Terri Night offers clear, concise information about spinal stenosis. The book is written for non-medical people who want an explanation about the condition and how to manage it. She includes easy to follow instruction for an exercise program and information about the option of surgery. Following her advice, can minimize the effects of a potentially painful condition.

Simplestic

Simple basic stuff. Anyone who has ever had any type of back pain should already know this stuff. Nothing to help you beyond the simple ordinary basic exercise knowledge.

Practical, but light on backup data

Her advice worked for some of her patients, but how many of them and for how long? I want more data.

It's a great book for those with Spinal Stenosis, but she repeats herself too much.

Easy to follow exercises
Could have done a better work on explaining the root cause of the problem and other problems that may emanate from the original problem (stenosis)
