- A nice little handbook, succinct and outlines the basics of the 7 chakras, along with tips on how to bring them to alignment quickly and easily.

Very easy read. Shows you some yoga positions that correlate with which Chakra you want to concentrate on. Does not go into very deep about Chakra healing...just the basic stuff.
