This is the third book of the Carnal Connections series and it was a great read starting Seans ex-wife Charlotte and Sir Iain (Jessicas boss).
This was a absolutely delicious read where, from the very first scene, enthralled me.
I fell in love with Charlottes character in the first book when she was willing to do so much for Jessica and Sean. This book managed to make me like her even more.
This book shows that what may not work with one partner is absolutely essential to another. Sir Ian was magnetic and he has been waiting for Charlotte for years. Now that she is finally back in his sights he will not give her up. Even if it means doing some plotting behind her back.
Charlotte has been working to give her daughter a good life. Even if that means she has not had sex in years and she cant get rid of her mysterious stranger that gave her the time of her life.
This was a great read about misconnections and second chances. There was a lot of sex, submission, bondage, and an overall great time.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys erotica, romance, or Ms. Gordons writing in general.
