Wheel: the little red book of shamanism

Rate this book
Wheel is a manual and a written-word cheer-leader designed to guide you through an experiential journey with the Medicine Wheel. The Medicine Wheel is our true nature. The best way to understand its ways and truth is through experience. This book takes you on a course which navigates the cycle of an earth year and invites you to open up, explore and restore your elemental and seasonal flowing self.

Written in two sections, the first section introduces Shamanism. It presents Shamanism as a simple way of being with the flow of nature and promotes the practice of shamanism as something we operate with all of the time. Section two is the Year of Wheel course material. You can pick up the course at the beginning of any season and rotate to complete a full year cycle. a book in four seasons is a powerful initiator and is recommended for anyone who is interested in opening up more to their relationship with the seasons and elemental nature.
