It's been four years since Olive Kennedy sealed the portals between Earth and Faythander. Four years that she's been living on Earth, working as a consultant to the Houston PD. It helps keep her mind off other things—like being separated from her husband and her dragon king stepfather.

Her ex, Brent Sanchez, works with her on the police force and helps her solve crimes. His friendship is a comfort—but also a reminder of what she's missing. Everything changes when Olive discovers a broken mirror at a murder scene. It contains magic, and although it shouldn't exist, it could be used as a portal to Faythander. Dark forces are at work, and the one person she wants by her side to help her is literally a world away. Olive will stop at nothing to solve the murder and return to the only place she calls home.

New from award-winning author Tamara Grantham, Grayghost is the thrilling conclusion to the best-selling fantasy series Fairy World MD.

Grayghost is the conclusion in the Fairy World MD series which is adult fantasy. This book picks up four years after Deathbringer ends. Olive is living in the Earthen Kingdom working for the police department (working with her ex) as a consultant when the Grayghost kills one woman and attempts to kill another. Olive is able to follow the Grayghost back to Faythander through a portal the Grayghost created. When Olive lands in Faythander it is nothing like she left it four years ago.

I have really enjoyed this series as a whole. I am sorry if this will all seem vague but there isn’t much I can go into without spoiling one or another book in the series. Tamara is able to tie up a lot of the loose end that was left in the other six books in the series. Once I started reading it I was finished with it in two days. I loved watching Olive grow as a character throughout this series. This was the slowest moving book in the series but like I said I still finished it in two days. The way Tamara is able to weave our world and the Fairy world together is amazing. Throughout this series, her characters are able to move through both worlds and it does not seem forced in the writing.

If you want to give this series a try and I do suggest it. you can get an e-copy of Dreamthief free on Amazon. No this is not a promotion I just really did like this series, and books are expensive ;).

WOW! What an amazing story....and the feelers in this story are intense.

The characters were phenomenal. I still love all the original characters but I also loved the new characters that we meet too. Olive is still a strong and stubborn character. I couldn't help but smile, laugh or cry while reading this character and her final adventure.

The story-line is memorable and has still stuck with me and left me in a book hangover as I write this review days later after I finish the book. So many secrets, twists and feelers were in this book. Things that I thought I had figured out were wrong as usual and the shocking turn of events had me emailing the author, not wanting to believe it with my own eyes. The emotions ran strong within the magical pages of this book. This is by far the shocking and emotional story out of all of the and by far the most favorite read of mine. We see boundaries being crossed, hearts broken and jaw dropping scenes in this story. I am so sad that this is Olive's final adventure but it was quite the wild ride. This is definitely the most incredible read and I highly recommend this entire series to read and enjoy.

No spoilers from me, but as I finish a fantastic series, I am reminded of something my son once told me when he was alive and I hold it dear to my heart.
He came to the kitchen and was crying, and I was shocked since he was a teenager. When I asked what what wrong he told me he had just finished a video game and that he would miss the characters in it.
Not knowing if there will be a sequel to this fantastic series, I can’t help but remember his words and feel the same. I can only hope that one day Olives world will reopen for us. But if not, it has been a great read, I will say even addicting.
I too will miss the characters in this series, but hope one day to see them again.

This was another dramatic, high energy adventure into the lives of Olive Kennedy and her Faythander friends. Expect more danger and mystery as Olive tries to solve a dangerous mystery, save Earth Kingdom and Faythander, and keep everyone she cares about, including herself, alive. There will be unexpected and shocking revelations in the conclusion of this story. Very Captivating Tale!!!!!

The 7th and final book in the “Olive Kennedy, Fairy World MD” series, and I think it was the best. Probably because I’d gotten to know all the characters as I read the series, and has gotten to care for each of them. Fun read for anyone who likes fantasy. I do!!

What an exciting end to the series!

If Olive thought things were difficult before, she's about to head into an adventure to beat all the rest. She's been stuck on Earth, the doors to the other world shut tight. Or so she thinks. When a shadow sucks the energy out of innocent people and disappears back into a mirror, Olive is sure it has something to do with the Fae. She manages to make it back to her home world but finds it in a completely unrecognizable state. The Queen of the Fee is determined to hold ultimate power even if it destroys most of the planet. But she might not be the biggest threat. Olive has to do her best to figure out what's going on, who to trust and how in the world to stop it before its to late.

I really enjoyed reading this one and don't leave with the feeling that something is still missing. The author has rounded off the series with this book and tied up all ends, leaving no regrets.

Olive may have grown into a smart, careful and yet tough heroine during the series, but this book makes her push all limits. Not only physical ones, but the emotional side hits hard. Everything she loves falls into questions and sometimes, is even lost. There are tons of layers in this book as the characters expose their true intentions and nature—some more unexpected than others. Olive is the only one, it seems, who hasn't been tampered with or lying. She has those who help her but it's never clear how far she can trust any of them.

This is not a slow paced book but holds attention the entire way through. The locations shift quickly as does the situation, but it never becomes difficult to follow. There are fight scenes, romance, intrigues, traitors, evil forces and so much more for Olive to work her way through. And all of it holds tons of twists and surprises.

Fans of magic, fantasy, dragons, fae and a touch of our modern world on the side are sure to enjoy this series.

I received a complimentary copy and enjoyed it so much that I wanted to leave my honest thoughts.

The Fairy World MD series, about the elf-human Olive Kennedy, is a masterpiece of Fantasy story-telling. The greatest indication of this for me is how much I care about the characters in this world created by Tamara Grantham...

Book six ended in such a way that I thought I might never recover from it. Kull and Olive were separated, apparently forever. Somehow against all odds, a way is discovered for Olive to return to Faythander, but so much time has passed and so many things have happened, that it is no longer the same world she remembers...

There are enemies galore here, with changing allegiances and unknown motives; even former allies are not necessarily so anymore, and even many prior friends are less than such now. There is an awful lot of intrigue and mystery, which leads to a lot of action and peril. Everyone is definitely kept on their toes.

Despite all odds, our heroes eventually do prevail, but several trials must be overcome beforehand, many secrets are revealed, and even some associates are lost. It is definitely a dramatic conclusion to this very eventful series.

I received a free eBook copy of this title from the author while acting as a Beta reader for the book, and I have willingly provided an honest review.

What a series!

I fell in love with this series in book 1 (Dreamthief). I was worried how the series would end! Tamara did a beautiful job of ending the story!

Grayghost had me gasping, yelling, shaking my head and I was only 23% into the story. I'm not planning on staying anything else about the story except, you need to read this series! You really need to read this intense, gut wrenching, final story!

Well done Tamara Grantham!

I could say a lot about this book, but then I would feel like I'm spoiling it. Suffice it to say, it is an emotional, fulfilling ending to this beloved series. There are loose ends that are tied up, new characters to enjoy, old characters we're happy to see again, and a love story that never quits.

I was sad to finish the story. It kept my attention till the end. Questions as to whether or not Olive will get back and if she does, will she get Kull back? So many obsticals to over come. Right to the end I wasn't sure what was going to happen. The series is worth the read.
