Bearly Iced
Bearly Iced is a second chance holiday novella, a companion to the bear shifter BBW paranormal sports romance series, Alpha Champions.
Aaron “Sarge” Sergeants, the captain of the pro hockey team the Blizzards, is grumpy at the best of times. Around the winter holidays, he’s a downright beast. Meeting Tamsin Webb may be the best gift he ever receives as long as he can get himself and his bear out of the penalty box of his life and skate toward his future.
Tamsin returns home to Shay Island after a failed marriage shatters her life. When she can’t escape the magnetic draw of Sarge despite his gruff exterior and distaste for all things Christmas, she hopes her broken trust won’t shadow her present. It might take a little more than mistletoe to bring them together, but maybe teaming up with Sarge will be her best chance of winning happiness.
If the two want to get to their goal of escaping their pasts, they might have to rely on the miracle of the season and the magic of the Shay Island shifters to have a slap shot at love.

This was a quick romance that can be read in one sitting.
Tamsin and Sarge are the perfect compliment to one another and Shay Island is the most magical place for them to heal each other’s brokenness.
I’d recommend this fast paced HEA, and I’m looking forward to seeing if there will be more books in the series.

Super happy with this cute little novella. Especially since I’d given up hope that Janna would release another book! Tasmin was very sweet and Sarge was deliciously growly. Had Everly gotten her comeuppance I’d have given it five stars :P God I hope she’s never a heroine. *gag*
