Valentine's Day Mess is a picture book that shows two friends making each other gifts for Valentine's Day. They end up running into each other and destroying their gifts and getting mad at each other, but in the end they work out that problem and spend Valentine's Day together as friends. The pictures show the meaning of the words. This book could be used for an independent reading.
