Wynter Griffin has finally found her independence after years of being controlled by her parents. The only problem with her newfound peace? Her partying, rock music listening neighbor. She’s at the end of her patience, and demands that he packs up the noise, or she’s calling the police.
Zane Webster likes his neighbor. Her blonde hair, blue eyes, and sweetness remind him of a princess. All she has to do was ask, and he’s more than willing to give her what she wants.
Guilt eats away at Wynter, and it’s not long before she makes friends with the bad boy. After getting drunk one night, she lets it slip that she’s a virgin, and in desperate need of shedding that title. Zane agrees to help, providing they do it at his pace. With Zane, she can finally live her life to the fullest. He even teaches her how to fall in love.
But what will happen when her parents demand she grow up, and do as she’s told? What will Wynter choose? Can two people so different find happiness together?
Sam Crescent is passionate about fiction. She loves a good erotic romance and so it only made sense for her to spread her wings and start writing. She began writing in 2009 and finally got that first acceptance in 2011 by Total-E-Bound. She loved creating new characters and delving into the worlds that she creates. When she’s not panicking about a story or arguing with a character, she can be found in her kitchen creating all kinds of havoc. Like her stories the creations in the kitchen can be just as dubious but sometimes things turn out great.
-Insta connection > Love -Virgin h -H seemed like a Manwhore but no OW appear -No OW Drama -No real pushing away -HEA I would have liked a longer epilogue
The Next Door series from Sam Crescent is wonderful, easy to read, and fast paced. We meet Zane and Wynter in this story. Zane refers to her as "Princess" and then we're off on the adventure. You know---bad boy meets good girl! Good girl doesn't like bad boy, but they try again! No cheating, no cliffhanger, and definitely an HEA!!

This story is short, fast paced and steamy. I read this book in one sitting and wasn’t once bored. I liked both Wynter and Zane. I didn’t see the chemistry between Wynter and Zane at first. As the story progresses, the chemistry starts to show. I liked them together and thought they made a cute couple. I liked Zane’s friends but they annoyed me a little. They liked Wynter at first and then when Zane started to fall for her, they changed their minds. I understood their reasons but she DID prove herself yet they remained closed off. I could’ve understood more if they hadn’t been so nice and open with her in the first few chapters of this book. I liked that Wynter stood up to her parents. She didn’t bow down and do what was expected of her. The storyline for this book is easy to follow and a nice read. I cannot wait for the next book in this series.
The story so sweet, how the relationship built between Wynter "Princess" and Zane the tattoo bad boy kinda guy next door..
I love Wynter character.. witty sweet kinda innocent vibe with so much uncertainty in her adult life.
And the 2 houses that place next to each other and the Magic surround it, wish for another story, especially the hint at the end of the story, finger cross.
Sweet sweet sweet!!! Love this kind of book. We don't have any insta-love, nope, we're just facing the ordinary new neighbor relationship. One way to another they become friends and become close to each other, and then unseparated lover.
But
Don't worry.... they won't be THAT simple. So many swoon and laugh and swoon and happy and swoon and wow moments in it.
I really love this series by sam crescent. Do you believe that a house two in fact could possibly be magic? , Could they bring two people together? Two hopelessly flawed people who aren't looking for love aren't looking for a relationship? . So far its happend and its happend on more then one occasion. If you believe that is .
Zane was man with heavy tattoos. And Wynter left here home because she didn't want the life here parents wanted her to be. You think love curse will get them together well just see 😘😉m

Miss Crescent thank you for the fixed, it's just what I needed. I'm very happy with the outcome and happy to see the old couple, can't wait for your next book .#SAMCRESCENT
Princess Next Door was sugar, spice, and all things tingly. Crescent romances us with a bad boy and his loving princess. Interesting and sweet, this book packed a rebellious punch leaving us with music tours, the questionable history of houses, and tattooed happily ever afters. Happy Reading!!!
What a fun read. I'm completely hooked on this series . Zane and Princess (Wynter) has to be my favorite love story. I couldn't put this one down. I laughed, cried and was mad a few times. This is well written and a great story line. I highly recommend this read.
I will not be raring this because I thought it was sort of unnecessary in a way because there was a first book that tackled the same thing and it just felt repetitive at some point. Its about this myth that the two people who live in those two specific houses will fall in love eventually, and there was a first book that I read that was just the same. Protagonists were the same, it was some sort of enemies to lovers real quick, swoon worthy males and plus size females.
To the plus size representation in this one, it felt specifically not interesting and I dont know if it was justly represented because at some places, it felt like it didn't. I could not feel any chemistry and it was a bit of insta love element to it that is not insta love in a literal way but it felt like it because ever since the beginning it builded up on it. No plot whatsoever. The family issue element was lacking a lot, and the way the family was represented was slightly off. Not to mention, the way the parents and the daughter were treated from each side.
The friend element from the male protagonist side was a little bit overdo and what is it with tattoo virgins going for a blue rose/flower everytime. Anyway.

The book was okay. I wasn't really connected to the main characters, especially the book boyfriend. I don't want to lead people astray the writing was good which I have come to expect from this author, and if they are your type of characters then you will enjoy this book. However, my personal preferences made it so I did not enjoy it. Zane was a 32 year old bartender who was disowned by his family when he decided to be a rock star, he still plays in a band and wants to become famous. Wynter is a 26ish year old who uses her inheritance from her grandparents to leave home and her overbearing parents, she works as a teaching assistant. Wynter is a virgin who has never really been attracted to anyone until Zane and she asks him to take her virginity and teach her about sex, because she is very naïve and uneducated about it. Like I said if this plot line is your thing then you will enjoy this book. I just wasn't really into it, the want to be famous rock star guy and the naïve virgin just don't do it for me but if that's your thing than this book is for you.

Wynter was finally free. She wanted her independence and moving into her own home was a start. Too bad her neighbor next door was partying all night. Zane was loving new his house. He really liked the neighbor too. She was a beauty. Would the magic of the houses strike again? Yep, it sure did. These two were opposites and yet they found a balance. Zane was a rocker and a bartender. His protectiveness over her sprang up from the moment he met her. Wynter wasn’t to break from the suffocating life with her parents. He brought out laughter and joy in her. And she was his musical muse. The new neighbors that are to come have a lot to fulfill. Especially with two hot guys and a cute woman.
°Virgin heroine °Manwhore hero °Switching POVs °He's 30, she's 25 °Hero celibate after meeting h °Free of OW/OM drama °Sweet likeable protective hero °I didn't like the way the h talked, it was distracting and "like, totally" annoying °No separation °No cheating °No push/pull °Intimate scenes only between hero and heroine °Epilogue: 1 year later
When Zane meets Wynter he is surprised by the instant attraction even though she is complaining about his loud music, he wants her. He decides to try to befriend his new neighbor and soon wins her over, it doesn't take long for feelings to develop on both sides especially when Wynter suggests Zane help her lose her virginity in this engaging tale.
It's been a while since I read anything by Sam Crescent. Secretly, I hoped during the time I'd stopped reading, she would have improved her technique. I was mistaken, same disappointing, immature writing that it always was. Can't believe I wasted an afternoon on this.
