Unfortunately the editing is terrible with at least 2-3 typos and spelling errors on each and just about every page. Way too distracting by far. This could be a 5* except it needs editing or really proofreading to make it right. Unfortunately having been a reviewer and editor for various online publishers I almost want to quickly proof as I read and correct all the spelling errors. Word to all authors and publishers, check each page before finally submitting the book to be actually published.
This was an enjoyable series of stories. I really appreciate that they are Christian love stories with clean language. Some of them did need to be checked for English mistakes and spelling mistakes before publication. Thus why I am only giving 3 stars. The stories rate a 4.
Each book draws me back into the 1800's with dreams for each woman who has taken that long trip to the west in hopes of a new life. Emily Woods is a gifted writer that bring God and faith into each story.

Christian Mail Order Brides for Western Christian Batchelors
Loved the Christian themes to the stories of prayer for guidance and for each other. Commitment of brides and bachelors to live a Christian life not a life searching for riches of fame but in service to family and each other.
I truly enjoyed each story! I read every morning, every spare moment and night. I think that each story was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who loves true love stories!! You will cry, smile, swoon at the amazing cowboys and beautiful brides along your journey. It was well worth my time.
As I read each story, they are always some similarities yet tremendous difference. I thoroughly enjoyed them all. My thanks to go you for your abilities for writing. I do believe God gives gifts to everyone. That's what makes unique in the human race.
The writer has written a collection of short stories that weave the lives of a small town with that of mail order brides,Personally I would have liked more fleshing out as these stories were just to convenient but the Bible verses gave it a ring of truth that only Jehovah,s word can
These were all really good book. from beginning to end they are very inspiring. I a m so impressed with Emily Woods that she can write 40 books and all be so well written
Wonderful stories. Lots of exciting twists and turns, some sad some glad. Makes you want to continue to read to see what is going to happen next. I would recommend this to everyone who likes to read exciting stories that have nice, wonderful endings.
Every story in this series of books has twists and turns that keeps the reader unable to put the book down until the very end. The Christian needs in each, enhanced my faith in God.
I spent a good few nights reading these books, about the adverts men out West would advertise for a bride. Good story!ine, but I did find the bible reading etc began to grind a bit, even though I understand why, I just found it heavy sometimes.
I loved the story line. I did not like the misspelled words and wrong words used. Like using the wrong name. Instead of the hero, the heros brothers names was used. This makes me have to reread a paragraph or sentence to understand it.
Characters come to life with trials and triumphs in the old west. Each story is well developed without boring the reader with a lot of unnecessary details.
It hard to review this book because there are 51 stories. What I can say is all the stories were a good read. I rated it a four because of the editing mistakes. Just about every story had these editing problems. Missing words, changing the sex pronouns him instead of her. Made reading a bit difficult. If you love mail order bride stories then you will certainly enjoy this box set.

Each story is individual keeps you wanting to know more. Looking forward for next box set.
I enjoyed the stories very much! I am concerned about the editing and how poor it was. It is very distracting when reading a story and you are constantly having to edit as you go. I am glad that I am not paying for the stories, so will continue to read them but I would never pay for them. I am sorry to be so blunt but I have to say the truth. Thank you for the great story lines, I really do enjoy the but please improve the editing!
I loved the stories! I had read some before individually, but reread them. The only thing I didn't like were the misused words, misplaced words and misspelled words in many of the books. Sometimes I had to read sentences twice to realize what was meant by the author. But again, the stories were excellent!
I am a happy ever after kinda woman, and each of the stories exceeded my expectations. Recommend to young romance readers to learn proper dating dating and the key to a good relationship is a three fold cord .lust.
I am a happy ever after kinda woman, and each and every story touched my heart and exceeded my expectations.
I really loved the stories and they were very well thought out. My only problem were some words that were put in where they shouldn't have been or some misspelled. All in all I really enjoyed it.
I really liked the way these stories were written with love and predictable happy endings. Five stars were very easy to give here. Actually, ten stars would have been more appropriate.
