Excerpt from Davidson's Precedents and Forms in Conveyancing
IN this edition several new precedents and a considerable number of new forms of clauses have been added; as to the latter, partly by incorporation in the precedents and partly in the notes; and the precedents and forms have been revised and rearranged with a view to convenience of use. The notes also have been considerably added to, and in many cases rewritten. Space has been obtained for the large amount of new matter by the omission of some precedents and parts of pre cedents of a very special or exceptional character, and the abridgment of others.
