Libby is running out of time to put the pieces of the puzzle together…

With the help of Detective Sebastian Webster, her father Randy, and her partner Harper, Libby finally uncovers the identity of the real I-75 Strangler, but the serial killer won’t come out of hiding willingly. Now Libby must figure out a way to lure them out of the shadows.

If her plan doesn’t work, her brother may wind up lost in the prison system forever…

The killer is smarter than Libby thought, and now she must play a dangerous game of cat and mouse to bring them to justice. When the I-75 Strangler gives her a final ultimatum, Libby has to decide between her brother’s freedom and bringing down the killer who has caused her family so much pain.

No matter which choice she makes, someone will die. As her brother’s keeper, Libby has to figure out a way to save him and those she loves before it’s too late.

Right on par for this trilogy, I’m sucked in from the very first page. Brother’s Keeper picks right up where Family Ties left off—RIGHT up—so you’ll want to read the whole trilogy in order—at least, I would. This book does kind of take breathers to fill the reader in though, so you wouldn’t be lost if you just picked up this one.

The characters are true to themselves as they were originally developed when we first saw them all. There’s action, and though every minute of it was predicted accurately by me, I still completely could not put down the book - I enjoyed this read and had to keep going, even knowing what would happen. This is a great world Kaye has created, love the small-town feel, the drama, the action, the family dynamic - all of it makes for a great escape. Every time I set this book down, I missed it so much.

She wraps up the trilogy nicely, giving the reader a brief but complete epilogue. Very good read and really recommend.

Editing is good, only a few mistakes noted.
Continuity is decent.

Brilliant book and series. I am sorry to see the series end and hope the writer Christina Kaye continues to grace us with her talented writing. I absolutely loved the book and a lot of the times in a series of books, they never live up to the first book. I can tell you that this series is brilliant on all counts. It keeps your attention and while doing chores,I have my kindle in one hand and in the other hand it’s pushing the hoover around. Well done Christina Kaye! You have earned the title of my favourite murder mystery writer.

Beautiful ending to a wonderful series

I love the way Christina Kaye tells this story. From book one, I couldn't put the book down. I had to know more and more. I felt a connection to the characters from the very beginning. I was happy with the way she ended the book. I would recommend anyone to read this book. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic Read!,

This was the 3rd book in the series of about the I-75 strangler. Libby's father has been in prison for the last twenty years for the murders, which he confessed to.
Libby is a private eye and her father asks her help as he tells he he is not guilty, in the 2nd book, you find that Libby has a half brother, that even her father didn't know about for years. Now Libby thinks that her brother is responsible for the murders and her father confessed to save his son.
Now Libby has found her brother, but in researching all the facts, she knows her brother isn't the killer. So who is? Now her mother has been kidnapped. Who is the killer and will she find out the truth?
I really enjoyed this series. Very satisfying end to a great series.

This is the final installment in the Flesh and Blood trilogy.

In the last book, Libby discovered that her incarcerated father was actually protecting his son, Libby’s half-brother, for the I-75 killings. But it turns out the killer may still be out there because of a timeline discrepancy. Now we pick up exactly where we left off—Libby hiding her brother from the police while investigating further to find the truth and the real killer.

Once again, Libby captivates readers with her keen sense, high intuition, and generous heart. The story takes a compelling turn when it seems Libby and the gang can finally catch the killer and end the injustice once and for all.

Another well-written mystery thriller and a fitting end to the trilogy.

Brother’s Keeper (Flesh and Blood Trilogy book 3) by Christina Morgan
Excitement and sadness is what I’m feeling while reading and finishing this trilogy. As I stated in my previous review of book 2 I was eagerly awaiting reading this installment. There was so much anticipation of how this would all playout and this book doesn’t disappoint. The sadness comes in that this is over now and there will not be any other books about Libby and her family.
I have grown to love the way Libby is able to look at a situation and think through all the possible outcomes and deduce the best possible solution. This book opens with Libby deciding Brian, her step-brother, could not possible be the I-75 killer because he was incarcerated at the time some of the murders took place so he couldn’t be the killer.
As we learned in book 2 Annie Larson is Brian’s mother and she met Randy in high school. They had met up at a party where Randy got drunk and caused Annie to get pregnant. As most high schoolers are he gave into peer pressure and humiliated Annie at lunch. After that day, Annie left school never to be seen again. We learn what happens to her and her unborn child when Libby finds her parents.
So where does this leave us? With a big mess. Detective Sebastian Webster has fallen in love with Libby and is set to ensure she stays safe and helping her to free her father. Again, with this book it is difficult to keep going and not give anything away. There is so much that happens in this book murder, intrigue, love, happiness, and a psychotic murderer. Who could be at the murderer? You are just going to have to read to find out.
Christina has written a trilogy that has left this reader satisfied the story is complete. I do however find myself wondering how Libby gets past all the terrible circumstances she finds herself in over the last months. We know from earlier that she is not able to have children but will she move on and be happy. We get a glimpse at the end but I personally still wonder.
This is a fitting end to the series and I come back to the criminal drama’s I love to watch if you are a fan of Criminal Minds, Law and Order or any other drama television show this is a series you will absolutely love and will satisfy the most inquisitive investigator that lives in all of us. The complexity of the situations and resolution to the problems presented has this reader thankful to have read this series.
