Ok, but it pushes her products way too much
The anecdotal stories didn’t do anything for me. The corny metaphor about building a house got lost on me. I want facts, figures, what I can do specifically on my own, as to dietary and lifestyle changes to improve my health. A chapter or two gave me some ideas, but I didn’t get that much out of the book. Constantly pushing ‘See a functional medicine doctor, take my products’ turned me off. Empower me, not your profession and pocketbook.
