Der arabische Dialect der Stadt Tunis ist bisjetzt in noch keinem selbständigen Buche behandelt worden, und was wir über ihn aus den verschiedenen Wörter und Lehrbüchern des algierischen Idioms wissen, ist wohl kaum ausreichend, uns ein klares Bild des wirklich gesprochenen Vulgärs von Tunis zu geben.
