An excellent resource for clinicians new to self harm assessments and experienced clinicians who need a refresher. This has been a great tool to revise assessments, create safety plans and develop treatment pathways for young people and adults. Suicide and self harm in clients can make any clinician nervous or feel intimidated, but this is a really practical road map for assessment and interventions during a crisis.
