This is a nice guide and has useful information if you are a procrastinator. It is nice that it is short so if you are someone that puts things off you can fry through it quickly, but it does tend yup make some assumptions and over simplifies root causes. Those with deeper issues may have trouble with the self diagnose section that is the foundation of the book.
