What it lacks in examples, it makes up for in detailed theory that one can connect with their day to day business activities. The plus point of this book however, is it's emphasis on digital branding which a lot of conventional branding textbooks lack, making it a suitable companion for students' regular course books.

I noted many great points throughout the book. I liked the specifics in strategy and tactics. I wished their was more in social, online, and guerrilla tactics/examples. Because of their unique mediums there are varying ideas they could expressed. The book is best for people seeking a condensed exposure to overall elements in relation to branding.

This book sounds like it's been written for people who are lacking creativity, drive or design thinking. I would not recommend this book to anyone. Especially not to creatives.

Ironically a book that was written about the importance of brands having a personality and this book has ZERO personality. Was it written by Chat GPT? It was very fitting that the audiobook narrator spoke like a robot. Seriously I couldn't even finish it.
