I picked this one up because the premise was so ridiculous I wanted to know more. (And also, it was $2.) The generally idea of this diet is to eat only foods of a certain colour on each day of the week, so one day you eat white foods, then the next red, then green, orange, purple, yellow, and finally a rainbow day where you eat a little of each.

Ridiculous.

The recipes that I tried were remarkably bland, but perhaps that's because they were so strongly sticking to the one colour per day rule that decent seasonings were left out.

Bound for the donation bin when I've got enough stuff to take.
