Ying / Yang
Arianna is a Advertising Freelance CopyWriter who is a beautiful ex model too. When carter is brought in by the company to turn the Advertising Department around as it has been struggling to be effective. Now the problem that is faced is that both Arianna and carter are both A type personalities who are used to getting their way and what they say goes without any question. Heads are going to butt here as they are brought together and must work efficiently too to get this Department functioning at it's best. Carter's first thought when he saw Arianna was how attractive she was and how he'd love to have her!Whilst Arianna is mutually attracted to carter his stubborn personality is going to get in the way. They can't continue with this love/hate relationship and as passions increase they give in to their lust and have one explosive night of passion that literally lit up my Kindle. But just the once was no where near sufficient to dampen their passion. if anything, it merely egged on the flame that is between them but can they carry on and keep their relationship a secret? Ali Parker, Blythe Reid, Weston Parker and Zoey Reid have skillfully penned this Relationship that creates fireworks between two attractive people. They are strong on their own but together they are invincible and they are the Yang and Ying to each other. I loved this story from the beginning right to the end and this was made so by the fantastic characters that I so wanted to get their HEA and the witty dialogue between them that seemed to 'bounce' off the pages and made them so wonderful together. I read a copy of this using KU and I loved reading it as much as the others in the series. It can be read as a standalone but they all seem to 'fit' together very well.
DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

Carter is responsible for turning a struggling advertising department around and is specific in his expectations. Arianna is a freelancer that is respected in her field and in great demand. When Carter first meets Arianna he is blown away by the beautiful ex model until he realizes she is the freelancer hired for a project. Now it's down to business and to counteract the attraction he pushes all the wrong buttons to show he is the boss. Arianna is ready to strangle Carter for doubting her ability to do the job and throwing her system of working out the window. They can only take so much sexual tension until they break and when they do there is no going back. When a in jobs are demanded and a difficult decision is made, will they be able to go forward or is the hurt of betrayal too deep??? Loved the dialogue between Carter and Arianna and the scenes are scorching!!!! Sit back and relax with this book that will have you wondering what happens next. Love the Parker Clan for their Twelve Days of Christmas series!!!

A love/hate relationship between an advertising manager, Carter, & his freelance advertising copywriter. Their first interaction is tense & explosive & the rest of their interactions are just as tense but there’s more than that, under the “hate” they have for each other there’s a fierce attraction and when they finally release this tension....fireworks. But once isn’t enough and they have to hide their relationship until hard decisions have to be made regarding the company.
I loved this read with the heated banter between the two, them trying to rile each other and one up the other to see who would get the last word, making me chuckle at times. The steamy scenes were explosive and I also liked the fact that it was about them two and their love/hate relationship, focusing on them with no others lurking in the background wanting to come between them. A great read to keep you cozy during the cold months.

The Heart wants what the Heart wants. Each of this series of Christmas books get better and better with the Parker family. Hey they just do it for me! I can’t help it. Arianna and Carter were perfect together, both snarky, sarcastic, work driven characters. Carter was her arrogant boss and Arianna was his snarky and sassy Ad copy writer. Both took an instant dislike to each other, but hey things soon changed, she challenged him like no other woman before. The explosive chemistry soon changed into a ravenous, fervent need for one another. This is a highly recommended must read. This is an honest review of an ARC I received.

For such a little book this packs one heck of an emotional punch. Arianna and Carter are both driven type-A personalities that strike sparks off each other from their very first encounter. The boss/employee dynamic complicates what could have been simple lust and forces them to get to know one another. What they learn is that there’s attractive personalities under the pretty packaging. Lust is starting to develop into love when Carter makes a critical error in judgement and breaks Arianna’s trust in him. The struggle to win back that trust is angst-ridden and deeply emotional.

This is a story about Carter, an advertising manager new to the position who is responsible for turning around a suffering advertising department. It is also about Arianna, a former model turned freelance advertising copywriter who is well respected in the field. They both clash due to their similar type-A personalities but are physically drawn together. Once they give in to their desires it’s hot and steamy until so e workplace drama ensues. A really sexy story with a sweet ending. Both characters very dominant and strong.

Relación odio/amor.
Carter y Arianna son dos personas que se dedican a la publicidad que al parecer son parecidos y justo por eso chocan cuando se conocen. La historia continúa aún cuando ella no trabaja con él pero por un mal entendido o por una verdad no dicha es que todo parece terminar pero no es así y es cuando a partir de ahí ya le dan rienda suelta a sus sentimientos.
Fue una historia agradable de leer, sencilla y corta sobre cómo esas dos personas pasan del odio al amor en dos días y desde ahí ya todo parece una montaña rusa. Me gustó.

What starts off as feisty banter between the pair, slowly evolves into an explosive chemistry that has the pair wanted each other. Will giving into the desires between them be enough? Or will Carter push Arianna away forever?

A well written holiday romance. Arianna and Carter are two people who are good at their jobs and type A personalities. Bring them together on a job and it's explosive. I enjoyed the storyline, characters and the wonderful chemistry. I voluntarily received this book to review for my honest opinion.

Loved this sexy holiday book with the personality clashes between Arianna and Carter! Both are strong-minded and are used to getting things done their way, so being forced to work together is sure to set off some fireworks! This was an entertaining and lively read, and I really enjoyed their story told in this holiday setting.

Another 5 star sexy, steamy and enjoyable read by Weston Parker. This holiday novels have been great through this season and have all been written so well, the characters don't let you down and even though they are quick reads, they are all worth reading.

The chemistry is over the moon, the banter between Arianna and Carter takes the level of hotness to another level, they want to kill each other and than they want other things.... loved it!!!!

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. This was such an enjoyable book with complex characters with crazy hot chemistry. Adrianna is a freelance copy writer hired by her favorite company to help complete an ad campaign. Carter is the new department head and immediately goes head to head with Adrianna. Their attraction is immediate and intense. This was another wonderful book by this team and I loved Adrianna and Carter's journey.
