"Anyone can kill you, but it takes someone you know to really HURT you. It takes someone you love to break your heart."

description

description

Güs with his onesie open at the bottom is the most ridiculous yet adorable thing ever. Forget the drama, I'm down for a Güs spin-off where nothing ever happens and he's just the happiest little guy in the universe! Although, it would be nice to know how they all came back from that abortion planet, and why they decided it was time to get Squire back, and where did Marko got that cool armor, and so on. But Sir Robot's betrayal (btw fuck you dude, Alana's supposed to be your bff now wth?!) and the terrible consequences it will inevitably bring? It can all go to hell, let me have Güs' adventures instead!

Love Robot+Petri. But i see some deep s** happening if those brilliant idea of his is on.

Hazel deserves a new personality and lot of spanking. This character is so annoyig that i don't get why all the trouble the parents are living for her, just let her die.

Those seekers of revenge -imaginary or not- uf. Still a bit puzzle for the survival of The Will.

Just finished reading this issue!!!! It wasn't as amazing as I expected it, probably because I had high hopes for the new arc. However, I'm still extremely excited to read issue 50 to see how everything goes. I love Ghüs so much.

Oh damn. The Saga gang is all together in this brand new arc; and it’s looking to get a little dicey.

Lots of naked Will, and sex, and also children fighting (both physically and verbally). Lots of Saga-y goodness and I'm glad this title is back!

Saga is the kind of comic that keeps you hooked to every line without requiring an action-packed issue.
It's also the kind of comic you shouldn't read in public places. Forget reading on public transport or sitting in park or while waiting for your friend with this.
It's always a good idea to rifle through the pages at home before venturing to take it out of your bag on the bus.
SO MARK MY WORDS.
IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME YOU DONT HAVE TO TURN FARTHER THAN PAGE 1 FOR
THIS ONE.
Nonetheless enjoy your read, wherever you decide it should be.

The return of Saga with a new six issue run. This issue kicked things off again with a seed of the most dramatic plot development. Will it grow or lead to more drama and difficulties for our misfit family? Can't wait for issue #50.

This keeps spinning new moments that make me go "oh" in that surprised-I'm-still-surprised-after-all-this-time kind of way. I did that, like, five times in this issue.

I loved the monologue for purple-gem-face. I too had a moment like Hazel's, when I told a kid in grade school that it didn't matter if I didn't have a Nintendo, I had a dad. I regretted it just as quickly. And the reporters offering their deal is one of those moments where Vaughan shines with this series. He invents a whole brand new universe-logic that we just walked into with this issue. And it propels the plot and takes me along whole-heartedly convinced that this new element makes perfect sense.

And of course, Staples' art is topping, whether it's exposed junks, or families asleep. I just love how she presents each panel.

Win. Win. Win.

(I'm experimenting with a personal checklist in order to understand what I look for in the genre. This got 44.25/50)

Oh, now I have to wait. Great. That’s the thing with this graphic novel: you became an addict to it.

These days, I guess a lot of kids interact with each other over screens. But I'm grateful that all of my interactions were in person. It's a real gift for young people to be able to see the face of someone they've just hurt. In that moment, you learn whether or not you have what it takes to be a killer.
Anyone can kill you, but it takes somenone you know to really HURT you.
It takes someone you love to break your heart.
