Northern Lodge Pack #4-7

Northern Lodge Pack Omegas

Rate this book
The Northern Lodge Pack series is an mpreg shifter series about found families, finding joy after pain, and the yummy scents of fated mates!

The Northern Lodge Pack was founded when one brave alpha and his ragtag group of buddies went on a mission to rescue his twin sister - an omega who was being held as a captive sex-slave by an evil alpha.

The Alpha and his buddies found five other omegas in the evil alpha's harem - and rescued them all. Along the way, the omegas are reunited with children they'd birthed in captivity and thought were lost to them forever.

This bundle contains the final four books in this best selling series - all books are fully re-edited, freshly formatted, and guaranteed to give a serious case of the feels!
Included:
Omega Shared - Three Fated Mates! Omega Zane finds himself with one hot fated mate… and then another? Will the pack accept a fated triad between two of their fellow wolves… and a bear? The snarky young omega has a lot of decisions to make when it comes to accepting two alphas as mates.

Omega Matured - May/December – Young Luke finds himself being told by pack leader Daniel that they’re fated mates. The trouble is, with a broken nose, Luke can’t scent it for himself. Planner Daniel springs to action with the most romantic wooing the Lodge has ever seen.

Omega Accepted - Large Omega Bear meets Small Alpha Wolf. Oskar flees an abusive former relationship to take a job with his bear godfather, Doc Ollie. A one-night stand with a sexy wolf leaves Oskar with decisions to make… could an alpha ever accept an omega who could bench press him with one hand tied behind his back?

Omega Grown - May/December - Sassy young omega Ryan is the last of the pack’s original omegas. Finding out the stern school teacher, Ivan, is his fated mate has Ryan wondering if maybe the older alpha bear could finally be the one person to see past his bratty façade.

These books are all intended for 18+ readers only. They contain adults adulting in naughty, knotty ways and enough potty mouth language to make a sailor blush. Possible triggers for mentions of past assault, although no scenes of sexual assault are seen.

I'm a total fan of M/PREG Paranormal Romances, first and foremost as a reader. I'm excited to share my own omegaverse(s) with you. What's not to love about adorable Omegas and the Alpha men who love them? If I'm not writing about men sporting baby bumps, I'm definitely reading about them!

I'm a native of Las Vegas, NV, so I'm pre-wired to love everything weird ~ although I don't find any kind of love to be weird. I'm a cis woman who's been happily married to the same lovable lug for 18 years. We have a 16yr old son, well, at least I think we do? Either that, or we have a ghost that eats all our food and uses up all wifi playing xbox while screaming into a headset.

As a new author, it's been amazing to find the amount of support that I've been given from readers and my fellow authors. Feel free to message me, I love to chat with fellow readers. Am I a reader? Heck yeah! In fact, I'm never certain that I can completely trust an author who isn't a fellow bibliophile.

I will try to update here when I'm doing promotional parties & chats. I usually do those on Facebook. If you haven't already signed up for my newsletter, you should totally do it! I only send out NL's to announce new releases or important announcements. I also like to note in my NL what I'm currently reading along with a cover shot and the link for anyone who is interested.

I look forward to interacting with everyone here!

I'm so glad I listened to this bundle, John Solo does a spectacular job! He has so many wonderful voices and they work well for this varied cast of characters.

Each of the books focuses on a pair of fated mates, so Susi Hawke explores seven different relationship dynamics. They're all incredibly sweet and creative.

I recommend you read them in order for the best experience.

**********Contains Spoilers**********

I thoroughly enjoyed this collection. Each book in this collection is reviewed separately.

Omega Shared - Great Book. I loved the connection between Owen, Karl and Zane. I loved how Karl explained things to Owen when he was a bit slow on the uptake, and because him and Karl had been lovers for over 2 years he fully understood why Owen was the way he was, because he didn’t have a family and was left in the woods and was raised by the pack. I loved how Zane wasn’t afraid to stand up for himself especially when Owen spoke on multiple occasions before thinking it through but Zane and Owen argued a lot initially both of them being red heads. I loved how Karl was the peace maker between the two of them. I also loved how much of a softie Owen actually is when he allows himself to care, and I loved he much he took to fatherhood considering pups scare him but as soon as Trixie showed up, Karl’s twin brothers daughter since his brother and his mate died he couldn’t say no too her so both Zane and Karl banned Owen from taking Trixie shopping well at least for awhile. Both Zane and Owen accepted Trixie as their own straight away which was awesome to see. I loved Owen’s name for Zane, Ginger Snaps but giving their daughter the nickname of Carrots as soon as he got to hold her was hilarious, especially the shocking mop of out of control orange red hair she had made it a fitting nickname but that poor child will be forever stuck with Carrots now. I loved the differences in speech and how more formal sounding beers are vs wolves. I’m looking forward to reading Daniel and Luke’s story next.

Omega Matured - I really enjoyed this book. I loved getting to know both Daniel and Luke more and I’m glad that Luke wasn’t paired with Maxx since both him and Ryan are friends with Maxx, kind of like little brothers but Daniel hadn’t spent much time with getting to know them as I think it would’ve been weird otherwise. I loved that when Luke saved wee Linus from getting hit by Oskar’s truck and took the hit himself instead that he was severely injured he lost his sense of smell so even though Daniel told them they were true mates, and that he remembers smelling a delicious scent the morning before the accident, Daniel told him if he can’t smell him his touch should feel electrifying and amazing but since Luke had always had a crush on Daniel he couldn’t trust that if the amazing feeling of Daniel’s touch is because they’re true mates or if it’s just normal feelings of l*st due to his crush on Daniel so Daniel being Daniel he comes up with a plan to show Luke what he means to him and he’s going to woo him until he gets his smell back or can trust the feeling he gets when Daniel touches him. I loved how much effort Daniel put in with delivering 6 different coloured roses with a love note in an envelope of the same colour as the roses, each colour rose was chosen for the meaning it represents and the number of roses he sent meant something as well. Luke was ready to accept Daniel’s claim after he received the first 6 roses but he wanted to see what else Daniel had planned. The other alpha’s weren’t too happy with Daniel since their omegas were complaining that they never received flowers. Aunt Kat is still one of my favourite people, she’s so inappropriate it’s awesome.

Omega Accepted - I thoroughly enjoyed this story. I thought that Maxx and Oskar were great together and Fenris definitely knows what they’re doing when matching fated mates as they’re perfect for each other. Maxx had never really been attracted to tw*nky little wolf omegas and he was more drawn to the more muscular physique of alphas so Oskar being a bigger than average bear omega was a great choice and after everything Yvonne, Oskar’s old mate did to him like keeping him chained to a wall while she was out or sleeping so Maxx being not so alpha like, like demanding anything of Oskar like quitting his job, Maxx just wants Oskar to be happy and since he’s wary about being someone’s mate which is totally understandable and I think it was cool that even though it would’ve been hard not claiming your true mate for over 5 months due to them having a baby and it may end up having a weird connection to the cub so they couldn’t claim each other until she’d been born. I loved how much Maxx enjoyed Oskar swearing since bears are more proper with their speech. I loved how awesome Maxx is with his nieces it was adorable and I loved how the other omegas never made Oskar feel like he was any different than them even though he’s alpha sized. Oskar definitely needs to feel like he belongs and have some friends. I’m really looking forward to reading Ryan’s story as I think he’ll be needing a firm hand to get him to not be so bratty.

Omega Grown - Wow, I loved this book. I loved how Ryan acted like everyone thought he was, just really bratty and then the others would give him whatever he wanted, so he was extremely spoilt. I loved how Ryan wasn’t afraid to stand up to Ivan and I hated how the others treated Ryan and thought that because him and Luke didn’t get s*xually assa*lted by Fremont that they don’t have any right to dwell on it, which is utter sh*t considering they were just children and you can’t compare someone else’s experiences to you, I love that Ivan came to Ryan’s defence straight away, as well as Doc and Kai said his two sense and offered his support. Doc totally had a soft spot for Ryan even before knowing that him and Doc’s son Ivan is his true mate. I loved seeing how much of a positive affect mating Ivan had on Ryan, and even before they claimed each other you can just see Ryan’s growth from the start of the book as after Ivan caught him and his new friend Taylor in Aunt Kat’s office trying out n*pple clamps, after Ryan got a talking too by Kai and Jake went after Ivan, Ryan did the grown up thing and went to talk to Ivan about what he saw. I hated how Luke and Daniel think that Ryan isn’t grown up enough and is a brat but then turned around a used him constantly for looking after the trips. My favourite scene in the whole story is Ryan’s giving birth story and he’s about to push baby 1 out while Ivan is talking on the phone to Doc and basically holds his hand up and telling Ryan that he’ll be with him in a moment, it isn’t until Ryan throws a remote at his head does he fully comprehends that his mate is about to have their first baby, I also love how much Ryan enjoyed telling the rest of the pack what happened. I loved Ryan’s relationship with Doc it was such a heartfelt moment when Ryan called Doc Papa for the first time. Taylor is such an awesome friend for Ryan to have even if he’s not everyone’s cup of tea and he definitely completely cracked me up and I’m really looking forward to his story considering the uptight proper bears wont know how to handle him. Just like Ryan he could definitely use a firm hand but someone who doesn’t want to change his awesomeness.

I’d definitely recommend this collection, each book in the series and author to everyone.

MMy Thoughts and Review:

Book #4:
Of all seven books this was my second favorite. My favorite has yet to come! 😂 This is a love story between two alphas, one a bear one a wolf. For years they have kept their love hidden until they are discovered by a young omega in the woods. By fate or happenstance the three discern they are all fated. So different in temperament and personality they each fit together to make a beautiful masterpiece that only Fenris could create. 4.75✨

Book #5:
THIS was my favorite story!💕 After saving a young cub's life, young omega Luke is injured and even though shifters heal more rapidly than humans, what isn't returning is Luke's sense of smell. So, when the older alpha tells him the two are fated, Luke is afraid to trust it and get his heart broken. He has had a maddening crush on this alpha since he and his younger sibling were rescued. His heart just couldn't take it if the alpha were wrong, or decided Luke was too much trouble.

The alpha in question has no desire to "quit" his mate and decided he will win his heart the way humans do, through romance.

I loved this one so much because it showed vulnerability from both shifters, along with teaching the reader just why fated mates are so easily accepted in the shifter realms.

It was also great because it taught any shifters who might read Susi's books that human romance can have a place in the shifter world too! 😁 5✨

Book 6:
This one was bittersweet and had some good life lessons in it about personal image. A bear omega who is often mistaken as an alpha comes to live with the Northern Lodge Pack. He has a lot of demons and struggles because of past abuse from his former alpha. He also struggles with the fact that he isn't small like other omegas and often towers even other alphas.

It isn't until he meets his fated alpha that all that begins to change. The two must do everything backwards because of an unexpected pregnancy. So, they form a friendship and work from there.

Danger still lurks though and puts the life of both the omega and the unborn in grave danger. Thanks be to Fenris, and the neighboring bear den Alpha there is an HEA, though it doesn't come easy. 4.5✨

Book #7
So many good things have happened since Alpha Jake rescued the omegas all those years ago. Now in the final book it is only fitting that more omegas are brought to live with them, where they too can live happy lives.

The only remaining unmated omega from the original group was no more than a pup when he was rescued. Now a young man his scent has captured the attention of the school master, a bear shifter originally from the neighboring den.

The omega is a bit of a rebel, and has just made friends with one of the eccentric new omegas. This one was cute and flirty and nicely brought The Northern Lodge Pack Series full circle. 4✨

Book #4: 4.75✨
Book #5: 5.00✨
Book #6: 4.50✨
Book #7: 4.00✨

Omega Shared – Book Four
4 Stars Overall
Everything happens super quickly and everyone is accepting of the relationship basically from the start, but I found I loved the romance between Zane, Owen and Karl. I didn’t feel like this had much of a story line to it as the previous ones in the series. I did actually find that I enjoyed that the Aunt wasn’t in this one like she has been in the others. I think I have come to find her a tad annoying.

Omega Matured – Book Five
4 Stars Overall
This was a sweet and thoughtful story. Daniels skills are more than just about planning, he has a skill for researching. He doesn’t stop after finding the first answer, but he digs and puts thought into the meanings and acts he takes to show Luke they are mates and he will wait for him.

Luke can go by what others say, and even try and trust the feelings he has for Daniel and taking him at his word, but why stop the romance? He can’t smell his mate due to the accident, and his crush for Daniel started long before he was told the two are mated.

I love that Luke waited. He let himself accept the gifts and sweet moments he had with Daniel. Luke deserved it all. I enjoyed this story, but at times the narrator was a little hard to follow as the voices sounded similar. I'd still listen to it again and I would recommend it to anyone who likes quick, short and sweet shifter romances.

Omega Accepted – Book Six
4.5 Stars Overall
I like Oskar best and completely understood his insecurities. All I can say is his ex-Alpha is evil. I am so glad he got away and found Maxx.

This story is cheesy at times and had me giggling at some of the over-the-top things they said to each other, but I loved it. So far this maybe my favorite story. My only issue was the narrator didn’t always keep Oskar’s Russian accent, making it hard at times to know who was talking.

I ended up listening to the story twice because I enjoyed Maxx and Oskar’s interactions, not only with each other but the other shifters as well. I find all the characters, minus the ex-Alpha, are sweet, kind hearted and genuinely care for each other.

Omega Grown – Book Seven
4 Stars Overall
Ryan and Ivan are great for each other. Ryan being a little bratty and Ivan being able to handle the brattiness. I loved the bit of Russian from Ivan.

I really enjoyed John Solo's narrations and would happily listen to these stories again as he does a great job with bringing each character to life. Occasionally he did forget to keep the accents, but nothing that would stop me from listening.

The Northern Lodge Pack series by Susi Hawke is a shifter mpreg romance series that mixes humor, drama, steam and love to delivery a truly entertaining and addictive experience. Between building a pack full of found family, embracing the mates fate has seemed perfect for you, and the little adorable children and wacky Aunt that steals the scenes... these books are one of the main recommendations I give to anyone looking for a fun shifter mpreg.

This bundle includes the last four books in this series.(but dont worry, there have been spin offs that you must go read... seriously, I would be happy if this is the universe's that never ends). In this bundle you will find :

•Omega Shared - This one is about a throuple. Zane, Owen and Karl have a great story to share when this Omega Wolf get two sexy mates - an Alpha Wolf and an Alpha Bear!

•Omega Matured - An age gap story that shows the older Alpha romancing the younger omega after an accident postpones the omega from scenting his mate and they must relay on another way to fall in love. Luke and Daniel give us all the sweetness we can handle -swoin!

•Omega Accepted - Oskar is not like other omegas, even Bear Omegas. Luckily his fated mate Alpha Wolf Maxx is not like the others alphas hes ever met and is about to show his fated mate he is worth all the love he can give.

•Omega Grown - Another Age gap romance between sassy and young Ryan and new pack schoolteachers, the older bear shifter, Ivan. Hot and sweet story that sees the last of the original omegas rescued in the first book mated... and the seedings of the next series are planted.

Northern Lodge Pack Omegas Books 4-7 by Susi Hawke is a fabulous adventure of family, pack, heat and love. Oh yeah, and prepare to laugh... a lot!

Omega Shared
I liked that while Owen and Karl had been in a committed relationship. Having navigated the nontraditional roles before finding Zane. The two of them balance each other out and the addition of Zane only enhances their relationship. All three opened their home and heart to an unexpected addition to their new family, but Owen impressed me with his tender heart.

Omega Matured
I was super impressed with Daniel. His commitment to Luke is steadfast, winning over his mate without Luke being able to smell, he sets out with his plan and boy is he mister romance. Luke is a little unwilling to trust that someone could want him. It doesn't take long for Luke to give his trust along with his heart.

Omega Accepted
Maxx impressed me with how he was so in tune with his mate. He noticed the little things that affected Oskar and set out to reassure him that he was perfect just as he was. Seeing Oskar's ex in action was awful but Maxx was there to help and reassure Oskar. It was lovely to see Oskar come out of his shell and embrace, not only his relationship with Maxx, but the man that he was inside.

Omega Grown
Ryan has fallen into the role the guys in the pack have assigned for him; bratty little brother. No one expects any more from him than that. I liked how astute Ivan is when it comes to Ryan. He calls him on his behavior and leaves room for Ryan to become the man he needs to be. I also loved that he stood up to the others in the pack about the way they treated Ryan and pointed out that they all spoil, pamper, and box him into the role that they mock him for. It was so wonderful to see how happy Doc was over becoming a grandpa.

Highly recommended author and series

The Northern Lodge Pack is expanding. It's wonderful to watch the continued growth of the fated mates families. And wondering who will be next to realize they have discovered their fated's delicious true scent.

The teasing and laughter of Alpha Wolves who've been friends for years is so humerous. And how the Omegas have lovingly kept their Alphas on the straight and narrow while welcoming new Omegas to their ever-growing circle of friends.

Listening compassionately and never being judgemental when hearing their stories as they shared their own. They stood up for any new Omega guys and loved their pups to pieces.

Bear and Wolf matings have begun to happen with each story being unique. I know a Spin Off series Northern Pines Den Alphas awaits me now that I have completed this series. I am looking forward to them.

The final four books in this wonderful series. This one starts with the first triad of fated mates in the pack. Two alphas, Karl and Owen, and one omega, Zane. Then we have Daniel and Luke. Luke lost his sense of smell and can't smell that Daniel is his mate so Daniel comes up with a plan of his own. Next is Max, an alpha wolf, and Oskar, an omega bear. Maxx is just the perfect alpha to make Oskar believe again in love and fated mates. The final story in the series is Ryan, a bratty omega wolf, and Ivan, an alpha bear. Luckily Ivan can see through Ryan's bratty exterior to the real man beneath. Again, the narrator did a great job with all of these stories and especially with all of the different characters. I voluntarily reviewed a gifted copy of this audiobook.

The last half the series was even better the first half, in my opinion. The drama in the stories picked up, and we met wonderful new characters. I loved these books, especially Omega Grown which featured Ryan and Ivan. The bundle is great because you get to read all the stories all at once, which really helps the flow of the story. Individually, these stories can be a bit short, but all together, it’s perfect.

I also listened to the audiobook version of this bundle, and John Solo does a fantastic job of narrating the story. His performance really brings the books to life and I loved it.

Overall Rating: 4 Stars. A wonderful, fluffy, sweet story with drama and fun.

Full Circle

Susi's series comes to its end with the last of the unmated Omega's finding their fated mates. There is joy and laughter, some pain and sorrow but above all there is a wonderful extended family to enjoy.

I thoroughly enjoyed this Free Kindle Unlimited box set which concludes the Northern Lodge Pack Omegas. Having read the follow up series with the Bears first by accident it was a joy to discover where it all began and fill in back stories of some beloved characters. Roll on the next shifter romance by this incredible author.

Another great bundle for this series. John Solo's voice is perfect for all these couples: Karl/Owen/Zane, Daniel/Luke, Maxx/Oskar, Ivan/Ryan. I love how each scene is full of emotion and you feel like you are right there with them. This pack has highs and lows; fun and serious moments that Solo hits perfectly with this tone and flow. Can't wait for the next.

The grammar errors are why it’s not 4

I love this story as I do most all the omega verse stories from both these authors. The problem was the editing on this one. There were a lot of mistakes which was disappointing. I still loved the stories though and I love that the omegas all got their happy ending!

Definitely worth reading. Each story is unique but has a happy ending. It made me laugh and cry. While all mated, I hope they are stories about the near by bear clan.

3,5*

PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!

To my ratings:

5* - very very good and rare (it would be a Blow-
Away-book like
‘Jesse's Smile' or ‚Joey’ from Angelique Jurd,
‘Save the at he kids' series from EM Leya,
‘Love’s Tethered Heart’ from C.L. Etta or
'Liberty' from Seth King),
it's like an A+

4* - very good and will be often reread and is a
WOW-book with interesting plot and surprises
(like most of Andrew Grey’s books)
it's like an A

3,5* - a really good book, which will be reread a few
times a year (most romances where you can
enjoy for relaxing and during waiting times in
hospitals). I can recommend them definitively!
It's like an B+

3* - it could be more then a one-time-reader,
maybe 2-3 times a year. It’s like a B

2* - it was ok to read, but it's more a one-time-
reader (i wouldn't recommend it heartily, but
it was ok). It's like a C-, D

1* - sorry, but that isn't really a book for me (too
many mistakes, not nice plot, illogical, so an
absolut NO-GO). It's like failure in the whole
line, dismissed, repeat the class

More mates, more fun and more families made to help expand the Northern Lodge Pack!
~~~~
Omega Shared — Karl (Alpha Bear), Owen (Alpha Wolf), and Zane (Omega Wolf)
Such a super HOT start to this bundle! I loved the dynamic of two Alphas together and them being ‘caught’ by their omega. This was a unique triad and I really enjoyed the massive clash of personalities. I loved the growth of the connection between these three and liked that the two Alphas were an already established couple and in love but they brought their omega in as an equal. Wonderfully steamy and sweet.
~~~~
Omega Matured — Luke & Daniel
I loved this one and getting to see straight-laced, rule-following Daniel find his young mate and his romantic side! I enjoyed the total sweetness of this story, it made my teeth ache.
~~~~
Omega Accepted — Oskar & Maxx
I really enjoyed this story!
I loved this particular Alpha (small)/Omega (big) dynamic and loved Maxx’s care and sweetness he has around and for Oskar. Oskar is just adorable and I felt for him and his past. The dynamics between Maxx and Oskar are great, sweet and steamy.
While a somewhat short story I felt Susi did great to pack so much into a novella-length story and great chemistry, a little healing, and danger into the story too. While enjoying this story I felt there was so much more that could have been explored!
P.S.: Having read the Northern Pines Den series first I loved reading about the pack that came first and all its relating characters!!! It’s totally awesome how all the characters are links.
~~~~
Omega Grown — Ivan & Ryan
A fun, sassy and a little serious, May/December pairing for the end to this series. I felt these two were surprisingly evenly matched and I liked Ryan’s sassiness that was a mask that Ivan could see through. I also loved the introduction of Taylor who was to become the Alpha mate for Mikael, the Alpha (Bear) of the Northern Pines Den. Perfect lead-in…
