Surrounded by his brethren, their females, and their offspring, all Zip wanted was a female of his own. A future like the ones he had to bear witness to. When he finally finds her after diligently searching every database he had access to, he immediately sets off to find her. Lucky for him, Ryssa had always dreamed of being kidnapped by a cyborg. This book definitely had tons of instalove vibes and with an edge of danger, it was very entertaining.

In the Cyborg Sizzle universe, the Human Alliance have been producing cyborgs, who they believe to be just machines, to fight their wars, carry out their atrocities all whilst abusing them in the all the terrible ways you can think of. After all, they’re just machines right? Wrong. The cyborgs are more than just machines and they will get them and their brethren out from the control of the evil Human Alliance to live their lives in freedom. And, when they find that special woman? She’s coming right along with them.
1 review…11 books – 8 full length and 3 novellas – normally I would do an individual review for each book, however, I read all of these in quick succession and I wanted to save you from essentially reading the same review 11 times. The review goes something like this: Me Love Sexy Cyborgs. Repeat. As well as this, the books all followed a very similar pattern, made very apparent by the fact that I literally read them one after another, which is an endorsement in itself. However, before you have gotten a few pages in you essentially know exactly what is going to happen when, but that didn’t stop me from coming along for the ride anyways.
Like in all series, I had my favourites, my absolute favourite being Ghost of a Machine, and I had the ones I didn’t gel quite so well with. But, as each book gave me a sexy cyborg to lust over I was happy with each instalment. And dayum them cyborgs…they know how to get a lady all hot and bothered. Whether it’s by their clueless adoration, their sexy dirty talk or the mad oral skills they somehow managed to pick up I was a goner for each one of them.
So, if like me you enjoy s sexy sci-fi romance story – heavy on the sexy romance, light on the story – these books are a lot of fun. The cyborgs in it are both sweet and intense and the heroines run the gamut from sweet and submissive, sassy and impulsive, brainiacs and badasses. Now, that I have read everything out I am now itching to get my hands on the next in the series!

A quick, naughty romp back to the cyborg universe. This time, we get a cyborg who is determined to find his special someone despite the astronomical odds against him. When he finds her, he's willing to do anything to make her his. Including, but no limited to, infiltrating a planet where his kind aren't welcome and making off with Ryssa. Fortunately for Zip, Ryssa isn't one to look a gift cyborg in the mouth and things work out nicely for them.
I have to say, I dig these possessive cyborgs and their sometimes surly attitudes. As it turns out, I want every new cyborg we meet to be given the chance to find their one-in-a-million mate. I just LIKE when they fall.

A tasty tidbit, indeed!
I love this book! Ms. Sax manages to tell a lot about Zip, Ryssa and their friends in a very short story. Zip is smart, determined, loyal and will do anything to ensure his mate’s happiness. Ryssa is found by the exact mate of her dreams. She’s loving, generous, and her devotion to Zip is undeniable. Catching up with some of his best friends is delightful! What an outstanding mix in this group. This is a perfect read for this busy season.

ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE LITTLE NOVELLA and keeps you smiling from beginning to end. The characters will have you falling in love with them each. Couldn't put it down until I read the whole thing lol. I like a little conflict in my romances but honestly I adore Zip so much I forgive the straightforwardness of the story. It had a level of excitement to it and I really felt Ryssa's enjoyment of her "gift". I feel like Cynthia's writing is improving and I dearly hope she sets up a few missions for the inhabitants of Earth Minor. We have the makings of a little group of adventurers here!
Also, Arsenal. He stole scenes. I cannot wait to read his story!

Short and sweet! A perfect read and a great 👍 addition to This series. Love 💘 how the males are finding their females and the adventures that they are having. The plot is light and touching. Glad Zip got his story told. Great to see how the other couples on Earth Minor are progressing. Now about Arsenal?

These books are an automatic buy for me- I love, absolutely love this series. The short stories are usually more humorous and sweet instead of full on fighting battles and this one did not disappoint. Although now I want to see Arsenal's story come about... if ever someone needed love, it would be him. Zip and Ryssa are sure to make you smile with their story.

I love all of the books in the Cyborg series. They are all so strong and fierce but at the same time sweet and gentle...to their mates and offspring. It's a z Novella, but a big story.

Loved this story! Ryssa’s dream of being abducted is such a perfect way for lonely Zip to retrieve his female. Their story was so sweet, a perfect, quick read. Also, I claim Arsenal. I’ve licked him. He’s mine.

I love this series and love this short story. Zip is adorable in his search for the one female that's his perfect match. The war may be over but the Humanoid Alliance is still dangerous. Really fun read.

Zip what an adorable cyborg.
Oh my this was such an adorable read, Zip was just a sweetie pie with his loving, happy attitude and his constant smiles. I just loved him and wished his book would have been way longer. The abduction concept to this book was amazing an absolute delight, especially being taken by a male like that wowza I don’t think any woman with a pulse would have put up any resistance I know I wouldn’t have lol. He was the full package amazing personality with an easy going nature and incredibly passionate with a body to die for queue the drool. Ryssa his other half was very sweet and down to earth hiding a very passionate nature of her own, her personality similar to his own, a perfect match for her cyborg. A sweet little read which leaves you craving more and hoping against hope for Arsenals book to be next pretty pleeeese Cynthia he’s in desperate need of some TLC.

If you're looking to try a new author, book 8.5 in a series is probably not the best place to start. But that's what I did. I've been wanting to give these cyborgs a try for a while, and I'm glad I took the plunge.
Cyborgs can apparently scan transmission messages mentally, and our hero intercepts a transmission the heroine sent her best friend. Like Michael Scott famously said, "It was love at first see with my ears." He knew she was for him, and her message inadvertently told him just how to woo her: abduction. She's my kind of girl.
The cyborg warrior sets out to give his woman what she wants, and once she realizes he is for real, she thinks it's too good to be true.
If anything, the novella could have leaned into the abduction and dominance tropes a little more, in my opinion (this is always my opinion, for the record). I know Cynthia Sax didn't want to get into non-con, and she doesn't have to, but she could have skirted the edge a bit more and it wouldn't have bothered me.
I did find it difficult to assimilate all the info thrown at me about the world and the cyborgs, which again, is my fault for starting with book 8.5. My main complaint, really, is the weak title. Knowing Zip just isn't grabby or original. Any title starting with a gerund as flimsy as knowing is probably not the best. There's nothing about the story that made me gasp in realization of a deeper meaning behind the title, so I don't feel it does the story justice.
I enjoyed this novella, and I will definitely be trying more of Cynthia's Cyborgs in the future. 4 stars.

Zip, the D Model Cyborg was prepared to take his Female just as she wished and make sure it was prefect for her. Zip captured her, ran with her to the ship and began breeding with her while explaining to her about her new home. Both of them loved the idea of being together and helping their home planet out.

Bk 3 in the Earth Minor trilogy.
This is a 4 chpt story, available for free on Amazon.
The weakest of the trilogy, there was just so much potential that couldn't be reached because the story was so short. But hey, no drama.
There was this one line that made me laugh out loud twice. And I like the new cyborg introduced, fingers crossed he finds happiness.
Super curious about how Windy does what she does, but something tells me I'll probably never find out the reason.

This is a cute story about Zip on Earth Minor searching for his female. He finds her in the database and finds out she dreams of being abducted by a warrior for her birthday so he does just that. Ryssa having never left her home planet dreams of adventure and other planets so she's more than willing to join him. We get to see some of our other cyborgs, their females and offspring and it's a cute update about many of the cyborgs from previous books. A fun read.

But why couldn’t Leesa be Arsenal’s mate??!? I would have loved that bonus relationship development.
Also what happened to being able to search databases for genetic matches for cyborg mates that was mentioned more than once since Defying Death?? There should be missions strictly based on retrieving those females going on already.
Just saying. I obviously love the world build here. Lol

Zip isn't jealous, but he sees what his Cyborg friends have found, and not only dreams of finding it for himself, he does everything in his power to make that dream come true.
Ryssa dreams of a better life, but this far her attempts to get it have failed... maybe accidentally launching a wish into cyberspace will do the trick???
A fun, stand alone, done in one quick read.

If you love tough manly sexy cyborgs then this is definitely a book that you should add to your collection. A rugged cyborg a lonely bbw waiting for the cyborg of her dreams . Soon both of their lonely days will be over. Even if you haven’t read any of the other books in this series you will love this one because even though each book adds to the story each can be read as a stand-alone .

This was a very quick novella with Zip kidnapping his mate, Ryssa. I liked what little bit we got about these two but I do wish there had been more development. This one was definitely an instant love relationship and Ryssa accepts everything about Zip without any problems.

Quick read with an adorable end! 😍
The author manages to fit a lot in one VERY short story. That's some skill! I realized it ended after reading prologue. Which was totally adorable!!! I love Windy! 🌱 I'm glad she's striving in a new planet. 🌐 As for Zip and Ryssa, it was sweet.
Dare I hope.. ? 🙏 This short read left me with a happy smile and hope. I love the general story and characters.

Another enjoyable read
I do enjoy these books, I like how man made beings have strong emotions wanting to experience love and happiness just like humans. I smile a lot when reading these books. I’ve given this one 5 stars because Zip seems to have more positive emotions than the other books ( this is my humble opinion ).

Cute addition
I love these cyborgs; they are adorable. This is another good addition to the world. I would have liked a longer story but a little novella is a nice addition. This a quick maybe hour read at the most but still enjoyable.

Wonderful Short Story
I loved Zip. He wanted a female of his own so bad! But Arsenal won my heart. I do hope he gets his story. There was a bonus very short story in this book that was awesome!!!!! I loved, loved, loved it.

I love these Cyborgs. And Zip, he is so sweet. He deserved someone just like Arsenal (Arse) needs one. I hope we get to read about Arse gets a female as well. Zip and Ryssa are prefect. And what woman wouldn't want to be taken by a Cyborg. {Raises hand}
