Schoolboy Secrets

Rate this book
Now that Evan is eighteen, the first thing he wants to do is go to the bathhouse. He’s gay and a virgin — and so the bathhouse seems like the perfect place for him to go on a Sunday afternoon. He makes his way through the place, eventually finding himself in a hallway shrouded in total darkness. He brushes up against a body, likes what he feels, and has his first gay experience then and there with a man he can’t even see.

As he heads out of the bathhouse, he runs into the last person he expects to see — his gym teacher, Coach Miller. And it doesn’t take long for Evan to connect the dots and realize that it was Coach Miller that Evan had done stuff with in the dark.

The situation is tricky — he had sex with a teacher — but there’s one thing Evan can’t deny. He enjoyed it. And he wants more.

Schoolboy Secrets is a 29,000-word novella.

This story had more depth and regard to feeling than a lot of erotica out there. There was a takeaway in the style of writing...a message. I thoroughly enjoyed this book in the series.

Evan has just turned 18, which is a huge deal for him. He lives on campus at school, never able to sign himself out until now. And, being a virgin, the first place he wants to go is the bathhouse across the street. With some trepidation, he makes his way in, unsure of where to go or what to do. When he finally has his first sexual encounter, he's relieved and glowing, but the sated feelings don't last long after he realizes the man in the dark was someone he knows.

Stan, the coach at school, is taking a break from his partner, Brian. With the idea of letting off some steam, he finds himself at the bathhouse across from campus, thinking about his partner and how much he wants to mend the relationship. On his way out, he sees the man he was with in the dark was a student of his, and it throws him through a guilt/shame spiral. But when Brian finds out, things aren't as bad as they seem.

I thought the character of Evan was extremely mature and understanding, not getting caught up in the drama that unfolded between Stan and Brian. He seemed to be the reasonable adult, both understanding what he was giving and receiving from the couple.

The story was riddled with steamy, emotional exchanges and white-hot moments that left the reader thirsty for more. Very well written, well paced, and fully of variety, this is a book I'd recommend to a reader who wants a bit of feeling with their erotica.
