About the author

Leddy Harper had to use her imagination often as a child. She grew up the only girl in a house full of boys. At the age of fourteen, she decided to use that imagination and wrote her first book, and never stopped.

She often calls writing her therapy, using it as a way to deal with issues through the eyes of her characters.
The decision to publish her first book was made as a way of showing her children to go after whatever it is they want to. Love what you do and do it well. Most importantly Leddy wanted to teach them what it means to overcome their fears.

My review for Dane by Leddy Harper
This woman is going to kill me... Kill me I tell you and slowly... Oh so slowly.
The first book from her that I've read is still imprinted on my soul and all the others that followed left me with a feeling of wanting more and more each time.
Leddy Harper's writting is super intense, heartfelt, beautiful with a little kinkiness into the mix.
Dane is her latest release and portraits Dane's story.
Dane is not only a handsome man but also a kind one. He's a business man focused on his career and very content with the path he has chosen so there is no need to change a thing in his professional life, although in his personal life things aren't easy and sometimes sadness hunts us but can we get happiness back? Does he deserves it? One look at Eden and he's a goner but he has something going on in his life that he can't hide or forget... And I'm not saying another word although I leave you with a piece of information that I think you should know, Don't rush or judge, read and find out why I'm saying this...
This woman is a teaser. Teaser I yell you. She played with my emotions, it looked like I was a ping pong ball in an heated match. Get ready guys because you're about to enter into a rollercoaster of feelings and emotions.
Everything happens for a reason even if you don't believe in that at the time.
The intensity of this story, the lifes and struggles of the characters were so overwhelming that left me speechless.
There were chapters that I wanted to scream but there were others that I wanted to cry and laugh at the same time.
Leddy I hate you a little but love you a lot. Hate you because you're a teaser but love you because your words made me feel and dream.
Can't wait for your next book, I'm scared because you are YOU but anxious because I know it will be another masterpiece

Review of Hard Cash by Amelia Wilde

Charles Cash is in dire need of some rest and relaxation. His sister books a trip to Emerald Shores, property his company might want to buy, so it’s a way for Charles to mix business and pleasure. Unfortunately, he runs into Josephine Paxton on the way to his island vacation. Back in highschool, Charles always thought of Josephine as a spoiled heiress who never did anything but partying. How can he relax with Josephine on the same island?

Josephine Paxton is just a hot mess. Drastic life changes are dumped on her and she’s in desperate need for a start-over on her life. Running away to an island is the way Josephine’s going to handle her crisis. She just never expected to run into Charles Cash, “Mr responsible, controlled, and driven.”

Avoidance is futile and their paths cross. Charles’s protective instincts kick in when he determines Josephine gets into dangerous situations of her making. Business consumes most of Charles’ time and Josephine is determined to make Charles have fun and enjoy his vacation. Soon they are spending lots of time together and distracting each other with sex. They just never expected to fall deeply in love. But a misunderstanding happens towards the end of the trip when Charles reads a list Josephine wrote for her new life plan. The last entry, written as a joke, has Charles angry and wondering if anything was real between them. Poor Josephine is devastated. She should have told Charles the real truth of why she was on the island.

Hard Cash is an enemies with benefits story with great characterization and emotion. Charles and Josephine are a perfect match, together they find that needed balance in their lives. Love the resolution to their story and the epilogue was so satisfying.

Full length novels! Fantastic anthology! Leddy Harper’s Dane takes what you think you know about love, about life, about yourself, and makes you question every bit of it. Again Leddy Harper writes a strong story with characters who are fantastically flawed. Dane and Eden are clearly meant to be together, but he's...unavailable. I don't like to read books with affairs. This book CLEARLY has an emotional affair, but it's not the elephant in the room. All aspects are addressed in a well developed, thoughtful, mature way. The theme that everything happens for a reason, even though sometimes you never know that reason, has been done before. Right? Not like this. “Oh, yeah? So what’s my purpose for you? What’s the big reason the universe brought me into your life?” To make me happy. To make me smile. To make me feel something other than down. To bring me light when the rest of my world is so dark, and to make me feel exactly how I do in this moment. Of course, I didn’t say any of that." Real problems. Real actions. Real consequences. So, even though some of the scenes could've occurred in my own home (depression is a nasty beast), Dane didn't trigger me. It was a great, romantic, thought provoking story

There's a reason for everything...... Reviewing Dane by Leddy Harper, Dane and Gabi met and fell in love for a reason. Dane met Eden for a reason. Everything in life happens for a reason whether we know it or not. Leddy Harper does it again with an emotionally wonderful book about love, loss, finding yourself and ultimately doing what is best for you and no one else. Funny enough I could relate to Dane's character in this book more than anyone else, he is selfless in his love and devotion to those he love's even if it's not what is best for him. The characters in this book are all flawed to some degree, but they are strong, likeable (even Gabi) and relatable once you know their whole stories. I enjoyed how their lives are all intertwined without them all knowing it at first and by the end everything has come full circle and things are exactly as they are meant to be.

Dane by Leddy Harper

The instant attraction between Dane and Eden is undeniable. The connection was something that Dane didn't even know he was looking for... until it smacked him upside the head. Eden was just as surprised but even more so when she learned he was already in a relationship.
The push and pull between these two almost wore me out. There were times when the story completely engaged me and other times I was drawn out with frustration. Emotional turmoil abounds here.
You never know what life has in store.
One thing I really loved was the message that was left...
No matter what life throws at you or what you've gone through you are strong enough to make it through. You have choices...you can allow those choices to drag you under or you can rise above.

Tamed (Billionaires & Bohemians #1) by Linnea May
They did a lot of soul searching before they got it right. From the beginning I really liked Elodie. She's strong and sweet, and life had given her a raw deal but it hadn't turned her bitter. Kingston was a little tougher for me to like. He's attractive and affluent, and been raised in an environment of entitlement so it's maybe not surprising that he can act like an arrogant jerk at times. I don't usually respond well to arrogant jerks, especially when he asked for a lot more trust from Elodie than he'd earned yet. But watching his transformation as he realized that falling in love didn't make him weak allowed me to understand his motivations and get past his attitude. These two make a really great pair.

The beauty and pain in this story will tear your heart to shreds and then it will slow be knitted back together with love. Dane is not your average male and there really needs to be more men like him in this world! And his story is glorious! Leddy Harper...your words are magic on a page and they transport me EVERY DAMN TIME! As I sit hear with tears in my eyes and emotion clogging my throat from the beauty of those written words, I just had to tell you how much I love this book! I can't wait for everyone to meet Dane! I have claimed him...Dane is MINE! Thank you for Dane! As you can tell, I floved this book and highly recommend it!

This review is Tamed in the collection. What an absolute amazing book. It has a little drama, a little suspense, and of course hot romance. It is beautifully written and has a flow that is outstanding. I loved characters development and the chemistry that they share. Elodie Is a sweet, kind, caring,extremely hard working, intelligent young lady. She is a perfect leading lady. Kingston is of course our alpha bad boy who has a protective streak. He is hot, dominat, knows what he wants kind of guy. This is a superb book that is most definitely worth read. I voluntarily review an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

Breaking Autumn - LOVED LOVED LOVED this book! Jackson Kane has done it again! Awesomely told tale of the real-life of a Hollywood stuntman woven into a compelling story with some (hopefully) exaggerated elements.Go along on the roller coaster ride as Dante and Autumn navigate their almost, non-relationship while he trains her to hopefully not die on the set of her next movie, while also looking convincing performing her own stunts herself. Pick up Breaking Autumn today and Dante won't only break Autumn, he'll break you.

This isn't just another romantic story - it's so much more. The characters are well described (which I like) and you get sucked in, into the story.
