The book is really good if you don't know how to date a walk you through keep open mind

I listened this in audiobook. Interesting ideas behind but honestly I think that the content is full of toxic masculinity traits that I'd prefer to stay a little bit away from. Useful to understand a bit more about the psychology behind man and woman interacting with each other, but I would not try to put in practice any spreadsheet nor any other suggestions. Listening to this manual, what I perceived is that man with high sexual drives is seen more as a machine apt to copulate as much as possible rather than being seen a beautiful and most of all extremely complex machine going around. In many cases I agreed and I listened very carefully to all the content really well thought and exposed, but still, I think that the results of such behaviours and detailed analysis are the result of damaged personality who would need a long and extended psychotherapy help rather than getting encouragement with what it seemed to be in some spot a cherrypicking analysis.
