole has his own agenda to go along with Damien's desire to destroy Omega. His desire to reinvent law enforcement for his own twisted purposes is scary as hell. The team suspects that his plans have something to do with the upcoming law enforcement conference and are intent on making sure that he doesn't succeed. The preparations and conference were a roller coaster of action, including some pretty wild twists. The final confrontation with the mole was intense as they raced against time to stop him. But the action wasn't over yet as Damien still had to be dealt with. That confrontation was even more frightening, as Damien continued his MO of involving others in his dirty work. Though I was certain that Lillian would prevail, the process was both heartbreaking and inspiring. There was some new and interesting information revealed at the end that leads into the next book.
Of course, this is loaded with the usual "What the?" type dumbness that unfortunately too often permeates Janie Crouch's Omega Sector books, but it's at least fast-paced nonsense.
Omega Sector wants to make sure that Lillian Muir in the SWAT team isn't the mole leaking intel to terrorist Damien Friehof. They don't want director Steve Drackett to investigate, because he's "too close to it." So what do they do? Hire Lillian's ex-boyfriend of 12 years ago, Jace Eakin to do the job. Because he wouldn't be too close to it?
See what I mean about the dumbness?
Jace and Lillian were supposed to join the army together, but when Jace found her with his brother Daryl, he figured she had chosen Daryl over him, and went to the army alone, forever bitter in his heart at Lillian's rejection of him.
Lillian has never let a man get close to her since Jace, and Omega has somehow managed to find out from Lillian's dead psychiatrist that she experienced some sort of massive sexual assault trauma many years ago. What is it with Omega and obtaining someone's medical records without their consent?
But indeed, Lillian did suffer something sexual assault related, because she mentally disassociates whenever she has sex with a stranger.
Only Jace can break through this barrier, apparently, because their love is true. That's right, folks. Lillian's trauma can only be healed by Jace's magic penis!
Meanwhile, Omega Sector has to be on hand to guard a summit in which congress and political bigwigs will be gathering for a system linking all police databases nationwide about to go live. They fear this is the perfect opportunity for the mole (aka Guy Fawkes) and Damien Friehof to attack and leave as many casualties as possible. Because somehow a system linking police databases is a hotbed political issue that will have lots of different factions protesting? I couldn't quite get my head around that.
Meanwhile, the mole is trying to frame Lillian as being Guy Fawkes, and tries to set up what looks like her suicide...by tasering her first. Right. Wouldn't marks left by a taser be something easy for a coroner to pick up?
Anyway, I shouldn't be surprised by the dumbness that piles up in a Janie Crouch Omega Sector book. At least this one didn't have a creepy pseudo-rapist stalker as its hero. Despite the cringe-worthy trope of Lillian's rape trauma being saved by Jace's magic penis, their relationship was handled well. It was a nice touch that Jace had to recognise Lillian's own strength and ability to save herself, and rather be the emotional support she needs, instead of rushing in to save her. This was nicely demonstrated in several of the action scenes.
And yes, Crouch can deliver a good action/suspense sequence. Which is why the glaring dumbness in parts of her books can be so frustrating. She really can succinctly and efficiently describe the action going down and effectively build the tension. It's a skill quite a few Intrigue authors lack.
The last third really ups the suspense, action and tension and I found I was quite enjoying myself, able to forgive the somewhat clunky nature and dumbness of what had come before. Throw in and this was goofy action suspense fun. That the hero and heroine had a well-explored relationship and were able to approach it with level heads was an unexpected bonus.
The set up for the final book in the mini-series was interesting, leaving me actually somewhat interested in how things will wrap up.
Jace, former Special Forces, knows there's a mole inside Omega working with a terrorist and he's determined to find them. But he knows there's no way that person is Lillian, the SWAT team leader. Their history is long and complicated, but he's never doubted her innocence. They may not have seen each other for twelve years, but he still trusts her...in regards to that at least.
Lillian cannot believe Jace is her new partner. Just seeing him brings back so many memories, so much pain, but she's a professional and dang strong, and knows she can do this. A lot has happened since they last saw each other, but Jace doesn't know the truth. He doesn't know what Lillian endured.
As Jace and Lillian begin working together, the connection that's always been between them is stronger than ever and as it grows, as it becomes what both always knew it could, secrets are revealed and they must help each other heal, to move toward the future that was always meant to be theirs.
Who is the mole? Why do some think it's Lillian? Why were Jace and Lillian separated? What happened after that? How will Jace react when he learns what Lillian went through and who was responsible for it? Can they leave the past where it belongs? Is a HEA possible?
One-click now and follow along as two people get the second chance they deserve.

Armed Response Book # 5 By Janie Crouch Part of the Omega Sector: Under Siege
This book had some much in it..Fast paced, so exciting could not put it down. Jace a former US Army Ranger has not seen Lillian for 12 years, and is asked by a friend to help find the mole within the Omega Sector. His friend may think it’s Lily, and wants Jace to find out. Not sure it’s a good idea because of there history.
Lillian can’t believe Jace is her new partner. She has issues and being so close to him after everything is not s good idea. He doesn’t know the truth, and she isn’t sure if she can ever tell him. But she’s strong and won’t let anything come in the way of doing her job. The only thing is the sparks are still there. They never went away.
I was at the edge of my seat. This book has Shocking moments, and funny ones. Took my breath away. Beautiful heartwarming moments.
Armed Response is Lillian's story and I knew it would be heartbreaking! Lillian is the only female member of the SWAT team and she obviously has baggage. Also, at the end of book 4 you learn that there is a chance she might be the mole! We start off with Ren calling in an old military buddy to help infiltrate the SWAT team and find the mole. This military buddy? He was also Lillian's best friend and first love from her childhood.
Lillian's backstory is gut wrenching for sure-foster kid, illegal gang activity, etc. The one bright spot was Jace. They planned to join the military together and get the hell out of Tulsa. But, on the day they were to leave, she changed her plans and he left without her. Now that they are thrown back together, Lillian is terrified all her secrets will come out. Not only is she having to deal with this personal crisis, but Damien is planning something major for the LESS summit and she needs to keep her head in the game.
Blending a second chance romance with a terrorist plot is exactly why I love Janie Crouch. Both these themes blend seamlessly to create a compelling story and dynamic characters. And the plot twist at the end? So did not see that coming! Armed Response is perfect for readers who want a fairly quick binge read with heart and danger!

In a refreshing change from the Perils of Pauline theme that runs through so many of today’s romance novels, Armed Response treats us to a kick-ass warrior woman able to take down men twice her size.
No one messes with Lillian Muir. At least not any more. Trauma from her youth is a double-edged sword; pushing her to hone her body into a living, breathing weapon, while protecting her psyche from the brutality she endured. Until Jace re-enters her life after twelve long years.
Jace Eakin walked away from Lillian all those years ago, bitter, hurt, and angry over the notion she had chosen his brother, Daryl, over him. But even a dozen years aren’t enough to extinguish the flame that had once burned so brightly between them. Can he forgive her?
In this fifth of six books in the Omega Sector: Under Siege series, we finally discover the identity of the mole inside Omega Sector. Janie Crouch has woven clues so masterfully in the previous books, that the final reveal is logical and satisfying. This read is well worth your time!
Lots of exciting action in the last part of this romantic suspense but the first part was kind of slow with the heroine hiding and ruminating too much over a tragic event in her past. The conclusion of the story was fulfilling enough to continue with the series. Former Ranger Jace is asked to find the mole in a SWAT mission and he has a past with a team member Lillian.
Fast pace and Fast action for this read. A read that will have you in the story as turn each page that bring you with the worst of the worst in people. With SWAT and other Law Enforcement it will be a race against the clock to find the traitor from Omega who is helping a terrorist who wants every one died. Janie Crouch has one hell of a series going in OMEGA SECTOR: UNDER SEIGE series. Pick up a copy and find out how fast paced it is.
This was first published on my blog " Lecture toute une Aventure"
So captivating, i always liked Lillian but i wouldn't have guessed such a traumatic past....a difficult one yes.....so much torture no; so i was really happy to get an insight on her life before it happened and after as well as learning what made her the warrior she is.. Jace is a wonderful character, very open to other and i loved his life plans to help others it really suit him and it's exactly what Lillian needs a strong man not fearing that she may be even stronger than him
Tension and suspense is really high in this instalment and it's a real page turner, i loved that beside the events of this book between Lillian and Jace we made progress on the red line and on the villains. The author made twists we were not expecting and we can't wait to see the end of Damien
Good stand alone but so much better if you read the series in order.
Armed Response proves once again what a gifted storyteller Janie Crouch is. She creates characters that the reader can readily connect with. This time she gives us Lillian and Jake. What I love about this couple is that they are equals and partners in every way. Nothing to me is better than a man who is strong enough to recognize the abilities of his woman and not be threatened. Even better is having a woman capable of saving herself but who can accept the support of her partner. Lillian and Jake are going to knock your socks off. The book is fast paced and packed with suspense, romance and a few nail biting scenes. There is an intricate plot that ties each book together but with seamless integration of prior events and a character outline in the preface of the book, you could read out of order and still fall in love with the series. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This book is everything you want in a romantic suspense book. It has amazing characters you’ll fall in love with, a mystery that you want to solve, twists that will leave your jaw on the ground and a romance you want to succeed more than anything.
We’ve met Lillian in previous Under Siege books and she’s one of my favourite heroines. Petite but can kick any man’s ass, she’s a valued member of the team. Her gender is not seen as a weakness, but a strength. But she has secrets from her past that nobody knows about, not even her boss, Steve Drackett. Secrets that have been slowly consuming her emotionally for years.
Steve and Ren McClement call on Ren’s former colleague, Jace Eakin, to step in and help them out by becoming a temporary SWAT team member to help out with numbers. He also has a more covert job to do: try and find the mole who has been helping Damien Freihof take the Omega team out one by one. Jace and Lillian have a history – they’re former lovers. Jace knows some of Lillian’s secrets, but the most shocking one has been hidden from him for years.
Their relationship ended with misconceptions on both their parts, and now the years have passed and they’re adults they agree they can work together with no issues. That proves harder than they think, however, when the spark that once burned between them ignites once more.
It becomes clear that Freihof and his insider cohort are planning to blame Lillian for their actions, which places her in danger when they attempt to take her life. But it’s not only Lillian they’re targeting – a big conference being attended by hundreds of law enforcement officials is happening, and all clues point to this being the endgame.
Lillian, Jace and the team have a tough assignment ahead: work out the identity of the mole and stop him and Freihof from killing hundreds of innocent people, and stay alive long enough to do it. Amidst all the madness, Lillian and Jace find out what they didn’t know about each other and have to decide if they want to resurrect their relationship or leave it in the past.
I loved Lillian. Her resilience and determination not to be defined by the terrible thing that happened to her made her a wonderfully complex character. I also loved Jace. He was the perfect yin to Lillian’s yang. This book was a great read – I’d give it six stars for ticking all the boxes if I could!
Armed Response is the 5th book in the Omega Sector: Under Siege by Janie Crouch. I have absolutely adored this series. The constant pursuit of Damien Freihof has been a thrill! I can't wait till the final book in the series because I know he will be nailed to the wall. In this story you have a second chance romance with Jace and Lillian. The history between the two is almost too complicated to overcome. Janie managed to write this so well that I could see the forgiveness as I was reading it. So this is yet another marvelous read by Janie Crouch!
This book is amazing. I could not put it down Lilian’s & Jace’s story in the Omega Sector Series by Janie Crouch. . Lilian & Jace we’re separated for twelve years & Jace is sent in to the Omega team to help investigate a member of the team . This book is full of action with the Omega Team and we learn who the “mole” is. A great book & must read for all Janie fans, with a nice teaser for the next book at the end.
Mom and I loved this book so much. It was all the awesome crazy sauce with a nice helping of emotional reality. Dealing with the rape and mole all in one leave the story moving at a constant fast pace clip, yet the stops along the way for the emotions to grow and build between the characters. This is amazing book, and mom and I give everyone the go ahead to read this book.
I've been waiting for Lillian's story and was not disappointed. Lillian and Jace are perfect together. Janie Crouch is a great storyteller, she can weave a story around and leave you guessing till the end. I would recommend reading all her Omega Sector books. They all keep you guessing and might make you cry in some.
what a book could not put down janie crouch out done her self as a first time review as been a privilege to read a wonderful book well writen the story you just wanted more so you keep on reading cannot what to read more of janie crouch books if they are like this one lorraine
I liked this book! I read Battle Tested a few months ago and remember Lillian standing out as an interesting character. I’m glad we’re able to read more of her story.
She was such a strong character. It was great that as the reader we got all this background as to what triggered her, and how she dealt with it.
Towards the end, I was a little frustrated with the finale. There wasn’t very much description to describe what was going on. I feel like it wasn’t as immersive as it could have been.
But it was a great book overall!
3/5

this is a revitting page turner of a story. loved it, if you like suspense and second chances you have to read the story. I was given a copy of the book but this is an honest review. loved Jace I could not put the book down. looking forward to the next book
What an amazing story that left me gasping for air! Armed Response is one of those books that had me hugging my Kindle after I finished reading it, with tears in my eyes, and I am not ashamed to admit it. Janie Crouch delivers another hair-raising, heart-pumping romantic suspense story that not only had me on the edge because of the growing intensity of the strain of the threats of the serial killer and the mole in Omega, but went so deep and wide on the emotional side that I could not help being moved by the beauty of it. SWAT team leader Lillian Muir and Former Special Forces soldier Jace Eakin has a connection and history parallel to none. Twelve years apart yet the deep bond of their souls is still strong, its still there to pull them towards each other like magnets. From their troubled teenage days, they know each other, they get each other, they respect each other and even trust each other in a unique level, despite the past hurt, misunderstandings, and broken loyalties. Lillian is one kickass woman, she can win her way in a close combat with a man twice her size. She is a respected and trusted member of the SWAT team, her team knows she will carry her weight, she will do her part, she is equal, capable, and able to perform the demanding job trusted upon her. Her soul might be broken in her past, her body might have endured all the abuse one can take, but she has risen from the despair, she is not letting the demons and monsters of her teenage years to rule her life now. I loved her guts, her strength, her self-discipline, her humbleness, her intensity, her fearless attitude. My heart broke for her and her past, it ached for the pain she had to endure, yet she came out of the nightmare as a stronger, capable person, who is able and willing to face the demons, even fight them again, if that what it takes. And Jace, he was just the perfect person to stand by Tiger Lily as she faces the world. I loved his dedication, his kind heart, his loyalty, his charm, leadership abilities, the take charge and the responsibility when needed. His fight and compassion for the suffering veterans left me in awe and his understanding of who Lillian is, and what she wanted, his patience, his tenderness, his gentleness, and passion was just what Lillian needed to help her heal, to help mend the wounds of the past, to have someone in her corner, and support each other through life's hurdles. The story has such an easy and smooth flow to it, it was a pleasure to read. The constantly intensifying fear and threats gave the tale a sharp and strong edge, with the flares of action feeding the sizzle of the tension. The love story between Lillian and Jace is heartbreakingly beautiful and fragile, while sensual, ardent, and tenderly loving. A powerful, poignant, and passion filled tale that took my breath away. ~Five Spoons!
Unexpected twists from start to finish! We're closing in on the end of this series, so the story line is winding up one bit at a time. With this book, we learn Lillian's past and figure out who the traitor is. It's exhilarating and shocking as we go from one plot twist to another learning things we never knew about one of the most present members of this team that we've loved for so long. I'm looking forward to the big finale ... except I'm going to be heartbroken to lose this group of friends that have entertained along the way!
Omega Sector agent Lillian Muir has worked long and hard for her position on the elite SWAT team, and no one would expect the past she has survived. She's surprised to see the new guy coming on board for temporary help during an assignment. She knew him once upon a time ... and worse yet, he knew her and her past!
Jace Eakin served with Omega Sector big wig Ren McClement 10 years ago in the Middle East, so when he calls him asking for a favor, he's all in. He might be there serving as a warm body to fill an assignment on the team, but most importantly, he's working behind the scenes to try to figure out who the mole is ... and who's setting up Lillian for a fall!
We are back to Omega Sector, a task force made up of an elite group of law enforcers. The group continues to search both for the mole amongst them, and the evil man determined to eliminate every member of the force. This story belongs to Lillian Muir , SWAT TEAM’S only female member and one with a past she has keeps a secret . The man she once loved and who believes she betrayed him, twelve years ago, is temporarily assigned to the team in order find out who is the mole. Needless to say, the meeting not only shocked Lillian but also made it clear that both were still attracted to each other. It’s a story filled with suspense , sitting on the edge of your seat moments, good guys, bad guys, whodunnit, and of course, romance. But it’s also a story that at times is heartbreaking and brings to light how terrible experiences can cause PTSD. Will the mole be found before the group is destroyed and will Freihof continue to injure or kill the members of the group? Another great addition to this series. I voluntarily read this book. The opinions expressed are solely my own.
I enthusiastically requested the ARC of Armed Response, as I have read and really enjoyed other books by this same author. Again, she did not disappoint me, and I will continue to read more of her books both as part of her ARC team and an avid reader of this genre.
This book had a great plot with a lot of action and adventure that kept me guessing how it would turn out. It focuses on Lillian who is an agent with Omega and Jace who comes in for this particular assignment and he has a connection with her from the past. In addition to the main story it had a difficult back story about Lily's history and her prior relationship with Jace that was very well written. At times I felt that Lillian was a contradiction as she was a well-trained agent but parts of her personal life make her actions difficult to understand or see. That said, she is a really strong female character that was inspiring due to where she had come from. Really liked this story and cannot wait to continue reading more of this series and by this author.
Armed Response is the fifteenth book in the Omega Sector Universe Series (Omega Sector: Under Siege Book #5) by Janie Crouch. I am reviewing The Omega Sector Universe series, which is made up of 16 engrossing reads and comprises of three connected series. Omega Sector Omega Sector: Critical Response Omega Sector: Under Siege This is a compelling collection of romantic suspense novels that blends high-stakes action with emotionally engaging storylines. The series focuses on a team of elite operatives who face dangerous missions while navigating complex personal relationships- resulting in a dynamic and immersive reading experience. Each book in the series offers a unique storyline while maintaining a connection to the overarching universe. The characters are well-developed, with their personal struggles, highs and lows, adding depth to the storylines. The balance between suspenseful plot twists and heartfelt romance ensured an engaging read throughout. Happy Reading…
Lillian is a tough independent swat team member. Jace is sent undercover to find a mole that is on her swat team and she is the primary suspect. They dated when they were younger and were suppose to join the military together but due to a big misunderstanding he left without her. They both still feel the attraction for each other and then when Lillian is in danger Jace gets protective of her.
Once you start this book you just do not want to put it down. I'm about to bust wanting to tell you what happens; it's so good. This is a story full of action, suspense and romance with a lot of twist and turns. Your heart will go out to Lillian for all she has been through. I cannot say enough about how much I really enjoy Janie Crouch books. You will never be disappointed with any of her stories.
I received a copy and I am voluntarily leaving my own honest opinion.
This is the best book I have read all summer! I couldn’t put it down. Janie Crouch has done it again! Omega Sector has a strong beautiful woman in their midst. I had no idea just how strong Lillian was until I got to know her better in this book. She is a little dynamo. She may just look like a little tiny thing but she can take down a man twice her size with one quick little move. Her tragic past is something that she keeps bottled up inside away from everyone else. The person that she wants to keep her secrets away from the most is the one person who can help her beat the demons. Jace is recruited to assist Omega Sector catch Freihof, a dangerous criminal who has it out for Omega Sector. Jace was Lillian’s boyfriend back when she was just a young girl. If you love suspense with a touch of romance thrown in you will love this book!! I did!
Armed Response is the 5th book in the Omega Sector: Under Siege Series. This book is action-packed, full of suspense, and is a dramatic, heart-wrenching story of a second chance at love.
Jace Eakin, former Special Forces, has been hired by a friend, who is also the founding member of the Sector, to find the mole that has infiltrated the Omega Sector team. The traitor has been leaking intel to a deranged terrorist that has set up SWAT team leader, Lillian Muir to take the fall. Jace and Lily have a complicated past and have not seen each other in 12 years. Despite her secrets, he cannot believe that she's the mole. After, she has been attacked and almost killed they give in to their passion and then he finds out her secret. Jace promises himself that he will protect her with his life when the past comes back to haunt them...
This is the latest book in the series of Omega Sector: Under Siege. Lillian is the only female member of the Omega Sector swat team, and she can beat any of the other male members. The swat team has a mole, someone who is helping their old foe, Damien Freihof, who is determined to wipe out Omega. Lillian has become a suspect, but the team captain does not believe the evidence. Jace is asked to join the swat team to dig out the mole. But Jace and Lillian have history which they will have to overcome for the security of the country. This is a well written book, that moves along quickly, with a few twists thrown in. The characters are great, even the baddies! I enjoyed it and will definitely read more of the series.
Janie Crouch has given us another winner in her Omega Sector : Under Siege series. The team is still working to find the mole in their unit while working on providing security at a major law enforcement summit , and to working to take out Damien Freihof before he kills anymore team members. But this is really Lillian's story. We learn more about her back story and how she pulled herself up to be a tough and vital part of the team. She is probably my favorite team member so far. We also get to meet Jace. He and Lillian definately have a past. They fight to get past the old hurts and in the end are there for each other. There is a lot of action in this book...and more than a couple of twists leading up to a satisfying ending. Loved it!
Though this isn’t my favorite in the series or of Janie, it was still a good read. Lillian has never been a character I was too interested in, but this book did her justice. Jace was all that was lovable and perfectly alpha. Jace and Lillian were perfectly matched. I did find it a bit hilarious though that somebody from their past seemed to come out of the woodwork, but it’s not out of the norm for Janie to do that. I’m honestly ready for the entire Damien Freihof drama to be over! In the best way possible of course. I can’t wait to read the final book in the series. That will be happening very soon. :)
Great action and suspense. Kept it moving and hoping they could find the mole. Could not wait for Lillian's story and it was a whopper of one with a roller coaster ride until the very end. It is funny how so many of us people make assumptions about what someone's reaction is going to be so either an action or a discourse, to find out we were very wrong. That is why that saying was created. When you Assume you make an Ass out of U and Me. It still rings true. This is a great read and worth your time. Next is the exciting final Book (Chapter) to this series. I can't wait to read it, but I have become immersed in these characters, so that will be a sad goodbye.
