This book actually deserves zero stars, in my opinion! Very superficial, and often inaccurate (if compared to best practices from several other sources) coverage of the topic, with not much to offer than what can be easily found through a quick Google search. In addition, very expensive “booklet” in which the 40 pages it states, includes everything, front and back matter, not to mention very large fonts, sub headers, snd unnecessary bulletin lists. In other words, the full text could be covered in 10 pages easily. Don’t fall for this money making scheme. Sites such as PubMed.org will provide you much more (reliable) information, for free!!

Helpful little guide on the benefits of sulfur. Shows research for the diseases that can be prevented or eased by this very overlooked essential nutritional supplement. From acne to cancer, a lot of health issues are simply a matter of mineral deficiencies--largely the result of a lack of sulfur. Worth a read.
