I loved this story, as much as I did Love by the Slice (Harbor Point Book 1)! Bailey makes my list of favorite romance heroines. It's not often that you read a young, female character who has confidence in her choices and her sexuality, who is not afraid to communicate, and who goes after what she wants-- in this case, Sal. Sal took me a while to warm up to, but once I got to know him, I fell hard. I also love that Gio and Bianca (from Book 1) have big roles in this story. Bianca and Bailey's friendship is real and solid, and Sal and his cousin, Gio, have a bromance based on family ties, a horrible past, and now their Harbor Point ladies. I loved the friendships in this book as much as I loved the romance. I can't wait to read more about this foursome, and continue my reading journey through the Harbor Point world! Gemma, Gemma. What does Ms. Young-Nichols have in store for you? Can't wait to find out!
