This was very well laid-out and had really nice explanations for why the authors were recommending what they were. I think that this could be understood well even by someone who isn't working full-time in the endurance sports/strength training industry.

I came away from reading this with several takeaways that I'll be implementing in my coaching.

Enjoyed it, its really basic concepts that could easily be overlooked if you looking for the magic bullet but well constructed and easy to follow.
