This book delivers a focused and practical introduction to the fundamentals of planning and scheduling within construction project management. It explains core concepts clearly and emphasizes the importance of organization, time management, and resource coordination in ensuring project success. The structured approach and straightforward language make it accessible to students and early-career professionals seeking to build a solid foundation. Its strength lies in its clarity and practicality, though it leans heavily on traditional methods and lacks extensive discussion of modern tools, software, or agile approaches. While highly useful for grasping the basics, advanced practitioners may find it limited in depth.
