Lots of great recipes! Some are repeats from other cookbooks, but I'm looking forward to actually putting this cookbook to use!!

Instant Pot Pressure Cooker Cookbook: 550 Recipes for Any Budget. Simple And Quality Guide For Beginners And Advanced by Jessica Taylor
Table of contents and an introduction about the instant one pot.
Each recipe comes with a title, some have initials after it denoting vegan, easy and simple, etc.
Has prep and cook time and servings.
List of ingredients and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low fat, low sodium, etc.
Directions on how to make are included.
There are NO pictures.
There is no nutritional information.
Didn't see anything new that doesn't really come with the instruction manuals and what I've read online already.

There are good recipes in this cookbook but it is annoying to me that list of ingredients does not always match the order used in the cooking instructions.

One more must-have book!

This book is great for anyone who owns the Instant Pot, especially if you are a beginner. I like that this book divides the recipes by types of food (poultry, beef, pork, grains, vegetables, beans, etc). The recipes also include the nutritional facts which it is good to know how many calories and carbs you would be consuming. The author also includes the benefits of pressure cooking and gives detailed step-by-step information about how to use the Instant Pot. I am considering getting The Instant Pot since this book makes it seem very easy to use and gives great recipes. For anyone just looking to get started, this is a great resource to have on hand.

Just got an IP, which was surprisingly mystifying at first, so snagged this freebie. Was disappointed to find most of the recipes useless to me (not sure why I assumed it would be at least vegetarian), but there are quite a few things I'm able to make substitutions for. Probably a decent reference for an omni cook.

Afraid I can mostly review the IP itself. Having used a stovetop pressure cooker for years, this was surprisingly so much more. My first batch of chili was so big, it took three days to eat it. No room in the fridge so just kept hitting that Keep Warm button. After the last bowl, it not only wasn't scorched (my $90 stovetop one would've had half an inch of carbon I'd never be able to speak loose), it simply wiped clean. 👍

This book is full of typos, including missing ingredient information. The recipe for Salt Baked Chicken doesn't even include chicken in the list of ingredients. This makes me wary of the recipes. I suspect it is self-published and therefore wasn't properly edited.
Also, I HATE recipes that don't list ingredients in the order in which they are used.

Amazing recipes!

I’m on Pinterest a lot, I’ve seen a lot of Instant Pot recipes, and the majority of these recipes were new to me!

Some of the recipes were a little TOO simple, and I think they could've been more creative with their beef & pork options, but the butter chicken we made was incredible.

Instant Pot Recipes

Terrific collection of recipes. I like the wide variety of recipes in this book and that they are easily marked as vegan and easy.
