This is a beautiful yoga book from two of my favorite yoga instructors. It will become a great reference for various poses and instruction on teaching holistic yoga flow. It's easy to read using language everyone can understand, which is not always what you find in yoga books.

*Update* After having this book for some time now, I've added a star to make it 5 stars. It's the first thing I reach for when I want to look up a pose. I also find myself going back to the information in the beginning to get a refresher on yoga philosophy. Great resource for sure!
