There is a lot more to this story, and the teaser you find on the book does it no justice. There is adventure, romance, thriller, mystery, and even a wild twist. This book was excellent and the BEST ROMANCE BOOK I'VE EVER READ!!! Nicely written, keeps you interested, and wanting more. Highly recommend anyone who likes a good romance to read this as you will not be disappointed.
This is definitely one of my favourite guilty pleasure books. I love the story and while the protagonist, Erin, makes me want to beat my head against a wall, the same cannot be said about the requisite, dark, dangerous and brooding male counterpart, Phelan.
The story is a typical, relatively predictable chick-lit style plot with some Irish lore thrown in and I can't help but enjoy reading it.
Overall, a great, light, romance read with a fantastically written male protagonist. 3.5 Stars.

This was a huge disappointment for me. I've read other Kate Freiman books and loved them, but I could barely stand to finish half of this one. The heroine spent the ENTIRE first half of the book being an idiot. Midway through the book they still didn't like each other and nothing was happening. To be honest, it just bored me.
