My boyfriend isn't on Goodreads so I'm adding this for him.

When he was 4-6 years old this is one of the books he learned to read with, taught by his mom. This was in Guyana in 96-98. He says "the girl writes about her worst days and it made me feel better about my own bad days as a kid".
