حوار في العالم الآخر بين ماكيافيللي ومونتيسكيو أو سياسة ماكيافيللي في القرن التاسع عشر
حوار افتراضي في العالم الآخر بين شخصيتين فصلت بينهما في الحياة قرون وعقود، وفي الفكر والسياسة خلافات جوهرية، ولعبت كل منهما دوراً هاما في تاريخ بلدها والعالم، ومثَّلت كل منهما مدرسة في سياسة ومنهج إدارة الدولة والمجتمع.
يرى ماكيافيللي أن الخير يولد الشر. فلا بأس إذن، من أجل تعزيز هيبة الدولة، من قمع حرية الشعب بداية تحت أشكال عديدة من الممارسات المغلفة بشعارات براقة وأهداف سامية، وبأساليب متعددة ومثيرة، أو بالقمع المباشر للشعب وقواه السياسية، لينعم بعدها بالسلام والازدهار.
أما مونتيسكيو فيرى أن الاستبداد يمنح سلاماً كاذباً وأماناً خادعاً لبرهة من الزمن، لكنه يقود لاحقاً لدمار هائل يحتاج الشعب عقوداً طويلة للخلاص من آثاره، صحيح أن توطيد الحكم الديموقراطي قد يستغرق وقتاً ليتوطد لكنه يمنح البلد، حكومة وشعباً، أماناً واستقراراً وازدهاراً مدى الدهر.

Maurice Joly
17 books8 followersHe was born in Lons-le-Saunier to a French father and an Italian mother. He studied law, but stopped in 1849 in order to go to Paris, where he worked at the Ministry of State for 10 years. He successfully completed his legal studies and was finally admitted to the Paris bar in 1859. He is Famous for his work titled The Dialogue in Hell Between Machiavelli and Montesquieu.

un libro político un tanto complicado y pesado en algunas partes, pero lo que aquí encontramos es una versión más amplia y explicada de lo que viene siendo "el príncipe" de Maquiavelo y como se podría ajustar o se a ajustado a los gobiernos actuales, y esa es la importancia de este libro, como muchas de las ideas del libro original parecen ser muy rígidas y drásticas para obtener un reino, pero sutilmente, nuestros gobiernos democráticos las han utilizado para asentarse en el poder, un libro por demás interesante si te interesan estos temas.

نعم لقد زجّ كاتبنا العزيز بكلّ من مونتسكيو وميكافللي في الجحيم تماما كما فعلها من قبل أبو العلاء المعري في رسالة الغفران ... الأمر هنا يختلف جذريا فنحن إزاء حوار سياسي بين قطبين من أقطاب السياسة والتنظير لبناء الدولة: مونتسكيو بنظامه التمثيلي الحرّ وميكافللي بنظريّة "الغاية تبرّر الوسيلة" التي أسقطها حقيقة على جميع المجالات منظّرا لنظام دكتاتوريّ صارم... من قرأ كتاب الأمير سيستمتع أكثر بقراءة هذا الأثر لأنه تجسيد للقوانين الواردة في الكتاب الأوّل ورغم ما يتّسم به منهج حواريّ إلا أن القارئ يجد نفسه إزاء محاججة أكثر منها محاورة لأن ميكافللي -الذي اضطلع بالمساحة النصيّة الكبرى- انبرى هنا مدافعا عن مذهبه شارحا لمونتسكيو تطبيقاته في ميدان الحرية والعدالة والقضاء والصحافة والجيش والأحزاب السياسيّة والميزانيات والنظام الضرائبي وعلاقة الدولة بالأديان ووسائل تحديث وتنظيم العلاقة بين الدولة والمواطن ... باختصار هذا الكتاب يصلح أن يكون البرنامج الانتخابي الأصدق لأنظمتنا العربيّة لأنه بالفعل يعِدنا بمكان جميل في جهنّم "دولة الدكتاتوريّة المبرّرة"

Una lectura universitaria más. Prácticas Montesquieu es Joly hablándole a Maquiavelo (Napoleón III). Un tipo de ensayo que narra el despotismo de la época en Francia. Un final un poco ambiguo, a menos que seas francés del siglo XIX, pero si; sigo sin entender a qué se refería la pregunta de ¿qué has hecho? Con el que este libro cierra

من المؤسف أن كاتب متمكن مثل موريس جولي لم يحظى بمكانه الصحيح بين المفكرين العظماء. ويعد كتابه (حوار في الجحيم بين ماكيافيللي ومونتسكيو) الذي تمت صياغته على طريقة المحاورات الأفلاطونية، من أكثر الكتب عبقرية في ميدان فلسفة السياسة. حيث استطاع الجمع بين قطبين متضادين فكرياً، وخلق جدل هزلي أسطوري بين شيطان السياسة وملاك الحريات. فعلى لسان ماكيافيللي يدافع عن النهج التوتاليتاري المستبد، ويدعو لعدم الإلتفات إلى المبادئ الأخلاقية والإنسانية كلما دعت الضرورة. وعلى لسان مونتسكيو، يقوم بالقتال دفاعاً عن الحقوق والحريات، والتأكيد على مبدأ فصل السلطات باعتباره النموذج الأكثر كمالاً في إدارة الدول.
بالمناسبة، قام مؤلف كتاب (بروتوكولات حكماء صهيون) الصادر عام 1903 بسرقة كثير من أفكار هذا الكتاب الذي صدر عام 1864. وسؤالي للذين يؤمنون بشدة في أصالة البروتوكولات، كيف لأشخاص يخططون للسيطرة على العالم، أن يقوموا بكل سذاجة باقتباس هجاء سياسي نُشر قبل 40 عام تقريباً؟

Plagiarized to create one of the most infamous forgeries in history. Joly’s 1864 critique of modern democracy susses out ways by which the will of the people can be exploited to despotic ends.
With seemingly preternatural foresight, Joly predicts numerous means of mass tragedy in the 20th century. There is, of course, a cruel irony in the unwilling role Joly’s “dialogue” played in these events.

Me sorprende la cantidad de Mexicanos y Hispanos en general que emos leido este libro en comparasion con paises de la angloesphera/ It surprises me the amount of Spanish speakers that have read this book in comparison with English Speakers.

I have to be sincere, at the end of the book I made a little smile because it was a quick redemption, in other ways they were magnificent of their works, the book was covered with simultaneous citations of others papers of their own. In my opinion, it is a really good book for accountants, lawyers and politicians.

Uno de los tantos imperdibles sobre filosofía política. Una de las partes que más me gustó es cuando Maquiavelo expone el siguiente dialogo:
"Cualquier cosa es buena o mala, según se la utilice y el fruto dé; el fin justifica los medios; y si ahora me preguntáis por qué yo, un republicano, inclino todas mis preferencias a los gobiernos absolutos, os contestaré que, testigo en mi patria de la inconstancia y cobardía de la plebe, de su gusto innato por la servidumbre, de su incapacidad de concebir y respirar las condiciones de una vida libre; es a mis ojos una fuerza ciega, que tarde o temprano se deshace si no se haya en manos de un solo hombre; os respondo que el pueblo, dejado a su arbitrio, solo sabría destruirse ; que es incapaz de administrar, de juzgar, de conducir una guerra. Os diré que el esplendor de Grecia brillo tan solo durante los eclipses de la libertad; que sin el despotismo de la aristocracia romana, y más tarde el de los emperadores, la deslumbrante civilización europea no se hubiese desarrollado jamás."
Creo que Maurice Joly es un autor incomprendido y el cual no tiene el lugar que le corresponde dentro del salón de los grandes pensadorss.

Lo que se escribió en 1864 suena como si hablara de los políticos de hoy.
Este libro no es una novela común, sino una conversación imaginaria entre dos grandes pensadores: Montesquieu, defensor de la libertad, y Maquiavelo, símbolo de la política del poder a cualquier costo.
En el diálogo, Maquiavelo justifica la manipulación, la mentira y el control como medios para gobernar, mientras Montesquieu defiende los límites del poder, la justicia y la libertad de los pueblos.
Lo más interesante es que, aunque fue escrito en 1864, parece hablar directamente de la política actual: líderes que buscan concentrar el poder, manipular a las masas y disfrazar la tiranía de progreso.

Es sin duda una excelente recreación de la conducta humana hasta nuestros tiempos. Conducta que no evoluciona y sigue atrapada en las debilidades del ser. El tratado del hombre y la cosa pública en el imaginario diálogo entre Maquiavelo y Montesquieu pasa de la fantasía al retrato exacto de los gobernantes y gobernados.

El espíritu de las leyes vs El príncipe. Pareciera que están enfrentandos, no obstante, ambos autores están en el infierno, ambas posturas llevan al mismo punto: el absolutismo. Habría solamente que actualizar sus ejemplos que fueron pensados en el s.XIX.
