I challenge you to find a single page in this book without any repetition or a restatement of a phrase, sentence or paragraph that was perfectly expressed beforehand and needed no requoting. You will utterly fail.
I would have lauded him for all the citations he has written except that in legal writing, one controlling authority is enough (though concededly this is a reference book).
Clearly, there is a need to find a more concise and succinct book on Statutory Construction.
