Every girl in school used to stare longingly at the Archer brothers as they walked through the halls. I should know; I was one of those girls. But I was just a shy wallflower. The gorgeous brothers didn't even glance at me.
Those awkward days are gone and forgotten. But I have new problems now—complex, grown-up problems.
Needing a fresh start, I move to the city, where my luck begins to change. I land a job in no time, working for the Archer brothers. And when I mention I’m looking for a new home, my new bosses invite me to move in with them.
I say yes, of course. It’s a no-brainer. The savings will be enormous. And there may be other big... perks, too.
I mean, I’m pretty sure it’s not just my imagination. The five men do everything in their power to help me, and they can’t take their smoldering eyes off me. Or their wicked hands. Or their hot lips. Or their thick...
No. This can’t go on. I have to stop. Before things get out of control.
They keep telling me how good they are at sharing , but I can’t possibly handle all five of them .
It’s crazy. It’s wrong. It’s downright filthy. And I’m afraid it’s only a matter of time until I give in.
This is a standalone, full-length novel of approximately 54,000 words. No cheating, no cliffhanger, and a guaranteed happily ever after.
Yes, another reverse-harem story. But I have to say Nikki has a way of writing these stories. I really do enjoy the way she makes it more into friendship then romance and then into some really hot and sexy sex. Of course, everyone has to enjoy themselves because what would be the point, but there also has to be a friendship in this. Nikki makes sure that there is that and more. This is a great Christmas story with a happy ending for everyone. Really enjoyed it! I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.
3 stars because I'm feeling nice, 2 stars for my actual "enjoyment" of it....
3 stars because I'm feeling nice, 2 stars for my actual "enjoyment" of it.... Damn, I always hate it when I or anyone starts a review with "I soo wanted to like this but", yeah well feels a bit cliche but sadly it's all true ;( I really did want to like this, hell I was soo nicely surprised when I'd read Ava and the Hunter brothers in " the five brothers next door" I rally thought this works be good as well... But yeah , aaaaaaaaaaaa, that wills be No! Not Ava ad her guys were a wonderful surprise, a book w/a cover of just mainly a bunch of naked torsos and some women's legs stretched out in front seems to scream "I'm a all sex light story book" but after circling around it for a few weeks I finally gave in and read it and was very pleasantly surprised.... I'm sure part of it was going into it w/such low expectations but the book just worked for me, ok sure it feel a but much or convoluted at times , but for the most part it was a pretty solid story line mixed in w/some real romance and it really seemed to work in the end... Ok, I'll b honest Ava seemed a bit immature at times and the ages were really off I mean supposedly Ava had been lusting over the guys her whole life but at the same time she was only 13 when the youngest went off to collage ? What did she start lusting when she was still in pre school ? Kindergarten?? Aaaaaaaaaaa,no I don't think soo and I wasn't thrilled at all w/their " happy for now" ending ... But that story was great and locked up TIGHT compared to this one, honestly ? It was like our writer just needed to crank another one out and could barely make the effort.... Ava was 22 going on 40 compared to Emma , and the plot our side of the guys and having sex ? Sighs, felt more thrown together than my last double cheese burger from sonic ... Ava's guys had focus and a plan, they knew what the wanted and discussed it and went after it , plot wise and relationship wise.. Emma and her guys just seemed to fall into each other, no focus ,plan .... it all just felt like if it feels good do it and the the plot w/Emma's Mom and nasty abusive boyfriend felt a bit contrived at times, like it was just there to give the story something other than sex.... I had hoped this one would be better than the last, instead it felt directionless and I was eager to see the end of it even if it ended in a wimpy lil "happy for now"..... Only read the 1st story interested in the rest... This might be it for me... The brothers seemed nice, but it was just directionless sex, never felt any real chemistry or relationship here and just some a bit of story thrown in to give it weight... Both a fail for me ..

Reluctantly she goes but tells her mom that she can always come and stay with them if she needs to. What happens when her mom shows up at the door? Will they be able to help her get away from her boyfriend? What will her mom think of her being with all five guys? What happens when their parents show up unexpectedly for Christmas and how will they feel about her being with all five sons?
The first story was actually pretty good, the excerpt from another book after that was interesting, but this is one of those books that shoves "bonus books" into the file. In all honesty I've pretty much never read a bonus book that I've liked and normally the book you actually bought the file for suffers to make room for the bonus book. I did start reading the second one until I was really put off by the so-called hero and I completely skipped the third. Reverse harem stories, in my opinion, work because there's a lot of respect from the participant characters so the female lead doesn't come across as cheap or a whore. It's more of a yeah it's unusual but everyone is happy and respectful about the situation so it's not dirty. That said following with a story with a male lead who thinks any sort of "disobedience" from a woman he's not even dating gives him the right to punish her isn't just abrasive, it's highly unlikely to appeal to the same audience. The second supposed hero had me imaging ways I'd like to see him tortured and killed in the first few chapters, I completely loathed him as a character. I hated that character so much I was completely done with giving any other stories in this book a chance. Honestly I don't feel bonus book are a bonus at all because it's not like this is an atypical combination for novels that include bonus books. It pretty much always lowers my opinion of the book and lowers my rating because the rating encompasses more than the original story that caught my interest in the first place. Additionally I'd like to point out that there are more forms of beautiful women than curvy blondes so having the female lead in every story fit that description is sort of ridiculous.
I give this book 4 1/2 stars....I found the beginning of the book confusing, I was not sure where the author was going with it. It took just a few extra pages to realize she was giving us some background into Emma's life. With that said I found the rest of the book to flow, you meet all of the characters and immediately fall in love with all of them...well except Ted! Emma is trying to make something of her life and needs a job away from Ted (he is her mother's partner and not a very nice one!). She moves to the city and stays with her friend Piper (who we know from a past book) answers a add for the Archer brothers and goes to work for them. The Archer brothers need an assistant to help them organize their growing toy business..each brother has his own role of the making of toys from the pitching to the actual crafting of the toy. Emma had a crush on one of the brothers back in high school and found that she had the same for all 5 brothers after meeting them all. All while working for them Emma worries about her mother and wants her to get away from Ted. Emma is surprised at how much they all will do for her and how much they do actually want and love her! This story has a surprise in the story that I did not expect but enjoyed as part of this book. This book has happy, sad, sexy and oh so steamy scenes which having you loving these 5 brothers even more. I enjoyed reading Emma's story and would recommend it to readers. I want to thank Nikki Chase for giving me the opportunity to read this book in advance of it's release.
This Provocative Reverse Harem Christmas heart squeeze tale features Emma, needing to put distance between the toxicity that is her mother and her mother's boyfriend Ted, moves to live with her cousin Piper in San Francisco. Emma finds a job, with a new startup company, with the Archer Brothers, is like fate giving her a helping hand, she had a crush on Fraser in high school! Meeting all the Archer Brothers, Austin, Hudson, Sandy, Fraser and their dog, Roxy they are confident she is the perfect addition to the team, both professionally and personally. These brothers are very good at sharing! I have to tell you folks, this one while the menage scenes are hot and naughty, and there is a beautifully sweet love blossoming, along with some well-developed characters, and witty dialogue. However, the trigger’ish angst-ridden, heart twisty, with stomp my foot frustrating parts- oh, my when I was able to step back from my internal ranting ( I need to get out more) and recovered from my hissy fit, the dynamics of the tale shifted for me. The yummy Christmas novel I thought would just be about Emma getting herself some brotherly love the Holiday Season, became not only that but overcoming obstacles, finding self-worth, facing the demons head on and leaving them in the dust story! That IMO is how to do a Holiday story! One I am glad I got to read!
A sweet and steamy holiday story. After spending the last 2 years trying to get her mother to leave her abusive boyfriend, Emma has moved to the city to build a life for herself. Staying with her cousin Piper, (see Virgin Fiancee, for her story), she finds a job with her high school crushes the Archer brothers. She is working for their start up toy company as a PA to all 5 brothers. The Archer men Austin, the hard nose business man. Who handles investors Fraser, the the charming playboy who handles marketing and customer service, and still looks like he did when he played high school football Ian, the Harley riding bad boy and recovering addict, in charge of deliveries Sandy, the web master, IT man, a geek with the body of a swimmer. Hudson, the rocker, who still plays in his high school band and designs and makes their signature hand made toys. Rocky the brothers Yorkie who adores Emma. All five men are attracted to the beautiful and Sweet Emma. They aren't adverse to sharing. Emma can't believe her crushes are interested in her. When family trouble pulls her home, her men lend her their support. Great holiday story. Sweet and steamy. Fast paced and light read, though it does deal with some serious issues. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book. I bought a copy in support of the author, and will be reading again.
This is one absolutely hot, sexy read with five gorgeous brothers. You can’t help be a bit in love with the Archer brothers, because...you know..they share so well. Emma grew up in the same small town with the brothers and went to the same high school. But now that she’s grown, she looks so much different than the skinny girl who used to fantasize about those guys.
Emma has decided to strike out on her own, but reluctant to leave her mom’s awful situation with her live-in boyfriend. When she answers an online ad for help wanted, she can’t believe her luck. She’s hired by Fraser Archer to help with the online toy business he and his brothers have developed. It’s Christmas season and a busy time for their startup business, and Emma is there to help any way she can. They sure know how to make her feel welcome. There is undeniable chemistry between Emma and all five brothers.
The Five Brothers’ Christmas Surprise is an entertaining, well-written story that is heartwarming and steamy. It’s romantic and a great holiday read with Emma with her gorgeous Archer brothers: Hudson, Austin, Fraser, Sandy and Ian. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.
I received an ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review.
I love this story. It's a little out there because one girl dates 5 brothers without any jealousy or conflict between them - not likely to ever happen in real life. But it is a highly entertaining and sweet story of love. It also has a great side story that really touches on an important topic in today's society - abusive relationships. We get an interesting take from Emma, whose mother is in an abusive relationship with her long term partner, and get taken along on her journey to try to get her mother out of that relationship. It was a really emotional point of view on the topic, and it was written wonderfully. The entire book was wonderfully written and full of emotion and steam. It's got a Christmassy theme and is the perfect Christmas romance for those who want a steamy but unorthodox Christmas romance to read over the holidays.
I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys hot, steamy, unorthodox romance involving one woman and five incredibly HOT brothers.
Hot and steamy, sweet and delicious! In terms of manage stories, you have everything in this one. The five brothers have their own personalities from the geek to the rock star. And when they end up in the sheets with Emma, the tables are turned in unexpected ways.
Emma is stuck in a dead-end job working for her mother's live-in boyfriend, and decides she's had enough of his controlling ways. When she applies for a job working for a company run by 5 brothers she remembers from high school, she discovers that there's not only more to the job but more to the brothers. And, as each discovers their feelings for the girl they just hired, they realize there is more than genes that they're willing to share.
It is everything I expect from erotica and from manage. It's wicked and sexy with a heartfelt story to take us through each moment. This is such a good story about love and acceptance and the lengths people are willing to go to achieve both. And the heat is scorching. Another fantastic one by this author. Can't wait to see what she comes up with next.
Emma’s reunion with the Archer brothers after a couple of years is a big chance to move on with her life. She just left her mother and their abusive partner trying to find a happier future for herself. While she had a big crush on all brothers, while attending high school with some of them, they all did not notice her back then. However that changes now that they are her new bosses…
This is one of the most beautiful, most heart warming, most caring and hottest novels I have read so far. And it is yet another masterpiece of Nikki Chase as she has melted together the beauty of the protagonists love with the very serious topic of abuse into this enchanting story.
After trying and failing to get her mom to leave her abusive relationship, Emma feels it is t8me to branch out on her own and get her own life. Working for the Archer Brothers, Emma finds more than just a job, she finds a place that she can belong. Romance and sparks fly with each brother and in the end she not only falls in love with them all, they give her mom a reason to leave and start again. With great characters, hot sex scenes and more to the plot that just romance, this is a story that should not be missed.
This story is fantasy, but it also has a dark edge to it.
Whilst Emma is getting to know the five brothers who employ her, her mother is in an abusive relationship. Nikki Chase handles this thread sensitively, and has obviously done her research.
The characters are, on the whole, likable, and well depicted. The story starts slowly, but soon picks up pace, and alongside the serious thread there are lots of steamy scenes. With each brother bringing something different to the relationship, Emma is happy.....very happy!
I loved reading the sensational, outstanding romance story. Emma's new job is working for the Archer brothers. Emma has had secret crushes on all five, handsome, sexy, brothers, Austin, Hudson, Sandy, Fraser, and Ian. When Emma meets each of them, she can't seem to take her eyes off of any of them. Since the Archer brothers can only pay Emma minimum wage, Austin offers for her to stay with them in the family home. Read the highly recommended, wonderfully written story full of romance and passion, and a must read love story.
Very well written story with great storyline and plot. A hot romance. I liked this story a lot. It is a reverse harem story.
There is passion, emotions, hot scenes and lots of chemistry in this amazing story. It is written in multiple POV which gives the reader much more of the thoughts and feelings of the main characters.
I like the main characters and how they develop. Their chemistry is amazing. The story flows nicely and it is very captivating from first to last chapter.
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I really enjoy the trend to reverse harem romances. They are a new favorite of mine. This one features brothers who are just fine with sharing their new assistant. She is more than willing but surprised by how much they all want her. The author has created a very good story with plenty of romance and fun. I enjoyed it and hope she will do more reverse harem stories.
Very well written. Loved it. She is living in torment and very emotional life. To get away looks for a job. Well one of her high school crushes hires her. And his brothers are involved in that crush. They are each different and each fulfill her in different ways. There is so much more to the story. It has love, excitement, suspense, and so much more. And I honestly could not put it down until the end. Actually it is so good I hated to see it end. I highly recommend it.
4* Emma is looking for a job to get away from her mothers mean partner. Applying for a job she can’t believe how lucky she is to see Fraser from school is looking for an assistant. The surprise gets better when she realises that Sandy, Hudson, Fraser, Ian & Austin Brothers all work together. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book Five sexy brothers
Everyone will love The Archer Brothers and Emma is the lucky gal who gets all of them. Emma & The Archer Brothers were smokin hot together and will definitely melt your kindles. I love the connection that they all had together and I’m hoping Nikki writes another reverse harem because I can’t get enough.
The title says it all! 5 guys, one brave girl and a sweet relationship. Definitely fast paced for getting to know 6 characters, but still a good overall story. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't any closure on the Ted issue. Couple of steamy scenes, but for most part just a story about the brothers growing a toy business and a girl fleeing a bad family situation.
A well written menage of 5 brothers who own a toy business and hire Emma as their PA. She is attracted to all of the brothers and they are attracted to her. It's a sweet love story with incredibly hot menage sex scenes. Good naughty Christmas novel. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
This was an enjoyable book. Good scenes, great romance. For myself, this didn't get more stars because I find it really hard to follow the story properly when each chapter is written from a different character's perspective. When you have six main characters, this can get very confusing and disrupting. Overall, this was a fun quick read.
Really enjoyed this story. I really liked the workplace dynamics in this book. Emma was such a sweet woman and I understood her hesitation. I can't even imagine how one would process being in a long term relationship like this. The brothers in this story were really sweet and patient with Emma. They were all really perfect. The sex scenes were scorching hot!
Five Brother's Christmas Surprise is a fun read with more sex than substance but the hot and sexy scenes are well done. I liked the characters - for some reason the most memorable brother for me was Ian. Did this story touch me in any deep, meaningful way? No, but I still found it enjoyable. 3.5 stars. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.
Five Brothers’ Christmas Surprise was a great, hot and steamy romance. The chemistry between Emma and the Archer Brothers were off the charts hot. A very enjoyable, sexy read. Received an ARC and I’m leaving a voluntary review.
Emma was never the most popular student. Moving to the city, looking for a job, she sees a familiar name. The five Archer brothers had her attention, even if she didn’t have theirs. Loved it! Steamy read! Enjoy!!!
This story is kind of touching. Shy, quiet high school girl grows up and starts working for the guys she crushed on. Next thing you know the guys who never noticed her in school want her bad!
I didn’t think I would enjoy reading a reverse harem book, but color me surprised, I enjoyed this one. It wasn’t all smut. There was a real story here, with real adult problems. And I liked how they all worked together to fix them. It was a fun read.
Short, quick little read for a snowy day. Great story that grabs you and pulls you right in. Fell in love with all the brothers quickly. This story does end at about 30% but the author was kind enough to include a few teasers and an additional book for us!
Hot and steamy, with a hint of sweet and delicious. This book is yet another great read. The Archer brothers are protective, hot and demanding which makes for great alpha men. I really enjoyed this story.
