If you have studied any type of psychology or person demographics, you probably know all the information that is in this book. If you are familiar with Myers Briggs, you are familiar with this book.

A friend lent this little book to me. It was informative and laid out well. I liked the bit with the Myers Briggs test. I haven’t seen that included in a body language book before.
