I really enjoyed this book. It was an easy read that began at Barbara Eden's childhood up to the present. It gave an interesting account of many of Hollywood's A list that she worked it.

I have loved I Dream of Jeannie for almost twenty years, ever since I was kid. While it is wonderful to have a book about my favorite show, Steve Cox seems to have a negative attitude about the show. I love the interesting facts, but the chapter about Bewitched was unnecessary since the book is about I Dream of Jeannie. He even included summaries of Bewitched episodes that were either made but never aired or were ideas that were not filmed. It seems that Mr. Cox had a page quota and since he is not passionate about the material, he decided to add information about another show that is semi-similar, but not necessary for an entire chapter.
