Stoicism: A Comprehensive Beginner’s Guide to Learn and Understand the Ancient Greek Philosophy

Rate this book
In this guidebook, you are going to learn some of the basics that are needed to follow the Stoic philosophy. This may seem like an ancient philosophy, one that you do not need to waste your time on, but it has a lot of meaning and value today. This guidebook will give you some of the basics that you need to know to add some more Stoicism into your own life.
Stoicism is basically about learning how to let go of the things that you are not able to control, such as the situations and events that occur around you, while taking control over the things that you can, such as your emotions and how you react to the situations that you cannot control. This may seem pretty basic to work with, but it is counterintuitive to what you may be used to in the past, and it will take some time to do well with it.
When you are ready to become a Stoic and reach the true happiness that this philosophy promises, make sure to check out this guidebook and learn some of the basics about how this school of thought works.

A good start

This book has several good ideas that I will be doing in the future. It does a good job explaining Stoicism and how we can begin to use it.
