Aurora was a good read

I've read all of Leah Banicki's books and have enjoyed each one of them. This book is eerily similar to what we're living through with Covid. Although this book doesn't deal with a pandemic, instead a worldwide event occurs that sets off a series of events that really makes one think about how unprepared we are. I also would highly recommend the "Wild Flower" series by Leah Banicki. There are 9 books in the series so far and the 10th one will be coming out some time in 2022. It's based on a young woman who heads West in the 1800's and as her story unfolds other characters begin to develop and have their own story. While reading this series it's like you come to know them as if they really lived. Whenever I read Leah's books I devour them, staying up way too late lol.

Hold on for a Wild Ride and Real Love in Action.

I loved this book! WHERE is the next one in the series? I want to know what happens next! The story really grabs you and hurtles you through the experiences of a fifteen year old girl growing up too soon in a crime, infested, chaotic world. But this story also gives Hope softly whispering in the love shown in so many ways by ordinary people. Because they are shining the Light of the Lord Jesus' Way of Truth and Real Love in action. I highly recommend this book for all ages for the lessons it teaches without being too 'preachy".

A really enjoyable book by Leah Banicki

A blackout caused by solar flares changes everything. A teen and her younger sister and Mom just surviving before this event. How will they live ? If not for Lucy's friend Connor and his family who are Preppers they probably wouldnt. Book 2 coming up....

Excellent

I love Leah's style of writing. She captures you in like you're right there with all of the characters. This book displays how we should! behave as the body of Christ, full of God's love and his grace- meeting people right where they're at.
