Love and Hollowtips
Love is giving someone the power to destroy you but, deep down, you’re hoping that they won’t.
Lololi aka Love is not your average dope boy’s girlfriend. She was raised to have more than just beauty. She had everything that she could possibly want, but for the sake of her education and career, Love leaves her family and moves to South Florida to finish school. Her boyfriend, Rowe immediately takes over the streets of Ft. Myers, but with the fast money comes women.
Love finds herself going in circles trying to get her man to stay faithful to only her. He spoiled her, but the one thing she wanted from him, he just couldn’t give.
Hakeem aka Hollow is very cocky and arrogant. At an early age, Hollow was forced into a game that men don’t usually play in. Money was coming, and he had everything he needed until his baby mama walked away and turned her back on him. Hollow’s heart became cold, and any woman he came across, he placed them all in the same category. The only woman that held a special place was his sister, Adore.
Love in Hollow’s eyes was obsolete until he met the real Love, who captures Hollow’s heart immediately. Breaking down his ice-cold heart was going to be a task but it was a task they were both willing to try.
Love can be very poisonous if not handled carefully. Will Hollow and Love make it or will their stony hearts keep them from what they both want… LOVE!

Love and Hollowtips
Love and Hollowtips by Jenica Johnson is a good read. She did a good job. The storyline is on point.
I understand that Love and Hollow have a trust issues because they have been through lot in their previous relationship. They’re protecting their hearts. Uncle Dex is a something else. I can’t wait to read part 2 of this book.

Omg this is getting good. I can't believe Hollow's baby mom killed their son and piece of shit husband didn't claim her body. I hope Love and the baby make it out ok and Hollow not loose the both of them.

It was ok...could have been better but definitely ok!!!
So this series was ok. Could have been better, but definitely ok and yet needed some work.
lololi "love" educated, intelligent, resourceful, but so naive, gullible and almost stupid. Doesn't know her worth or understand what being independent is.
Hakeem "hollow" educated, intelligent, hustler, resourceful, alpha, boss man but extremely angry and volatile. Not so patient and a jump off on everything.
What this was missing was the usual flow that MS. Johnson has while recounting her stories. This story, at time, felt forced and confusing, while making you feel like this was so boring and have you wondering what were you actually reading. While Hollow, his motto was to push people away and simply do a jump off, Love herself was to try to fix and repair what was the problem but also was being very sensitive and jumps into conclusion without asking for clarification...hence the characteristics of a child; and that's on both of them.
With the hope the finale will be better, I do have to tanks karma for taking care some of the packages right off the start; like Catina, even though Riq didn't have to go out like that....

Same Story, Different Title......😛
Fast-paced and Full of DRAMA & EXCITEMENT!👊 I'm curious to see how things unfold between Hollow & Love, Hollow & "Uncle" Drex, Adore & "Uncle" Drex and lastly.....Adore and Whodie.✊ So much going on and Now it's time to get Answers for ALL of these questions. Therefore, I await Book 2 (Finale??) in this series.........Patiently!💯
P.S. Once again (as in a Previous series by Author Jenica), I'm NOT feeling how Disrespectful Hollow is to Love-it's unnecessary.😒 Furthermore, I Hate how EVERY Time these characters have sex, the guy states, "This is Mine & U better not give it to nobody else or that's your A** and his....I'll BOTH of y'all"!😑 Then, to "Solidify" that point-they're all of a sudden in "Love"!!😝😝 I've just noticed this to be a "Thing", with this author....😩 As a result, I couldn't leave a 5 Star rating.😞

When I tell you this was such an awesome read. I love me some Hollow and Love. Their crazy relationship couldn't have given me more life. That Uncle Drex is a snake and I can't figure out the tie between Adore and him that caused all this friction but i know for a fact that Jenica will sum me up really well in book 2. Thank you for the awesome Read. Always and forever a Fan

Review of Love and Hollowtips
I’m use to Jenica Johnson writing Christian fiction. She really surprised me with this one. Hollow was a little potty mouth, but he could handle his. Love came out of her shell and gave him as much as he gave her. They had more ups and downs than a yo-yo. I look forward to reading the next part to see how it all plays out. Look out Drex you’ve been found out.

Unexpected
I downloaded this book without even reading the synopsis simply because it is written by one of my favorite authors. I wasn't expecting it to be an urban read. Once I got over the shock of it not being a Christian read, I became totally immersed in this story. Hollow and Love belong together and I hope they stop fighting each other in the next installment and learn how to love each other. That cliffhanger has me on edge; can't wait to read the finale.

Wow... Wtf is going on wit Uncle Drex. I can't believe that he really sent some dudes after his nephew like that. That's so damn crazy man. This book done put me in my feelings man ugh. I can't wait to find out wat part does Uncle Drex play in this whole thing...smh. I hope that Hollow n Love is okay man. This book done had me laughing at Hollow wit his mean ass lol. Great job mama! My first time reading this author.... Off to a GREAT start.. Love & Hollow.. what an unlikely pair very nice progression. Not sure why Love would allow Rome to treat her in such a manner when she could have gone back to her family in NY... Adore & Whodie, look out Adore when he is legal. Uncle Drex... Your Torment is COMING...

I read this book so fast I literally could not put it down Hollow is stubborn and has a hard exterior but soft on the inside Adore is my kind of chick love bossed up I can’t want for part two I hope hollow gets to get his uncle and also find out why he is doing what he is doing

Great job!!!
I really like the storyline it wasn't your average dope boy story and it had some crazy twists in the story. I knew his uncle was gunning for him. I want Hollow sister to get with Whodie young butt. I think they make a cute couple.. definitely read this book!pt2 hurrrry!!

I like it.
This book was good the storyline was upbeat and fast paced. The author could have fleshed the backgrounds of the characters better and the grammatical errors and typos igg me a bit l, but I liked it and can't wait to see what happens wi5h Love, Hollow and Adore next. This was good!
I like Hollow and his smart mouth. He got Love to come out her shell and they fell for each other. I'm mad that Riq had to lose his life though, Love need to pull through and Hollow need to handle his grimy uncle. I'm also interested to see if Adore is going to give Whodie a chance.

This was my first read by this author and I enjoyed it. Love had a lot going on and went from one toxic relationship to the next. The difference with Hollow is I think he actually loved her but didn't know how to express it. Now we have a situation and I hope they make it out alive. I knew that uncle was no good...

The book was very interesting. Even though,this novel isn’t Christian fiction, it pulled me in! There were a few errors, but the errors didn’t take away from the book. I love Jenica’s books. I’m patiently waiting for part two!

This book had me on 100! This book had my attention from page one. Hollow makes me want to punch him in his grill, but I understand his heart. I'm glad Love found how to love and respect herself first. Looking forward to book 2!

This was a great read! I love hollow tho. His personality is dope af to. Love is a lady misunderstood if you ask me. I hope they make it and hollow rid his uncle for good. Just goes to show you can't trust family. Of course I'd know that. Great book!!

Wooo chile
There was a lot of twist and turns that kept me tuned all the way in. I like Loves natural loving nature but hated her lack of self worth at times. Hallow i had a live hate relationship with his slick mouth but loved his family devotion. Can’t wait to start book 2
