Donna Partow wants to challenge women to take a closer look at their lives, not as they portray it to others, but for how it really is. Whether new to faith or lifelong members of the church, too many women are putting too much emphasis on things of little importance. Using her forthright candor and humor, Donna seeks to convey genuine biblical perspective on the life God wants women to have. She vividly links with readers' emotions and everyday lives via hard-hitting, hilarious anecdotes from her own "could have been a major motion picture" life experiences. Each story solidly connects spiritual insights, scriptural truths, and the reality of life to show today's Christian women, wives, and moms how to reveal their inner selves and revel in God's grace.

My current mission is raising up an army of Kingdom-minded digital nomads. I keep scratching my head, wondering when the church is going to figure out that the greatest opportunity in history is right here, right now. It’s called location independence and it means you can live and work anywhere in the world you feel called to make a difference.
If you’re ready to combine your love for God, the thrill of travel and the skill required to build an online presence, then I invite you to come away with me to be trained at the annual Lifestyle Freedom Event.
I got this book long before I read it and when I finally picked it up to read it, I was pleasantly surprised. The author, Donna Partow talks about people, mostly women, making major dramas out of life's occurrences. In each chapter, she used a different biblical character and their story as a reference to show what she was talking about in reference to the chapter and topic and she had really good insights on the Bible stories that she talked about. It was very interesting and it went along at a good pace. I recommend it and it was a surprise book of enjoying it.
I read maybe a fourth of this book and came to the part that told me my worry and stress was my lack of faith. I am so tired of hearing this. These are normal emotions that are the result of living in a messed up world. I decided to not finish this book and rather concentrate on God's love and acceptance of me instead.
